Tastefully decorated with colorful accents and delightful Belizean art pieces, you’ll feel immediately at home. Solaria Villas are located 3.2 miles north of the town bridge and are only .5 miles from Secret Beach road. A quick golf cart ride gives you easy access to numerous dining options and lively bars. Solaria III is a magnificent, fully air-conditioned 5000 sq. foot vacation home. It has a splendid king master suite on the top floor with stunning sea views and a private veranda. On the second floor, there are two lovely ensuite bedrooms, one king and one queen, and on the bottom floor, there is one queen and one twin, sharing a bathroom. The main living area of the villa has an open, expansive sitting area, formal dining room, and gourmet kitchen, complemented with stainless steel appliances and purpose-built for entertaining. This well-appointed space opens up to a wrap around balcony that has extraordinary views right to the Belize Barrier reef, affording the perfect opportunity for the ultimate indoor/outdoor lifestyle. For quiet evenings in and to stay connected, there is WiFi and a number of smart TVs with over 100 cable channels. For fun close by, there are kayaks for guests to enjoy. Ambergris Caye is known for its world-class diving, fly, reef, and deep-sea fishing. Easy check in, every single detail was taken care of, the communication with very quick and respectful, and we loved the caretaker of the property. It truly couldn’t have been better, and the guide was SO HELPFUL! This alone was worth the extra funds spent on this villa vs a hotel elsewhere. 5+stars all around.

Pools were clean and clear. Everything worked. Washer and dryer in the house were helpful. Plenty of outdoor seating on various decks and the beach area. Golf carts were waiting for us as ordered. The transportation from the Tropic Air terminal to the house was flawless both ways. The kitchen was well appointed, even had coffee waiting for us. Very quiet. The management was responsive and easy to deal with. WE ALL WANT TO GO BACK.

Responsive management. Plenty of space. The private beach was cleaned and raked every morning. Golf carts we ordered were waiting on us. The A/C worked great. The pools were very clean. Very quiet. Everything worked. Having a washer and dryer was nice. Plenty of outdoor seating. Kitchen was well stocked with accessories even had coffee for us. The transportation to and from Tropic Air was flawless. Every question we had was answered quickly through email or onsite by their representative. I WANT TO GO BACK ASAP.

Family Reunion
I thought the house was beautiful. It does need a little TLC in the cabinetry in the kitchen and the cooking utensils. The most disappointing thing is the sea grass problem . I know that is nothing more you can do and the neighboring properties are not as meticulous as your property is. The smell is very powerful. The secret beach we went to once and it was beautiful, but the roads you must travel in a golf cart are deplorable. It does not make you want to travel it numerous times. Candido was excellent.

Elena and Simon were always an email or call away for any questions we had. The link/app they send you basically has every answer you need. They arranged all transportation and excursions. All were flawless and perfectly timed.

The Solaria Villa was lovely. It was spacious and well built. There are three villas on the property and we stayed in Villa III. The other two villas were not occupied which made the vacation very nice and private. The hammocks in the ocean were fun and the swimming pool was great. Due to the abundance of sea grass floating in, we could not swim in the ocean. The caretaker Candido on site did a great job cleaning g our section of the beach early each morning (but there is still some smell). Candido is a great job getting anything we needed. Elena and Simon were very helpful booking exertions. Tropic air flights. Golf carts. Taxis and COVID tests.

Beautiful place
We had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious and plenty big enough for 7 adults. It was really nice to have the kayaks and bikes available to use whenever we wanted them. Candido was very responsive and helpful with any minor issues that came up. It was really nice to have groceries delivered and waiting for us the day we got there—would definitely recommend doing that. Also had Aurora come and fix dinner for us for a few nights which was delicious and really relaxing. I would absolutely recommend staying at Solaria if you are thinking about vacationing in Belize!

Another wonderful Spring Break!
Everything was wonderful! Anything we needed, Simon was available right away to help. Candi the caretaker was awesome as well. The location was incredible! What a way to wake up, as well as end the day.
We would suggest an upgrade on the mattresses and pillows as we all found them to be uncomfortable, however it did not ruin our stay or our vacation!

We were a group of 7 friends in this 5 bedroom Villa. Beautiful private home featured on VRBO. Lots of space for everyone, beautiful large balcony with comfortable outside furniture and a great shared pool. Simon, your contact at the property management company is excellent. You will not be disappointed.

If you have someone who struggles with stairs, you may want to consider booking Villa II which has the kitchen on the ground floor. The stairs were not an issue at all for our group. Simon answered all our questions through the booking process and throughout our stay. He was a great resource with booking activities and flights! Candido and Martin were onsite for anything we needed. The villas are 45 minutes from Secret Beach and about 30 minutes to the main part of town. We loved the Tipsy Lobster, The Truck Stop, diving with White Sands and fishing with Tony's. Simon and crew- we will see you soon!

