This is a perfect spot for families who need space to spread out with total privacy for the occupants of each bedroom. There are also two entrances to this duplex, each with their own keys and different locks. Two dazzling kitchens are on the window ends of the upstairs, two ample dining areas are adjacent to the kitchens, and two sizable living rooms with river rock fireplaces and big screen TVs occupy the upper-floor common areas. Downstairs are 4 bedrooms that all have their bathrooms en suite... plus 2 more powder rooms for the common areas above... all accented with taste and style - and located just a short 15 minute walk to River Run Base Lodge and Lifts at Baldy and a short stroll to shopping and dining in downtown Ketchum. This beautiful and customized, centrally located duplex has the kind of versatility and amenities perfect for large families all year round. Each master bedroom feature a river rock gas log fireplace. There are two laundry facilities in the hall. Each spacious living-dining “great room” has a large flat screen TV perched atop the rustic natural river rock gas log fireplaces (a first rate sound system allows guest to enjoy music and videos with a first class audio experience). There are two fully outfitted kitchens with brushed stainless appliances and granite counter tops. Enjoy 270 degree views inclusive of Baldy and Ketchum. A fenced wrap around deck at the lower level is a great feature that adds privacy and ambiance to quiet lounging or a nice outdoor meal in summertime. Our group of 4 couples had a great stay at this property! The space is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The common areas were perfect for cooking, eating, playing games and there was plenty of space for some of us to do a few work calls. The bedrooms were comfortable. We really enjoyed the fireplaces. The mountain shuttle stop was a short walk from the property and we used it every day. There are two grocery stores and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Property manager Deb was communicative and available for any questions we had. Great visit to Sun Valley!

What a find!!! I traveled with my three adult children and their significant others to Sun Valley. My cousin, who lives there, told me to stay near center of town. So grateful I heeded her advice! Just blocks away from the limelight Hotel- we walked everywhere! To dinner, shops! We drove 4 minutes to Atkinsons grocery store. Everything was within a five minute drive. The condo was perfectly appointed- we grilled several nights and had everything we needed.
Cannot more highly recommend this spot! Large, spacious and owner was lovely, communicative and made certain we arrived safely. We will return!! Such a special spot!

Fabulous home close to downtown but on a quiet street with close access to the bike paths. Beautiful views of the mountains; you can watch the paragliders in the morning fly down from Baldy. Combined two condo set up was perfect for our large family gathering. This was hands down best appointed rental I have ever stayed in. Kitchens had all the cookware we needed. Also well stocked with all the little things that you need like TP, storage containers, aluminum foil, and tape! Debbie was extremely easy to communicate with at check in. We did not need to bother her further because everything was great!!

Spent a week with family in this super nice condo in the heart of Ketchum. Less than a mile from River Run base area, close to downtown and restaurants, shopping. Great location. Condo was clean and well equipped with everything. Each of 4 bedrooms has a bath, two kitchens with all new equipment and appliances. Highly recommend this place.

Our family of five loved this place, the layout was perfect for us, and the short walk into town made the trip much smoother. Would definitely come back to stay again next year. Debbie the property manager was also easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great all around experience!

Spent 2 weeks in this wonderful, unique property, with separate entrances on the first floor and open between both units on the top floor. Fully stocked, great layout, perfect work from home setup. Easy walk to Baldy and town. Would definitely stay again.

We rented both units doe our family for a wedding week. Location was fantastic. Space was big and clean. Great kitchens. Beds comfortable great water pressure made for nice showers. The no air conditioning was no problem. Cooled down at night and with windows and shades closed during the day it was just fine. Met the very nice and helpful neighbor next door. Can’t say enough good things about this space. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent duplex for two families
The house is in an excellent location. In town, walking distance to the river and paths. Biking accessible to trails. Large living space. All Master bedrooms! Lovely neighbors.
Only wish would have been hard or deck to hang out on! We were on the move so much so it was just fine.

Perfect location
We had a fantastic stay. So close to everything! The house was awesome. Roomy kitchens, giant living area lovely bedrooms. Highly recommend especially for 3-4 couples.

Beautiful house-highly recommend
This is a Great house. It is very comfortable with plenty of space for 6 adults to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. Sheets and towels are supplied and there is a washer and dryer if needed. The excellent view of Baldy is a special treat while sipping coffee in the morning! It’s an easy, short walk to town, bike trail, and River Run base-another huge plus!

The picture doesn't do the property just, it was amazing. I have never stayed at place that had such a complete kitchen. It was so close to downtown and walking paths.
We had one issue when we first arrived. There are two properties that had 140 on them. Per phone conversation with the owner we found the right one. The number on are rental was blocked by a bush. We had a great time! Thank You

Loved the space
We came in late March to ski - 10 of us. We found the layout very functional, with bedrooms downstairs with en suites, and a huge living space upstairs. While it seemed a bit weird to have two kitchens and two living rooms, it actually worked great. Each kitchen was VERY well equipped with all the pots/pans, bakeware and utensils needed to make a gourmet meal. We used the pullout sofas, which were very comfortable as they were automatically inflatable airbeds instead of thin mattresses with a bar impaling the middle of your back. The upstairs felt private and airy with great views of the mountain. The location was great for walking to town for groceries or dinner, or even to River Run. The manager was very responsive before and during the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is huge, with great amenities, and is close to everything in Ketchum! Clean as can be, lots of towels and the privacy of the rooms is a great perk. Management was responsive and respectful as well. Would certainly book again!
