Situated in Princeville, this attractive condo for RĀ 4,614 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to our ocean, jungle, mountain/waterfall view Princeville condo on Kauai's spectacular North Shore, one of the most beautiful and peaceful locations on earth. The Princeville Resort area is known for its gorgeous beaches, world-class golf, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, kayaking, horse-back riding, tennis, helicopter tours, dining, and shopping. We are brand new owners and just finished a complete renovation of the entire condo in August 2012. Enjoy the redesigned kitchen layout with new hardwood kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishes, utensils, and cookware. Relax while enjoying the new furniture, tile and bamboo flooring (no icky-sticky rental carpet!), quiet ceiling fans, luxurious bedding, linens, and bathrooms. Some people will advertise a renovated or remodeled condo, but they've only replaced a few things. Everything in our condo is new, current, comfortable and inviting. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, TWO queen beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The two queens in the guest bedroom allow you to sleep 5 comfortably in beds without having to use the sleeper sofa in the living room. The guest bedroom is not a master, so the 2nd bathroom in the condo is in the hallway. Our condo is on the second (top) floor so you don't have the noise of anyone above you, and you have privacy since people walking around outside can't see in through the windows like they can in bottom floor units (no fishbowl effect). The condo has everything you need for a great vacation, including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, books, movies, games, 42 inch flat screen, WIFI and more. Ali'i Kai II is known in Princeville as one of the most quiet, peaceful, and immaculately landscaped complexes in the area, and our unit is in the building with the best location in the entire complex. We have a partial ocean view from our lanai and breathtaking jungle, mountain/waterfall views from the dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and master shower windows. Ours is the only building with great views from both sides. Every other building has a parking lot only or parking lot/pool view from the dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and master shower windows. Like most properties near the coast on Kauai, we do not have air conditioning, but we have ceiling fans in each room, and the cooling trade winds hit our condo perfectly. Also, the lanai's in our building don't face the direct sun, so you can comfortably sit out on the lanai all day long if you want to without overheating as you would in other buildings. Right outside the front door is a large greenbelt bordering a jungle canyon filled with tropical birds which sing the most beautiful songs each morning and afternoon. We are also close to the pool area (but not too close to be disturbed) with it's newly renovated and immaculate pool, separate kiddie pool, large hot tub, and ready to use gas bar-b-ques. If you have read this far it is likely that you are familiar with the Princeville Resort area and all of its condominiums and fun things to do. You just need to decide where to go. Don't get stuck in just another 'condo'. We have taken great care to outfit the property with everything you will need for a worry free stay. No cloak and dagger here or disappointment; just beautiful, no hassle fun for a reasonable cost on the spectacular North Shore of Kauai.

This is our 4th visit to Kauai and each time we've stayed in an Ali'i Kai condo. Of the four we've had, this was the best. Very well appointed, very comfortable, and very homey. The neighborhood is quiet, as are the neighbors. Parking is convenient. And the condo is only a short drive to Hanalei and its gorgeous beach. We did have a slight glitch with the wi-fi upon arrival, but after messaging the owner and getting a very prompt response, things got resolved. (It was unplugged!) We'd definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at this property exceeded all our expectations! This is a well maintained condo with all the amenities of home and Hawaiian decorations that immediately put you in the aloha spirit. The abundant natural lighting and magnificent views out the windows were amazing to wake up to each morning. We enjoyed being on the second floor of the unit so we could avoid the awkward "look-ins" of foot traffic from the sidewalk. Eric gave clear communications well in advance so we fully understood what to expect, plus he gave us valuable and specific recommendations for things to do on the island. The unit is not right on the ocean, which is why we found it affordable. But no worries: you can hear the beautiful sounds of the waves while sitting in the living-room and see the water through the opening in between buildings across the street. The northeast corner of Hanalei Bay is a beautiful 35 minute walk alongside a golf course, ending with an easily accessible walk down to the beach. Plus, you can drive to several lovely beaches within a few minutes of home. We loved the fact that the grocery store and local shops were a 5 minute drive. Different folks prefer the southside of the island because the airport and all the major stores like Walmart and Costco and high-end retail shops are down there. But to us, it felt more like Orlando and Disney World, while the northside of the island / Princeville was exactly the perfect mix of modern conveniences and old-time Hawaii beauty.

