Relax in our remodeled two bedroom vacation home located in the Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. The back patio is on a green and has a fantastic golf course views. The condo is also just steps away from a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Must be 30 years old to rent this property. The condo has just undergone an extensive remodel. The upgrades include 16 inch ceramic tile flooring throughout, custom wall paint, solid core interior doors and beautiful opaque glass front doors. The kitchen has tiled countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. The living room is equipped with a soft sectional, 75 inch OLED SmartTV, a DVD player, Xbox360 and Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience. Golf Cart included !! A California king bed with upscale bedding awaits you in the master bedroom suite with a 32 inch flat screen TV, plus views of the golf course and back patio access. The master bathroom has also been upgraded with granite countertops and travertine ceramic tiled shower. A new pillow top queen bed and a twin bed with upscale bedding are in the large second guest bedroom. There are ceiling fans in both master and guest bedroom. This is the only model that has complete separation of bedrooms. The guest bedroom has its own slider that opens to the interior courtyard. Grill and dine at the interior courtyard and relax with your favorite beverage on the back patio. Walking distance to 'The River' shopping, restaurants, and movie complex. It is a short car ride to El Paseo Drive, Westfield Shopping Mall, Living Desert, as well as a grocery store and pharmacy. Beautiful home and wonderful location
This home is lovely, well decorated and comfortable to hang out in. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout. The barbeque was great, easy to use and in very good condition. Susan was very responsive, texted back immediately when we had a question. We love the location of the pool. The pool floats were great - we spent most afternoon at the pool. The people were friendly and fun! I highly recommend the property and Susan - we are planning to return next winter.

Our family had the best week in Sue's immaculate condo, beautifully decorated with West Elm furniture and pillows. We've stayed in many, many condos in RLP over the last 30+ years, and this unit had the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen! And multiple sets of towels and linens. Best condo in Rancho Las Palmas!

The property is nicely situated at Rancho Las Palmas. It is very close to the pool and hot tub, which my husband used every day. It is very nice to have a patio in the front and the back, as the sun moves around. Ms. Glanzrock was very nice to work with.

Great place and clean
The place is nice and clean. Ample supplies for towels. Kitchen is equipped with typical necessities. The beds are comfortable. The three of us slept like a baby for a week. Decor is nice and sleek.
Sue did call and email me to check in with me. Did not get a chance to talk to her as I have my email and phone turned off.
I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Outstanding condo
Rancho Las Palmas is a very nice community in Palm Desert and Susan's condo is exceptionally nice. It is very well furnished, well equipped, clean, and located right on the golf course. We have stayed there twice and look to be back in the future. Susan if very personable to deal with and goes the extra mile to ensure a lovely stay. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and Susan's condo is on top of our list

Winter in the desert
This is our 2nd year staying in Rancho Las Palmas in Sue's condo. We love the ability to walk to the River in the morning or for dinner. Close to great shopping and all amenities. The condo has everything you need and as this was our 2nd time in this condo it truly felt like we were coming home. Pool and hot tub are nice and close and with the numerous lemon, grapefruit and orange trees around the property what more could you want! Sue is wonderful and very accommodating. We look forward to returning next year!

Home away from home....
We have used VRBO for over 17 years and this is one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The kitchen amenities and linens are abundant, even a Keurig. The beds were very comfortable and important for long term stays. The decor is tasteful and lovely. The pool is right across the street and electronically heated perfectly. Las Palmas grounds are maintained beautifully and the golf is great. Not on the cart path is a bonus. We are looking forward to our holiday again next year. Fabulous Rancho Las Palmas location and Turn-key condo
My little dog Turtle and I relocated to the desert, from Seattle, in May. We stayed at Sue's condo while we looked for a condo to purchase. It was very hard to leave, because this was the perfect spot for us.
This property has everything you need and some things you didn't know you needed, but will use and enjoy! Condo is well decorated, clean, and Sue is very responsive to anything you need. It has both HBO and Showtime, for those of you who need to stay caught up on your favorite shows. Beds are very comfortable and the walk-in shower is great! I was still woking remotely and the desk, printer and Wi-fi all worked well.
The Golf course patio was our favorite place to hang and watch the golfers. You are on the green, so no flying balls:-). Patio is large and very secure, if you are traveling with your furry friend. I also loved that the condo faced North and South. May is a very warm month and the condo stayed very cool during the heat of the day, without having to crank up the air conditioning system. Golf is available to all and very reasonable on these courses. There is even a golf cart in the garage!
Not only did we find a gem of a condo, we also found a new friend.

