Suite 215 is a second-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a bathtub. Suite 215 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This unit has a full-size dining table and a spectacular view of the city with it being an end unit. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.

My husband and I needed just a little getaway and this place was perfect for a mid winter break. The condo was warm and cozy .. more than enough for a very comfortable stay for two people.. it was clean and the view was absolutely beautiful!! We’re going to come back in summer for sure! Staff was also so helpful and kind!! Thank you Christine for you great insight on the area and alll your help!!

Skiing weekend at Nubs Nob. Have stayed here on and off during past 30 years. Always super clean and inviting, however showing its age. Units need refresh; new higher vanities, toilets, carpets, paint, etc. Also, please use unscented laundry soap; while not unpleasant, don’t want to smell it on bedding while sleeping.

We love Boyne city and the water street inn. The city of Boyne with its location on lake Charleroix many things to do within the city and it’s central location to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, M-22, and the city of Charlevoix all provide great day trips. Our preferred location at the water street inn is condo 215 providing great water views also a clean, upscale, and relaxing experience.

We have stayed at this resort several times and love it but this unit does not reflect the Water Street image and should not charge full price. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing but the carpet is stained and the wallpaper is peeling off.

We love staying at Water Street Inn. The location is perfect for walking and enjoying all that Boyne has to offer. The unit we stayed in was historic. I don't believe anything has been updated since the 90's. The unit was clean but wear and tear were evident in the carpet, furniture and wallpaper. The front office staff were very helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay at the Water Street Inn. Clean, quiet, and cool after coming in from a hot day on the private beach. Had a gorgeous view of Lake Charlevoix, a perfect opportunity for incredible sunsets. Minutes walk from cafes, shops, and restaurants. First time in Boyne and we will definitely be back! Thank you

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at Water Street with one glaring exception, the carpeting. It was extremely dirty or worn out to the point that, in my opinion, it should have been cleaned or replaced. Frankly, we were very disappointed to find an Inn of this caliber to have carpeting in such terrible condition. I hope the owners will do something about this soon

I am the Pastor from the First Baptist Church of Boyne City and we have used the Water Street Inn for our quests that we bring in from out of town. We always hear nothing but good reports about the rooms and am grateful for that. Most everyone that we have put up there says they want to come back just for a vacation! Good job. Property management, and the location are the best aspects of this property. Unit #215 is worn out and in average condition at best. I would recommend the property, but look for a different unit with renovated kitchen/bathroom.

Located right on the lake with a beach to enjoy. This is within walking distance of all that downtown has to offer. We walked to dinner and all the shops. Will definitely stay here again and again.

We liked our room - the side view adds so much to the beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix. One problem for us was the bathtub - when we wanted to shower. For over 65 year olds, the step in and out of the tub was difficult. We also could not find any dishware (plates and bowls) for our daily use. The four wheel luggage carts need to be replaced. The wheels are not strong enough to hold luggage. You need more than two carts for check in and check out, too.

215 has issues, 315 was fine for the most part. 215's internet connection failed more than once. There was also only one chair for comfort which took from the experience. The tv connection failed during the night and would not reconnect. The toilet handle was messed up. The fridge was ancient. 215 was substandard.