Convenient location to everything in Princeville and just a short drive to Hanalei. Pictures are exactly as depicted! Great views of Bali Hai and partial ocean views from the lanai. Loved the dual ocean and jungle views. The lanai comfortably fit 4 of us for games while we got to listen to the ocean. The lawn on the other side provided a great place for morning yoga. The ravine behind the condo was beautiful and housed birds we listened to each morning.
It was a challenge to find the right building, the #14 sign is not visible from the road. But we found it on our 3rd attempt!

Eric is super helpful and, prior to our trip, provided us a multi page guidance PDF to help us make ourselves at home. This was so helpful!
The space is great. Loved everything about it, especially the master bed/master bath.
When we first got to the place, we walked in and thought it was really warm and stuffy and only slightly started to wonder if we had made a mistake not going for a place with AC. However, we didnāt need it. And Eric spelled this out in his PDF guide. If you open the windows and utilize the ceiling fans and the tower fan in the master, you can keep the temperature perfect for your stay! Sleeping was easy and the cool air blowing in was refreshing.
The location is wonderful. Just gotta say it. We loved the lush Princeville area and the ability to drive down into Hanalei at a moments notice. The pool area is a great addition and donāt forget the turtle cave nearby!!
We hope to come back. We recommend this place to anybody looking to experience Kauai!!!!

All you have to do is take one simple photo out of the dining area window and send it. Of course you could then follow it with a pic from the lanai, watching the sunrise as you glimpse the ocean, drinking Kona coffee. Then follow that a few days later with pics from Hanalei Bay or the Lighthouse. We made sure to test the BBQs at poolside every night, they passed with flying colors (fresh Ono from the Hanalei Dolphin). Great way to wrap up the day. The condo in Princeville was exceptional, full of amenities, making our family vacation one to remember. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your chunk of paradise. Mahalo.

Wonderful accommodations! Close to beaches and local food options. Favorites were Chicken in a Barrel - Keiki pulled pork sandwich & fries, then JoJoās for Shave Ice. Also tried 5 places for Maladadas - Kilauea Bakery won. Roosters were our morning alarm. Fantastic time Tubing & (husband and daughters) on Zip-line.

Our family of 3 recently spent 4 nights at this apartment located in Princeville. It is a very spacious apartment with a very nicely renovated kitchen. The views are amazing - one side looking the ocean; the other side to garden and mountains in the backdrop. The kitchen is very well stocked (e.g., utensils, cookware, spices, condiments) and there are plenty of gears for the beach (snorkeling, sand toys, boogie board, umbrellas, chairs, etc). The host also offered excellent recommendations for Kauai. Highly recommended!!

I visited Kauai with my girlfriend and my sister and the condo was everything we hoped. There was lots of space for the three of us. It was very clean and exactly as pictured in the listening. From the balcony side of the condo you can see the water and from the other side you can see the mountains. An amazing view on both sides. After travelling around the island Iād recommend staying in princeville and this property is perfect!

The place is well stocked with all the amenities. We were able to use the beach gear several times- all good quality. The host was super helpful and gave us a lot of great recommendations. We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely condo! It truly felt like a home away from home! Having the laundry was very helpful. The kitchen has all the spices, coffee filters etc. you might need. We truly appreciated all of the suggestions for hikes, restaurants, beaches and other activities!

The grounds were beautiful in Princeville. The condo was well equipped with everything you need, from beach towels, beach stuff to a full kitchen to cook. We ate out since we were on the go, but the kitchen was fully stocked. The condo was clean and well appointed. The albatross breed once a year and Princeville had some females nesting. Turtle cove lookout was beautiful, there isnāt a beach in the winter. Location was perfect for coffee, lunch and dinner. Hanalei was a short distance and had shopping, breakfast, lunch and dinner locations. Princeville is an hour to Poipu, an hour and a half to Waimea and 30 minutes to Kapaa. I would highly recommend this location.

Beautiful unit. Loved waking up to my morning view. absolutely beautiful. Location was awesome, but could of used less rain, lol. Unit had everything a person could want. Pool and hot tub area were amazing, but didn't have propane for the last 3 days so couldn't use BBQ or hot tub which was a bummer. Otherwise everything was excellent. Would definitely come back here again.

The property was as described, and the view from the dining room was spectacular. This is an older condo which has been updated and is very comfortable for two couples or a family. The grounds are beautiful and the Princeville area is lush with mountain greenery. We would definitely recommend renting from Eric at Aliās Kai II. The communication was excellent and small issues were attended to immediately.