Beautiful place and great property manager
This house has 5 BR, 2 living areas, dining for 8, bar stools for 5, it comes with drinking water and coffee supplied, a small pool, a larger pool, a private beach, a pier, beach towels, and an app where you can find everything! If you have questions, Simon and Elena are awesome with quick responses. I messed up the dates of our fishing excursion and they bent over backwards to accommodate us, even though they didn't have to. We plan to come back again!

There were 12 of us, and our stay at Solaria Villas was AMAZING!!!! We rented both Solaria III and Casa la Bonita, and could not have been happier! The villas were clean, and had plenty of everything (i.e. towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, kitchen and laundry supplies, etc.) The setup was GREAT! Tons of living area, and deck space, plus private bedrooms and bathrooms! The pool was awesome, and the location was perfect to get to Secret Beach (you MUST go!!!!!), tons of great restaurants, and even in to town. There was also a restaurant on each side of the villas that you could walk to and both were great! The property has its own dock, so anytime we needed to leave by boat (diving, snorkeling, excursions, etc.) they picked us up right on our dock. Simon was wonderful! He was VERY responsive anytime we emailed, called, or texted. He answered all of our questions and helped us to make sure everything was perfect prior to arrival and during our stay! He got our excursions booked, made sure golf carts were waiting on us, made arrangements for us to get to an from the airport, etc. Candido was onsite during our stay, and was also FANTASTIC!!!! We say him frequently, otherwise he was always a phone call away, and was very responsive to anything and everything! Finally, Alex with Exquisite Eats was AMAZING!!!! She came to the villas and cooked for us 3 different nights, and each night was more amazing that the last! So relaxing to be able to enjoy each other’s company in the comfort of the villas and still have an amazing meal! We could not have asked for a better trip or a better place to stay! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will definitely be back!!!!!

I decided to finish out our family's 14 day stay in Belize with 5 nights at Solaria Villa III. We are a family of 6 - me, my husband, our 15 year old triplets, and 11 year old son. The house was larger than we actually needed but it was welcome after being in smaller accommodations for the prior nights. Every family member loved the house, the large bedrooms, two huge open family rooms and large kitchen, and outside balconies and pools. I also appreciated stocked laundry room.
The location was terrific - situated directly on the beach, and while its a bit outside of town we actually preferred it since it was calmer and still close to many good restaurants, 18 minutes to the Secret Beach and a fun golf cart ride to almost anything you could want. Our family especially enjoyed the Truck Stop with fun activities such as Trivia night and Family Feud.
We truly appreciated the caretaker Candido who lives on the property and could help with anything (we had a few issues with our golf cart starting - he fixed it!). We also were super thankful for Simon - the property manager. He booked our Tropic Air flights for us, arranged the golf cart rentals, scheduled Covid tests at the house for our return flights and answered all sorts of recommendation related questions. He was fantastic!
The house could easily handle at least twice the occupants and is a gem! I would highly recommend staying at Solaria Villa III.

We stayed in the 5 br villa at Solaria Villas last week-it was amazing! We had a family of 8 adults and one baby. Plenty of space for everyone and great living/dining areas for hanging out. Beautiful house with all the amenities. Right on the beach with beautiful views. Our taxi drivers were waiting for us when we landed in San Pedro and took us to sign the paperwork for our golf carts and groceries. Golf carts were waiting at the villa for us. The caretaker, Candido, was waiting for us at the villa to show us around and answer any questions we had had. He was very helpful throughout the week and always available. His sweet pup, Linda, was hanging out off and on, so we even had our own little vacation dog to keep us company! Highly recommend!

FABULOUS!!!
Solaris III is absolutely fabulous. It's even more beautiful than the pictures. The Belizean artwork and wood are stunning. It is huge and great for larger groups or families. Simon made all the planning easy. He arranged our flights from Belize City, our taxi from San Pedro airport to the Villa, our golf cart rentals, and our snorkeling trip & Mayan ruins adventure. Having the concierge service is wonderful. Being collected at the Villa's pier for the 2 adventure days was especially convenient. Condido, the on-site manager, was very responsive and helpful. As others have reported the location is excellent for experiencing the whole island. It's equal distance between the town and Secret Beach and close to lots of delicious restaurants. (Tipsy Lobster, Truck Stop, Rojo, Marbucks & Ak'bol were our favorites). We found being north of town peaceful & beautiful.
Everyone in our family had a great time and we all hope to return soon!

Solaria Villa III is absolutely breathtaking. It is very well furnished and equipped. We were are family of 8. There are 2 living areas, plus numerous sitting areas and patios for us to hang out together or separately. Our grandson enjoyed our private pool, but soon transitioned over to the large communal pool. The scuba/snorkeling tour is right next door as are several restaurants and bars. The on-site caretaker was there to deal with any issues, along with removing garbage daily. This was a great property that really suited our family and the diversity of our needs.

