Nestled in Indian Rocks Beach, this attractive house for R 19,175 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 3 Palms Retreat offered by Beach Time Rentals Our gulf-front property is composed of a main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a duplex with two 2-bedroom units, totaling 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our retreat will accommodate up to 16 guests. The beachfront duplex is composed of two adjacent cottages providing over 2000 square feet of luxury space together. The main house provides 1500 sq ft. Each unit in the gulf front duplex has two bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, living area and a beautiful porch where you can enjoy the views. The kitchen in each unit is equipped granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including smooth-top stove, a beautiful dining set, and every appliance and utensil we could think of. You will find everything you need to make a gourmet family meal or have a casual night in. Each living room is spacious and features a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating and views of the beach. The bedrooms in each unit feature a King bed in the first bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom. Each primary bedroom has Ocean views. Totaling 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A great set up for a family arrangement. All bedrooms are furnished exquisitely, with fine linens and cozy bedding. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This beautiful home features a kitchen, dining area and living area. All bedrooms in this property feature a King bed. Enjoy pure luxury in this private home located in Indian Rocks Beach. Our multi-family holiday resort has private access to a sensational beach and lots of space to spread out. Many of the families having reunions love being together, but like to have their own space and this property provides just that! Having enough space to make it more enjoyable for everyone. Excellent property for groups or families! Beachfront was perfect and the pics very accurately describe the space; super clean, well-maintained units. Loved the common areas but also the privacy of three separate units. The management staff were excellent and super responsive at all times.

We rented this property for a 80th birthday vacation with the whole family and it did not disappoint!! We mostly all hung out at the 2 beachfront units which housed the younger generations and the 3 older couples could retreat to the back location for some quite time and relaxation! Everything was clean and in perfect working order and exactly as described! Would definitely stay here again!

The condos were great other than the main house air conditioning was unbearably hot ; the room temp was 86 in the daytime and 78 at night , it was very difficult for 3 couples to sleep ; the A/C unit desperately needs replacing ; the front 2 condos cooled normally ; we would love to rent again next year if the A/C gets fixed

3 Palms is a beautiful property right on the beach that meets my family’s needs with 7 bedrooms. The beach is just steps away with a porch for relaxing as well as 2 screened patios. No trouble with parking and shopping close by. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved 3 Palms Retreat. Stayed there for a week with our 4 children and their families. Really enjoyed being right on the beach. We swam, watched spectacular sunsets from the deck, caught some waves, saw dolphins, found sand dollars and played in the sand. Used the gas grill and enjoyed many meals right on the large table on the back deck with perfect Gulf views. We were close enough to wave to adults on beach to hand off grandkids. Recommend walking over to French Bakery for treats, breads and breakfast. Also enjoyed walking to Beach Waves Grill. Definitely one of our favorite family vacations!! Hope to come back.

Our women’s hockey team has stayed her for the past 2 years while playing in an over 50 tourney! While we don’t win a lot of games, we always score with this incredible place to stay- swimming in the beautiful, warm gulf, taking long walks on fine, sandy beaches, breezy screen porch naps with a view, and ending with a spectacular sunset each night. Units are well equipped, including some nice upgrades this year, and the property manager is highly supportive and responsive.

Very convenient and beautiful setting for us. Bathrooms are tiny (door doesn’t even open completely) and one didn’t have a sink. Showers are old. Outside table was very dirty (I’m sure from weather) but there were no cleaning products and no broom to sweep sand. Remedied very quickly the next day by management company dropping off both items (new brooms) the next day to all 3 units. Biggest disappointment was no beach chairs, nor umbrella. Not everyone is able to sit on the sand comfortably and in the sun. Plenty of sand toys for the kids. Overall was a great place for all of us to be together, but also private accommodations.

Overall, was a very great experience. I was very unhappy that the location was not clean when we got there. There was no one there even cleaning and we got there. Only a half hour prior to our check-in time. Housekeeping was very cooperative and we were told that they were called off the job to go clean a different location. mini updates need done on the house and we were very unhappy to find out that there was not a washer and dryer in the main house where we were told there was. We had children and teenagers with us so I had to do a lot of laundry. But overall we love the house.

Location and beach access were wonderful. The condition of the homes were a bit worn and tattered (furniture, etc.). The bathrooms were not ideal at all (one without a sink) and so narrow and small with nowhere to set your toiletries. Light switches are crazy and we finally discovered that wires are crossed so one bedroom ran the other bedroom and vice versa.

3 Palms is the perfect Ocean Front vacation compound with two separate homes on the property. You have the ultimate amount of room, private parking and just feet from Indian Rocks beach. I love the low country look and feel of it instead of the stucco/Spanish tile condo monstrosities that are a dime a dozen on ocean fronts everywhere. This will be my go to rental from now on in FL. Have stayed here 2021 and 2022 while in town to watch Mr. Tom Brady and the Bucs.Absolutely cannot go wrong here. Clean, modern inside, two spacious side by side condos and a separate 2000 sq foot home in the compound. Side-note... you cannot just rent one or the other, all housing on site is only rented as a whole rental. It was not nor is a deal breaker for me. I rented two years in a row for just me and my husband😁! Overall perfect place especially for large families!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed 3 Palms Retreat last week as we celebrated our daughters beach wedding. The location of being so close to the beach and the relaxing deck to watch the sunsets were so appreciated with our young families. The tasty decor of the 3 units,cleanliness, and comfy beds were a real plus. Also the convenience of bakery and bar grille in next block were utilized and very yummy. A great set up for 3 individual families /groups.

We rented all three units for a large family who still wanted some seperate space. It was PERFECT! We got to be all together while still feeling like we had alone time. There is NOTHING better than the sundeck on the patio steps from the beach! The linens and furnishing were amazing!! I would say they could use a few more pans in the kitchen but not a deal breaker AT ALL!! Walking distance from some great restaurants! We rented a cabana to put at the beach which was delivered to the house/duplexes. It was an amazing vacation!! There are no other sunsets like those at Indian Rocks Beach!!!!!

This was a perfect retreat for the Grandparents, kids, and grandkids. Great to be able to sit on the porch and watch the kids at the beach! Fun and relaxing with plenty of space to sit for everyone!

Outside of a few discrepancies from the website and a couple east maintenance issues, the experience was awesome. I have rented from many companies and by far BTR is the best. Mona and Joni were exceptional...very responsive and on top of things. I appreciated that each unit had plenty if towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo, etc. my family prefers 1 unit for everyone but everything else about this property was perfect.

Enjoyed our family vacation with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We did a lot of cooking; the pots and pans were small and medium sized which made it somewhat difficult for large amounts. We would definitely return to this property in the future.
