About this house rental
Nestled in West Beach, this charming house for R 24,893 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Lemonade Stand is a great house for a gathering. Right across from the beach, with a private pool. It is now pet friendly for a maximum of 2 dogs with a pet fee. Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day). It rents as a whole, with a total of 13 bedrooms, 12 full baths and works beautifully as one large house. The east side has a large living room with abundant seating, the west is a large dining area with 3 large dining tables. Each has a kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 full laundry rooms. Large private pool can be heated for $50/day, large covered outdoor gathering space with grills and seating for outdoor dining. Nice combination of larger common space for togetherness, and lots of private bedrooms with porches. The first floor has a family room with a large so the kids have a place to call their own. There are 13 spacious bedrooms, each with TV. 12 have adjoining baths, the 13th has a hall bath right next door. 10 bedrooms have private balconies overlooking either the Gulf or the pool & Little Lagoon beyond. There are a total of 10 King bedrooms. Large pool area complete with lots of lounge chairs, tables for outdoor dining, grills and an assortment of beach chairs & more that you are welcome to use during your stay. The pool can be heated for $50/day. Located in family-friendly West Beach, 2 miles west of Hwy 59. Away from condos & crowds, still quite close to restaurants, shops & attractions. The bottom floor has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a family room and 2 laundries. The middle floor has a large living and a dining area, with kitchen areas at the north end of each so you can easily prep or serve from either. There are two large openings so the space flows easily from side to side. There are also two King bedrooms on this floor. The third floor has a total of six bedroms--three bedrooms on each side, each with a private bath. All floors have decks on the Gulf and pool/Little Lagoon sides. Each of the spacious bedrooms also has its own television. First Floor: 2 King Bedrooms overlooking the pool, Two King Bedrooms with Daybeds and Trundles (2 twins) facing the beach. On the east side in the middle you'll find a King Bedroom, on the west, a family room gathering space. Second Floor: 2 King Bedrooms overlooking the pool. Third Floor: 2 King Bedrooms overlooking the pool each with a daybed, 2 King Bedrooms with Daybed and Trundle facing the beach, and 2 Queen bedrooms in the middle. Sorry! NO COLLEGE GROUPS. We welcome teams, church groups, faculty-sponsered groups. Please note we are unable to rent to unchaperoned college groups or groups under the age of 25. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. Maximum of 30 adults. Hangout Festival weekend there is a $1000 refundable security deposit. We accept reservations UP TO 51 WEEKS before arrival. If the corresponding week this year has not passed, we cannot yet accept your reservation. This year's guests have an opportunity to rebook at the end of their stay. The next Monday the house is open for all reservations.

We loved staying at the lemonade stand. It was 14 of us and we had lots of room and privacy. The kitchens were a plus with the cooking. The stairs were challenging but good exercise. Some of the sliding doors were hard to open or lock.

We had a wonderful long weekend with friends. We had a sushi chef come in one night and the double kitchen and huge dining area was perfect for that! The pool was perfect and there was so much space to accommodate everyone. Quick walk to the beach. We would absolutely love to come back!

My friends and family have been visiting Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area every Labor Day weekend for over 24 years..I would have to say The Lemonade Stand was by far the best! The bedrooms were exactly what we were looking for! Everyone had their own bathroom and the kitchen was absolutely amazing! Pool was great and walk to the beach and local stores and restaurant was a very short walk. Views of the beach were very visible, even from across the road! We will be back!

Great house for our family of 22. Plenty of space to spread out and the pool was amazing for us all to hang out. Wish we would have had a connection to the close walkthrough to the beach that said it was for Harris properties only. Even with wagons it was a little ways to the beach. Close to everything we wanted to do,and liked the 2 free tickets for attractions and all the starter stuff in the house. But with the rental cost we were surprised at how repairs or replacements that were needed. I will say when we saw the railing on the steps to the pool was disconnected from the post they came out right away and repaired it. Overall a great family vacation.

This house was absolutely perfect for our big family! The house had plenty of space and everything needed to cook every night for 35 people. The only thing we would change is the house needs an elevator for the elderly and ceiling fans in the picnic table area. I highly recommend this house for large groups!

