The rental was in a great location. Lots of room. Sea turtle staff were very helpful and easily accessible. The unit,(kitchen, bathrooms, and showers are in need of updating. The kitchen cabinets need repair. There were plenty of dishes and utensils. We were there for a month and could have used more linens. Outdoor furniture was dirty and we cleaned them up. Rainspouts need cleaning. Also, you are able to hear the people in the neighboring units. Would recommend if updated.

The condo was fine but it could be a lot better if it was updated.
We have pic’s of mold and rust that could have easily been addressed. The hot water didn’t work in the master bedroom, there was lipstick on the pillow case and confetti around the end table. The outside deck was dirty, the cushions needed cleaning, the washer and dryer worked but barely. It was a pretty condo just needed some work to make it into a really nice place. Would I stay there again, no. We did have fun and enjoyed our trip but it could have been better.

Sea Turtle Getaways are aware that we were not happy with this unit. It's not what it appears to be. The unit was so dirty that I had to clean it with Lysol and Bleach. The oven looks like it's never been cleaned. The master bath had mold. The sofa was covered in sand. There is more that I could add, but I think you'll get the idea.

It was ok, except we didn't know pool was closed, air conditioner was scheduled to be replaced our last morning in the unit and we were woken up by the door bell and them working (and we were not notified about it), the townhouse we stayed in was ok, outdated a little and the sliding doors didn't lock very well (took numerous attempts to get them to lock each time we opened them) and lastly, not very many glasses for drinking (there were 4 wime glasses a a few others in a home for 10 people)

Our stay in the villa was very nice! Location was great! The only reason I gave 3 stars was due to the lack of kitchen silverware, dishes, glasses, ect the villa could be better stocked

Booking and check in were good. The property location is ok. Walk to the beach is too long. The condo was not clean and the trash doesn't get picked up until the day before checkout, so we got to enjoy smelling the previous renters trash for the whole week.

Nice but needs a lot of updates. Not enough dressers so we lived out of suitcases. Not enough matching plates and bowls to feed 8 people. Refrigerator freezer was not clean at all. Master bathroom was gross. But I love the area so we made the best of it.

Would not stay here again.
Booking and check in were good. The property location is ok. Walk to the beach is too long. The condo was not clean and the trash doesn't get picked up until the day before checkout, so we got to enjoy smelling the previous renters trash for the whole week.

Tennismaster 302
Overall the stay was fantastic! The only suggestion I can make is to provide more than 1 towel/wash cloth for guests. It’s difficult when
a person uses 2 towels (body and long hair) after showering and there aren’t enough. We had to go buy our own at Walmart.

We like the space but was very dissatisfied it took the water so long to heat up in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. This is inexcusable. It could be a better stocked in the kitchen. We were also shocked the fridge didn't have an icemaker. The entrance and back deck were not clean.

We have always enjoyed Tennismaster units. This particular unit was nice too with the exception of the lack of cleanliness upon arrival. There were food particles on the floor, fallen items left under the bed and behind dresser, Rx pill found on floor and a bag of drug residue left in a bathroom drawer. The unit itself was spacious and well-equipped. The sofa was comfortable and the seating was plenty. There is no TV in one upstairs bedroom, only a gaming console, which was a bit of a disappointment. We had to watch TV from our cellphones. Overall our stay was fine with the exception of the worries of if the items and rooms were actually clean and disinfected.

Perfect for 8 people (over 70) in town for tennis tournament.

This was a 3-month rental for myself and two family members. The location was convenient with adequate parking and near the pool, although we didn't get much use of it due to Covid 19!
The villa did not appear to be thoroughly is an older unit and definitely is showing its age. The porch furniture is badly stained and has tears in the fabric. Upon moving in, several repairs and replacements had to be made, including the washer and dryer, hand mixer, blender, dish washer, closet doors, screen door, etc.
With all these issues, Sea Turtle Getaways was amazing. The service and maintenance they provided was instantaneous and excellent. I would certainly recommend them and would book through them again. If the villa could undergo an updating and a new look it would be much improved.

The screened in porch was great to enjoy day or evening. I was pleasantly surprised at the noise level as I was concerned going in. You can hear the ones next to you (if you have loud neighbors) but generally speaking it was nice. Great location within complex as the pool is out the back door. There were a few light bulbs that needed changing but nothing critical. Screen door to patio could use some WD40 or tuneup. Overall this was a fine rental.

Condo was dirty upon arrival. Spent 3 hrs cleaning. Vacuum belt broken so who knows when the last time it sucked anything up. Unknown pills found on upstairs br floor and on shelf in master br. Management had to bring new vaccum and when we ran it, it was half full. Towel bar was broken off wall in master bath and left in cabinet. 2 of the toilets ran all the time. Maintenance came the first day to fix the one toilet, but then the other 2 started with issues. 3 cockroaches were seen on the morning of departure, since we were up so early that day. I would post pics, but I can't on here. Take my word for it...run away!

Great location, ample space, don’t stay here if you want to cook in the kitchen.
The property was well stocked with towels, Dish soap, hand soap, some toiletries and toilet paper. This was great! The space was well designed and ample room for my husband and I and our 4 young adult children.
The big negative was the available utensils in the kitchen. If you are planning on cooking in, I would unfortunately not choose this particular unit of 302 Tennismaster again. There were only 2 spoons, 6 forks and absolutely no knives that could cut a pepper let alone a carrot. Pots and pans were ok.
Finally, the unit next door was very loud. Walls are thin.
Shape up the cutlery and the place is a great choice.
