Inlet views from the front porch and ocean views from the back porch! Our private inlet boat/fishing dock across the street is also included and has extra parking for 1-2 vehicles. From the ground level there is space to park up to 3 to 4 vehicles. Also, the ground level has 2 front stairways for easy access to the 2nd level, considered the main floor. The main floor features a large family and entertainment room with a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean Moreover, the main room includes a dining area with full kitchen and access to 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Just to note, only 2 of the bedrooms have direct access to the back deck. The second floor (3rd level) features 3 bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. One of the rooms includes a classic chess/checkers game table with chairs, library, and access to a private deck with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Just to note, this deck has a stairway leading down to the back deck for access to the private walkway. Each bedroom is uniquely and beautifully decorated in a timeless southern style that makes you feel right at home. It makes a perfect setting for a family retreat or a get-away with close friends.