Our family of 30 had a wonderful time at the Lemonade Stand! We loved the double kitchen and big dining and living room. The heated pool was also a big hit with the grandkids! We would definitely recommend this home!

Excellent facility for large family gatherings. Two kitchens make it so convenient and easy to cook. The kitchens are well stocked. The pool was amazing and very nice bedrooms. The management is very responsive and addressed any of our concerns immediately. There are a lot of stairs, which can be hard for older people, but everything else about this house was perfect.

The property was very big and well maintained. We had a couple glitches at check in, but the management company was very responsive and fixed right away. We had 6 adults and 8 kids and we still had room for more! House is nice set up. Kids all stayed on the first floor and the adults on the 3rd floor. They loved having their own space. Quick walk across the street to the beach. We would definitely recommend to anyone large groups. Plenty of space for everyone. The two kitchens were nice to separate kids and adults foods. The large dining room was perfect for all of us to sit together for meals and play games.

Stayed in July/August 2022. Review saved but not sent originally. Led astray by the high ratings and glowing reviews. Only complaints listed were stairs and wifi - wifi issues were fixed expediently and any renter should be aware of the stairs. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired: Surfaces unclean, bugs on floors and stairs, dishes put away dirty. General conditions - poor and potentially unsafe. Dishwasher: damaged gaskets, damaged silverware baskets. Freestanding Ice Makers: excited about these but they never produced much ice. Refrigerator: Ripped and torn gaskets held together with tape (yes on a 14K per rental property!) Temp holding was questionable making us nervous about food safety. Stoves: Gaskets burned, shredded, and torn. East side stove set off alarm every time it was used with no visible debris or apparent cause. Kitchen: minimal measuring cups, torn up measuring spoons, no working can opener, no wine opener, no bottle opener, hodgepodge of cookware. Random things seemingly left by other renters, and missing shelves in the pantry. Again, in a property costing 14K to rent. There was plenty of serving dishes but not much else. Beach accessory closet: Really? Tons of stuff in there but most of it broken or in terrible condition. Only one wagon and it was also broken. Location: As described but misleading instructions by the management company led us to be threatened by homeowners and renters across the way. Pool: Awesome. House layout: Perfect for a bunch of different families. Would only recommend if change to management company and improvements on things noted.

This is the perfect spot for a large group of people. The spacing is idea and to add a cherry to the top each room has it's very own private bathroom. We would definitely stay here again. If we could only do something about the stairs. When you leave you will definitely have reached your workout steps.

The accommodations were great and we were all comfortable. The only drawback was the stairs! Thank God for young strong grandsons to carry things in and out for us! We have rented a lot of condos and houses and this one was by far the most equipped we have ever stayed in! Everything you need is there - every kitchen item (4 coffee pots + 2 K-Cup pots), 4 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators + a drink fridge, 4 washer and dryer combos, tons of beach chairs, and on and on! The beds are really comfy. The furniture is beautiful, and the view and location are perfect for the beach and restaurants. The rental company's communication was excellent and timely. Space for multiple cars to park, steps from the beach (which was not crowded in April), and the pool is nice. I would not recommend this place if you have elderly people though. There are a lot of stairs. I would not let the stairs deter you otherwise because it was a perfect home! Huge and fully stocked! I do not know these people so if it sounds like I am going on and on it's because it really is that great! The only odd thing was washing your own towels before checking out - not a deal-breaker but sort of odd from a cleanliness point of view. We will definitely book here again though!

Overall we had an outstanding time. Plenty of space in the house so no one was on top of each other. A few minor things I brought up to the management company. If you pay to heat the pool, don't expect to use the first day if the weather is cool outside. It barely got warm enough on the second day to use. The management staff was very professional and curtious.

To sum it up, WE HAD A BALL! The descrip Of the house accurately described the house. We had no surprises. The two kitchens side by side were amazing! As well as the two gathering spaces. There was room enough for everyone to spread out and enjoy. As was mentioned by others, there is no elevator which made bringing in luggage and groceries a challenge, but we made the most out of it.
