Two master bedroom suites(one up one down), plus two bedrooms suitable for adults or children. Original artwork throughout, two surround sound stereo systems, state of art technology throughout. Fully equipped gourmet Viking kitchen & grill, a cook's & entertainer's dream! You can hear the waves from our decks. Situated in the exclusive gated Peninsula enclave of WaterSound Beach, a short nature walk on the boardwalk along the lake and thru the dunes to our vast uncrowded beach & pools. Kayak in our Dune Lake or Gulf, and bike along bike paths. Enjoy the beautiful Gulf sunsets from several decks. This home is the perfect luxurious getaway for one or two families. 4 bicycles provided. We offer two beautiful, well appointed community swimming pools, one with food and beverage. Great home on a convenient lot nestled in the trees. Inside there was so much room to spread out. Loved the outdoor space and the walk to the beach and pool was very enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home.

This house exceeded our expectations. It was so comfortable, light-filled, and well appointed. Lots of space for the five of us to spread out, from the lovely living spaces to each of the many outdoor deck living spaces. The kitchen was everything we needed (we cooked/grilled at the house every single night) with great appliances. The Sonic ice maker was divine. We appreciated that the house did not feel like the typical beach rental, but had some very personal touches.
The walk to the beach and pool was easy and so beautiful. There was ample room on the beach - not crowded at all like at Rosemary.
The owner was gracious and very communicative - all of questions were answered immediately.
We will certainly stay at this property again.

Could not get grill to light unfortunately
One other concern was deck had some boards rotting and so we didn’t use the space as much

Had a great time cooking dinner, playing at the pool and beach and biking bikes. House has great space for all to enjoy and multiple deep outdoor spaces to enjoy. Family thoroughly enjoyed week.

Pictures do not do this home justice. Loved the kitchen - from Viking appliances to the spacious pantry, kitchen has everything you need and more. Our family loved all of the outdoor seating and porches. Property felt private and quiet. We did a lot of biking and although there were 4 bikes at the house I would recommend bringing your own bikes if you enjoy biking. Same for beach chairs. Walk to the beach was quick and we loved having access to all the pools in Watersound. We got pizza from Bruno’s the day we checked in and also went to dinner at Perfect Pig - both were great. Cooked the rest of time using kitchen and outdoor grill. Shopped at new Publix on 98 which was alot less crowded then Watercolor location. Overall we had a great time and home was beautiful.

Very accommodating for our family. Great proximity to pool and beach. Beach privacy excellent. Providing household necessities a real plus, including availing pantry items for use as needed. Enjoyed Nespresso. Bicycles🙂Beach towels🙂I personally enjoyed the Lagoon Boardwalk, walking it morning and evening.

Great Vacation week away
The house was beautiful and kitchen was very spacious. I loved the windows and the open concept of the house.
There were 6 of us (all adults)we had plenty of room and didn't felt like we were on top of each other.
Peter and Julie was very quick to respond to any concerns or needs. They both made sure if we had an issue it was taken care of a timely matter during our stay or just to check in with us.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of room at the house. The kitchen was incredible. You feel very secluded as the house is nestled in beautiful trees. Just lovely. A nice getaway. Would highly recommend!!

We loved the house layout which allowed my wife and I to occupy the upper floor master suite while the kids stayed below on main floor. Very private, gated community. About a 10 minute walk to pool and beach. Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Fantastic house and setting
WaterSound is absolutely beautiful, and the house was the perfect place for our family (five total, kids aged from 10 to 17) to spend an extended spring break. Peter (owner) and Julie (property manager) were both proactive and responsive in communications.

Terrific stay!
Beautiful property, everything as advertised. The kitchen is awesome as described in other reviews. We made great use of the bikes - the Hub is a very easy bike ride away, even for younger kids. The walk to the beach is a little difficult if taking a cart or wagon due to the steps but we were able manage just fine. The beach is perfect and much less crowded than adjacent areas, which is one of the best aspects of the location. The owner was very solicitous and checked in on us several times via text. Overall great experience.

Peaceful and relaxing
The house was beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. The two master bedrooms were a huge plus to let my teens have their ow. Space. The extra living room/ bedroom allowed my tween to stay up playing g video games without disturbing a sole. We will be back soon.

Great spot for a beach holiday. The home is in a great community with direct access to the beach. The beach area is large and private. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are a couple of community pools that are very nice. Overall, strongly recommend.

Wonderful home in WaterSound
The design and architecture of this home is lovely and spacious. plenty of space for the two families (4 adults and 3 kids) traveling in our group. Two master suites and four and a half baths allowed for perfect accommodations for us. The kitchen was well appointed and the dining large enough to fit everyone. The TVs and tech worked as needed and even when there was an issue with the fridge they had a repair person out the next day to fix. Would definitely rent again.

Gorgeous House and Neighborhood
We loved our stay at this property. The house was beautiful and gave 8 of us plenty of room to have our space and congregate together in the evenings. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen of any we have rented before. They even had high end appliances for use like a Kitchen Aid mixer and Cuisinart. The bar area was fun to have also since we were there celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday. Having 4 bikes available was also very useful since it was an easy bike ride to either Seaside or Rosemary. The beach was the best experience as well because it was never that crowded ... and we were even there over Fourth of July weekend! It was a little bit of a walk with all of our gear, but it was such a pretty walk over bridges, lakes and dunes that we didn’t mind. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home that is well stocked in every aspect!
The home is beautiful and has anything that you could ask for. If you are looking to get away from the masses at 30A, but still have quick access to The Hub, this is a great place. Our only complaint is that getting to the beach is a little challenging. It is only a 7 - 10 minute walk. But if you want to bike you, you need to go out of the neighborhood to the next gate. Not a huge deal, but be prepared if you have little kids.

Loved our time in this beautiful home! We are a family of six and very much enjoyed staying in this house. Will most definitely come back.
It’s a 7 minute beautiful walk to the beach- there are stairs during that walk so strollers and wagons are a bit tricky. Area of the beach is my absolute favorite. It’s quiet and not overcrowded! Our sunset pictures were epic!
House has beautiful outdoor spaces so we were outside as much as we were inside!
Owner was helpful and quick to reply if I had questions!
Can’t wait to go back!

House: would recommend to others; very nice & clean. Owners have pantry locked and should consider changing that. Most bikes were not usable c/o needing air. Given distance from beach club, definitely should consider providing golf cart
Beach Club: been many times; an incredible amenity. The service on the beach is all but impeccable. The service w F&B is/was not; for the 5* pricing the service should be equal... it’s 2* at best. Fix that and I don’t think there’s a better option b/t Destin & PCB
