Room #3 - Den (Large TV/sound system that controls sound system for entire first floor) - adjacent to downstairs bathroom and bedrooms. Room #4 - Rear large enclosed porch (TV) - Great for beach gear. Large couch and lounging chairs. 3 French doors open into the rear porch. 2 entry ways from outside decks (1 deck covered on first floor). Commercial gas grill kept in this porch. Room #5 - Large wrap around sunporch with 3 sliding glass doors (front) and 1 slider (rear). Also has a wet bar and large dining table with additional seating.