Trip of a lifetime!
We visited Solaria Villas III over Christmas 2019. WOW!
From our first communication with Simon to the sad ride back to the airport, this trip was amazing and easy. Simon easily took care of the Villa booking and booking our Tropic Air flights and hung with us through several changes in the manifest, no easy feat with so many passengers. Again Simon made everything easy and seamless with excellent communication. From the several pick ups at the airport and quick stop at the grocery store to sign for the golf carts and provisions, to the quick ride to the villa, they got us off to a very easy and relaxed start.
Once we arrived at Solaris Villas III were at total ease and vacation mode. Candido showed us around and got us familiar with all of the amenities. The property was magnificent for our family of 9. The kitchen and the five burner gas range was used extensively and enjoyed as was the deck with those wonderful reef and beach views and that sunrise we never missed. The family areas and the five separate ensuite rooms were exactly what we were looking for our family time and private time when needed. The wood burning fireplace, though not used for a fire, was exactly what we needed for our Christmas stockings.
Candido and Martin were always there when needed for water supply and garbage removal, etc. and were so very friendly and helpful. They also did a great job every morning keeping the beach raked and cleaned. The property was immaculate, no shoes required or desired. Daniel hooked us up with excellent fishing guides and also with Neff and Tammy at Exsite Belize Sailing, who provided us a lifetime experience snorkeling and chilling at Ko Ko King on Caye Caulker.
The property was better than the pics and suited us perfectly. The location was awesome with Las Terrazzas right next store for those with a desired a spa day and Coco Cabanas restaurant on the other side for a few meals. Solaria Villas is also just past the end of the paved road near the Tipsy Lobster and the Truck Stop. 10-15 minutes to town and same for the secret beach. Probably the best location on the island if you plan on taking in the many activities available on Ambergris Caye.

This place was fantastic! Simon manages the place along with some other properties. He was very professional, quick to respond, and always picked up the phone when I called. Candito lives on the property and is around constantly. He was very attentive, friendly, and always happy to help.
We arrived by water taxi greeted by a man holding a sign with my name on it. They had arranged taxis (included in the price of the rental) to take us to the house. We took them up on our offer to make a stop at a grocery store to pick up a few things. Don’t buy coffee/creamer—they provide that at the house!
Alas we arrived at the house--Stunning! Beautiful architecture; the pictures don’t do it justice. The grounds are very well manicured and have 3 properties. The 3 properties share a nice large pool—although we never had to share it with anyone! Our house (Solaria III) also had its own private pool. It’s basically a huge hot tub that’s not heated--great for relaxing. Kayaks are provided as well, but it was very windy while we were there. The sea grass was also in full force while we were there, but they did a great job picking up the sea grass every morning. Your luck may be different. The winds and amount of sea grass vary greatly throughout the year so your luck may be different. There’s a dock on the property as well, so any water excursions you book can pick you up right at your front door!

Solaria Villa III was a great stay for my family and I. There were 8 total adults and one small child, and everyone was able to sleep comfortably in nice beds with well conditioned rooms.

We chose Solaria Villa III for our annual "couples" trip, mainly because it could accomodate our large group (10 adults). Let me just say, it did not disappoint. It was extremely clean, spacious and and a short golf cart drive to a number of bars and restaurants. One would not even need to go downtown with so much near the villa. The property is as pictured and in a location 4 miles north of San Pedro good for getting away. No problems with rental property equipment, AC worked, everyone was comfortable. The furniture is a bit dated and the shower water pressure is low but didn't make for any discomfort. Great villa to rent for access to Secret beach (15 min golf cart ride) and northern island restaurants and bars - go to Truck stop! The road to the property from town is mostly paved with the last 2 minutes on more bumpy compressed dirt road. The management staff is excellent, great communicators, friendly, knowledgable and helped arrange golf cart rental, to and from airport, private chef dinner and recommending activities and places to eat. If you have questions or a problem they are there to help and respond right away.

We stayed at the villa March 16-23rd, 2018. In our group we had 10 adults and baby. The villa was perfect, lots of space for everyone could have had at least 2 more guests and still would have been plenty of room, the lower level has great sleeping comfy couches with TV and seperate 2 piece bathroom. The villa was clean, and the onsite grounds and maintenance man was great he took very good care of us. Simon was there to meet and greet us on our arrival and even dropped by during our stay to make sure all was good, he came by on our departure to make sure we were picked up taken to water taxi. We picked the right place to stay, we felt safe. Everyday was a fun adventure on the island. Don't miss the secret beach, not so secret. Lots of fun, great music and beach. Miss it already. Don't let the road stop you, very bumpy but worth it. Hope to come back. Cheers to Simon and his team, we had a great stay. Christine