Beautiful winter getaway
Thank your Sue for the lovely stay in your condo. Centrally located across from The River for shopping, restaurants and movies a short walk or golf cart drive away. We loved being in Rancho Los Palmas and the unit is well equipped and comfortable for a short or as in our case a longer stay over Christmas. We look forward to returning next year! A superbly well located complex....in a well decorated, well appointed and uniquely stocked villa.
We thoroughly enjoyed a month in Sue's place. The home was spacious and beautifully furnished which made our stay all the more enjoyable. No matter what we needed to either clean, cook or store food the necessary equipment was available. The garage in which we stored our vehicle was a bonus. We availed ourselves of a nightly session the the Hot tub across the street from Sue's place. Although we had no need for the 2nd bedroom it would have been more than adequate for visitors. CONDO PERFECT FOR COACHELLA
Staying at Sue's condo for the Coachella Music Festival (weekend 2) was my first time staying at the condo and it was awesome! It is a perfect location for all events located at the Empire Polo Fair Grounds (Coachella, Stagecoach, WTA Premier Professional Tennis Tournament, etc.).
Amenities:
The backyard patio opens up to the golf course and you can see the community pool from the driveway. All the rooms are spacious and very accommodating to guests. The living room has a large L shaped sofa and each bedroom has large closets for keeping all of your luggage organized. The bathrooms have huge mirrors and plenty of drawers with a bath too.
The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and your poolside necessities (blender, Cocktail shaker, and trays for snacks) and all of your standard cookware for meals (pans, dishes, etc.). In addition, there is a BBQ stainless steel grill perfect to steaks with an outdoor table/private patio for dinner at sunset.
Sue was great about leaving all the information we could need (wifi access, maps, security gate contacts).
Plenty of supermarkets (Trader Joe's and Von's are 5 minutes away) for groceries and good restaurants as well.
Accessibility:
The security guards are very accommodating in terms of UBER pickups and visitors. All you have to do is call ahead to the main security gate and give a heads up of when your driver will be arriving. The condo is about a 25 min drive to the Polo Fair Grounds.
In terms of the Coachella Shuttle, the condo is off of the Palm Desert line. The shuttle drops visitors off at the Omni Resort Hotel, which is right next door to the Omni Ranchos Las Palmas gated community in which the condo is located. I personally ordered an uber from the hotel to the condo (literally only a 3 minute drive). Since the hotel staff is 24/7, you don't have to wait outside for your driver, you can wait in the hotel lobby. During Coachella weekend there are plenty of uber drivers in the area and your wait time for a pick up will be less than 5 minutes, especially because a lot of uber drivers come into Palm Desert just for the festival week.
Overall the condo was fabulous and perfect for our group! A great place for a relaxing and festive weekend vacay!

The condo as just as described, and is extremely roomy, clean, and comfortable. It was in a convenient location, right on a golf course, and walking distance to pool areas. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The location of this condo in Rancho Las Palmas is a plus. The patio is spacious with plenty of outdoor seating and overlooks one of the golf course greens. We even had a cocktail party one night for approx. 15 people and everyone remarked on how inviting the place was. We used the golf cart to drive over to the clubhouse and restaurant to inquire on the services rather than take our car, very handy. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were immaculate. There was plenty of closet space and shelving in both bedrooms, despite that there weren't clothes dressers in the bedrooms. We would rent this condo again. The hot tub and pool were right across the street which we liked.

What an amazing place to stay!
We just finished our second stay at this condo in Rancho Las Palmas and the first with the new owner. It was a great condo before and the new owner has added new amenities and décor so that it is even better. We got to know the owner during our stay and she talked about the improvements she is making to furnishings and we can't wait to return to see the improvements to an already beautiful condo.
The patio is a great place to watch golfers come into the green on the second hole of the South Course and it has a mix of sun and shade that allowed us to use it all day, even in the heat of the day.
We cannot recommend this condo highly enough. Friends who visited said they couldn't imagine a better unit and would come here in a heartbeat. If you can get this one....don't hesitate.

Wonderful month
My wife and I stayed for the entire month of January. The new owner was a pleasure to work with and spent some time to help us out of a jam when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo. Our deposit was refunded promptly. The condo was just as pictured, quite roomy, clean with all the equipment one could need for cooking, cleaning, etc. All equipment, e.g. TVs, wifi, kitchen/cleaning gadgets worked well. We had several different guests in the second bedroom over the course of the month, and we all were quite comfortable and enjoyed the condo quite a bit. The location was very handy to shopping, hiking, many great golf courses and restaurants, and 15-20 min to Palm Springs. Joshua Tree Natl. Park, which we visited several times, is just 40-50 Interstate miles away. We would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Quiet and peaceful area. Walking was great and the market on the weekend at the college close by was phenomenal!
