Located just steps from the beach with a private roof terrace, Roami's Ocean Drive Penthouse offers Miami luxury in the heart of the South Beach action. PARKING: A public garage is located just 2 blocks away at 270 7th Street and has daily parking available for $4-5 per hour. The Space: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 8 guests in 5 beds, 1 pull out couch. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 2 Bunk beds (Sleeps 4) - Common Area: 1 Pull out sofa (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. The rooftop features a dining table for 6, an outdoor breakfast bar (seats 2), and a cabana bed. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 pull out sofa, 1 high chair, 8 beach towels, free WiFi (75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1,600 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The Neighborhood: South Beach Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber. The place looks pretty much identical to the pictures. The location is right in the middle of South Beach and doesn’t get better in terms of convenience and closeness to everything. It’s right across from the beach and the view is amazing. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room and everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was easy it can be done right from your phone. The best part was the outdoor balcony/outside area where you could really enjoy the view and there was plenty of seating to chill and do whatever you wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property was great. It was close to the beach and the rooftop provided an awesome spot for people watching. Also, the beds were very comfortable. However, the view from the rooftop is not as it is shown in the picture. There is now a large white building directly in front of the condo on the beach and the view of the ocean is obstructed. Also, the shades in the bedroom are not blackout. They are thin white blinds and it is extremely bright as soon as the sun rises.
Overall, it was a good place to spend a few days with our family.

The location of this property was great. It was close to the beach and the rooftop provided an awesome spot for people watching. Also, the beds were very comfortable. We had the best time at this ocean front property. The balcony was amazing and made a great spot for breakfast every morning and for our private chef to host the most amazing dinner one of the nights we stayed there. Beds were comfortable, and we had a quick response and delivery for additional towels from the property managers. Would 100% stay here again if we go back to South Beach.

Once we finally got the correct name of the building we had to park about 1/2 mile away and Uber to the site. Confusing entry system with no instructions, confusing shower system with no instructions, unvacuumed floors and a TV that would be better as a anchor on a fishing boat since after we changed batteries still wouldn’t allow searches for any other shows except children’s shows. The patio was a plus as it offers a spectacular view of the beach and Ocean Dr.

nice apartment.. difficult parking etc.
Spacious apartment for 4 people at most.. not 8 as listed. fully equipped kitchen appliance and cutlery wise. washer and dryer are in the hallway, have to pay to use. parking is either valet which is $30 a day or you have to pay for street parking...none of this was in the listing prior to booking. rooftop has no exterior lighting that works, we were given construction style lights to plug in to use if we wanted lights. circle lounger was missing a cushion and the cover does not work, very rusted which does not allow it to stay in place. outdoor dining area should have an umbrella at the table to make eating out there more enjoyable. also, there is no cable in the apartment, only an amazon fire stick in both tv's. area rug in living room, master bedroom and the other room needed vacuuming desperately. pest control arrived during our stay unannounced.. manager should've let us know he was coming. overall, the apartment is nice but many things need to be added to listing to prevent confusion when arriving.

Central location to all that South Beach offers. Was there during spring break for 4nights/5days (2 adults, plus 5 17-18 year olds). Outdoor area allows for lounging/viewing street below. Can be loud but wasn't bad after midnight. Condo Pluses: Clean;large TV in LR great for movies when raining, comfortable bunks&sheets, new towels(7 bath,3 beach), many extra comfy pillows, queen air mattress (now has sheets for it), kitchen well stocked, able to get late check out Needs Improvement:Outside lights don't work, safe in Master inoperable, TP role in Bath hanging off wall,Electrical outlets in both baths don't work, no deadbolt/chain inside main door allowing anyone with code to enter anytime(even when you are there), one round lounger outside has 2 broken bottom supports (covered by cushions in photo),slider to outside has no lock (when windy/rainy constantly opened...someone was supposed to come and look at it, never did). Price very high once you add in taxes and fees. Jamie very helpful at Sextant with booking. Manager also responsive with pre arrival and granting late check out however dropped the ball with addressing maintenance issues-mainly the door leading outside.

Beachfront penthouse in the BEST AREA
Great weekend with my amigos for New York. Loved going to Mangos and eating at Joe's. I can say this crazy weekend left my amex maxed out although worth it. The checkin was simple and easy to locate the unit, Emiliano was very helpful with the process. The keys provided worked well for all doors and we had zero issues accessing the apartment. Outdoor patios is the BEST that this unit has to offer. Will for sure come back!
