Our recent stay was outstanding. We were a family with our grandchildren. The house had everything that we needed, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was wonderful. Stores nearby, walking distance to a marina and could snorkel right by the house. The puzzles were a huge hit. It was like being home. Everything was very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful, the location was great. We had 8 people in our family ranging from age 7-63 and we had everything we needed. The ocean is just a short walk away, but you can just sit on the deck and watch/ smell it. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook several meals helping to cut costs eating out. The pool was relaxing. A few minor hiccups but I would stay here again if I were to do it all over.

The pictures do not do this house justice !! This comfortable house with all the amenities you could think of and then some, with it's amazing view and perfect location made our Hawaii stay the best vacation we've ever had. Sandra was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. We couldn't have asked for more and can't think of anything that needs improving. The beds were all comfortable, the house was extremely clean upon arrival, the neighborhood felt very safe with great places to walk around. We will definitely be back.

From beginning to end, this has been our most favorite rental to date. Yes we've stayed in more up-to-date places or locations closer to the water, but if taking the whole package into consideration (communication with owner, views, cleanliness, location, amenities, the lanai, the POOL!!!) this house was a hit for our two families. So happy with our entire stay, and would absolutely recommend!

I would highly recommend this stay. It is a wonderful house, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful pool with ocean views right at your steps! there is absolutely nothing missing from this house for a wonderful vacation for friends and family. I will be back on my next visit to big Island.

This home comfortably accommodated our family for ten days. It was well stocked with supplies and the pool and hot tub was an extra blessing.

This property was amazing! The location couldn’t be better - Central to everything, close to groceries, right by the (rocky) beach, beautiful view. The swimming pool and hot tub were so nice to come back to. The house had just the right amount of space for 8 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very, very clean. And communication with the manager was super easy. We would love to come back here!

My family and friends stayed at this house for the week and had a wonderful experience. This house truly feels like a home. The design and decor is beautiful. The views of the ocean are wonderful and watching the surfers as we ate lunch was a treat. The kids and adults really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We're so glad we chose this house and hope to come back again!

The view is never-ending. From sunrise to sunset. Such a joy to enjoy the lanai. The pool, hot tub, bird calls, neighborhood walks, Keauhou Bay and Canoe Club. Even the wild turkeys cackling at cars on the street. Can't think of a better and more relaxing vacation. Plenty of room for guests and entertaining. Sandra the manager is wonderful. 4 thumbs up.

This was a perfect place for 8 family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. The house has a beautiful deck with lovely sunset views. Plus, a pool! The kitchen was well equipped. It’s close to a small shopping center with grocery and restaurants.

The house was amazing. The location, the grounds, the pool, the view, etc. it was stocked so generously that we felt like guests in their home. Not customers. Properties like this are our faves. Owners and management that really care and think of the extras to make you comfortable. Sandra was so helpful from the start and she couldn’t have been any sweeter. Despite what some others have said, we loved seeing the geckos in the house. 😉. Made it fun. You will love staying here. Our family needed some R&R and some laughs together after losing our son this year, and this was perfect for us. Thanks so much, Sandra.

Just far enough away from everything, and still close enough to everything. The place itself was a comfortable stay for me and my family, and everyone loved being able to just relax and gaze at the ocean, or hop in the pool at any time.

What a wonderful property! The home is laid out in such a way that everyone can spread out and feel like they can go off and read wh8le others watch a movie or play a game. It is incredibly well equipped - anything you need to cook, serve, or store food is there - even 2 dishwashers! The pool is wonderful especially because you really can’t swim at the little cove you can see from the deck. The description of the home says you can walk to beaches and stores, etc - I walked all around that neighborhood and did not see any beaches other than the canoe club and your really can’t swim or hang out there. Walking to restaurants or stores - its about a 15 min walk to a small plaza but you have to cross a pretty busy highway - and there isn’t a grocery store there. That being said, you can’t go wrong renting this lovely property - its really quiet and yet close to everything.

Well-maintained and updated house about 20 min south of the Kona airport. The master bedroom suite is huge and located on the main floor. The lower level has a full bath, laundry and a room with two twin beds and another room that can be divided into two rooms with a pull out couch and a queen bed. The pool is large and clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. The house also has beach chairs, towels, beach toys and a cooler for guest use. The house is next to a public access pathway to a rocky lava rock beach. We were able to see many crabs, yellow tang and other sea creatures from the shore. The location is away from the touristy resort areas so very quiet yet a convenient 10-15 min drive to many stores and restaurants. We had a great stay and would recommend for families.

Our family tremendously enjoyed our time here. The property was wonderful in all ways, and Sandra was a great communicator.

We enjoyed all aspects of the house, walking to the small bay only steps away and the large, deep pool on the property was great for hanging out in and laps. The marina for our snorkel tour was walking distance. Ocean Breeze is the perfect name, we had all meals on the large lanai, the kitchen was well- equipped for making our meals. There was plenty of space inside and out for the nine of our multi-generational group. AC in the bedrooms was helpful. Sandra has furnished it nicely with everything you need. I highly recommend staying a week or more!

We just returned last night from a 10 day stay at this property. There were 8 of us, three generations. We all had a great time. The location of the house is great — close enough to town, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is awesome; we all used it a lot, but the younger kids would have lived in it if we’d let them. There is a great assortment of pool toys, floaters, etc. that we added to when we left. The house is nicely decorated; not too fussy that I had to worry about the kids ruining something, but comfortable and neat. Great kitchen (although a new non stick frying pan is needed) with lots of dishes, appliances, and a good assortment of seasonings and spices. The two dishwashers seemed like a lot when we got there, but we used them both for our always-hungry group! The bedrooms were ok for us — the younger kids used the folding beds on the floor to avoid sleeping together. Lol! Plenty of bedding and pillows for all. The best part of the house is the wonderful lanai overlooking the pool and with a spectacular view of a black beach. There’s lots of activity on the beach and we enjoyed watching the manta ray divers each night. The fans out there keep it nice and cool almost all the time. Just lovely! Sandra was a great host — very quick to respond to any questions we had. I appreciated her so much! The main downside to the house is how hot it gets. The bedrooms have nice AC, but the main living area can get really uncomfortable in the afternoons and evenings, especially when cooking and doing dishes. But we would definitely come back!!

Everything was clean and the view from the porch was wonderful. Overall a nice location and vacation.

This home has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing family vacation. First off, to have a private pool and beach access is incredible. The upper level porch was a main gathering area for our family to enjoy the beautiful ocean views all while eating our meals. As for the house, it is ver spacious and equipped with air conditioner units in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with two sinks and two dishwashers. Also, there is a pantry with the necessary cooking spices and extra helpful items to enjoy a home cooked meal. The home is very close to a shopping center with a great grocery store, restaurants and commercial shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much as the home is located in an area of Kona that is not overly crowded with tourists, yet it is near all the major attractions of the town.

We had 7 people as apart of our group, the house was very clean and everything that was stated was at the house was exactly what we found plus some, would recommend to anyone, short walk down to a snorkling beach, also within walking distance to another sand beach, 15 minute drive to downtown Kona with many amazing restaurants and shopping, there is also a grocery store right around the corner which was very convenient, 2 dish washers came in handy, kitchen was amazing for cooking for our weeks stay, the view was amazing everyday and we didn’t have anything we could say was bad, thank you for an amazing week!

Sandra responded quickly and was nice. I wished it had AC throughout the house instead of just the bedrooms. I didn't love that I saw geckos in the house. It is very close to the ocean .
