This beautiful 2BD/2BA condo is now being offered for your enjoyment. The condo is on the second floor in a five-unit free-standing building with elevator access. In this prime bay front location, you may literally walk out the door onto the sand to enjoy the 'quiet' side of mission beach. This unit has the best view in the building and features a lovely balcony for coffee in the morning and fabulous lights over the water in the evening. The condo is approximately 1200+ square feet, the building has an elevator and two stairwells leading to the covered parking area or the 3.5-mile bayside walking/biking path. Spend your time on the bay or walk one short block to the bustling ocean boardwalk and all of its excitement. Mission Bay Park, Sea World, and the Historic Belmont Amusement Park with its wooden Roller Coaster are just minutes away. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom; it is large and has an HD TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and closet and is just steps to the second bath. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a convection oven, a quiet Bosch dishwasher, a microwave, and all the gadgets a cooking enthusiast could want. The living room is comfortably appointed and features a Bose surround sound HD TV with premium satellite service and a CD/DVD player. The windows are floor-to-ceiling to make room for the amazing bay views. A gas fireplace may be used on chilly evenings or just for the romantic atmosphere. Just a short walking distance west of the Bahia or Catamaran resorts, you may enjoy the happy hour at the Tangier Lounge or a ride around the bay on the Bahia Belle Sternwheeler. The condo is a five-minute drive to Sea World and close to the World-Famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. It is also just a short distance to downtown San Diego, the Airport, and La Jolla’s famous tide pools.

I wish we had known there were beach toys/chairs in the stairwell. Look there first.
All in all a great place to stay near Belmont Park and quick walk to the beach.

The condo was clean, well appointed and easy walking distance to stores and the beach. It’s nice to have options between the bay and the ocean, if it’s too warm on the bayside just go to the beachside!

This condo was perfect for our week long, Christmas vacation for 4 people. Condo is as advertised and communication with the owner was fast and easy. Due to the flight issues over the holidays and not certain if our flight would depart as scheduled, the condo owner was kind enough to let us add on 2 extra nights in case of a flight cancellation which we thankfully did not need. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils except for a decent spatula for the stainless steel skillets. Furniture was comfortable, the master bedroom bed is very, very soft. The lighting in the master bathroom above the sink is very dim. We loved having the fireplace and the bay view from the condo is outstanding! We also enjoyed seeing the fireworks everynight from the balcony from someplace across the bay. We loved staying here and touring San Diego and hope to come back some day!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, more than enough room for a family of 4. It was walking distance to the board walk, beach, and dinning. We had 1 covered parking spot that was big enough for a full size car. The check in and out process was very simple. We would definitely rent this place again.

Our family had a great vacation in this condo. Great location, walking distance to a lot of places so great for teens! Views were awesome, wish it was sunny but the cloudy days were relaxing. The only complaint or confusion I had with the unit was the thermostats! They had some 1970’s era thermostats but no vents anywhere so not sure about what that was supposed to control. It was still warm ish and there were fans but it would be really hot if the weather was warmer. Fans did work good and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was lovely!! Will definitely try to stay here again.

Peaceful location on mission bay w/ water sports and swimming outside your door plus mission beach easy 2 blk walk. Space is perfect for family or group of 4. Has all the toiletry, kitchen and beach essentials you need. Very close to sea world and central to everything. Definitely would stay here again!

My husband and I, along with brother and sister in law stayed for a week while attending Bayfair boat races. Location was very good for us and everything we needed was provided.
The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. Two fans helped, but without ways to open windows the bedrooms were quite warm.

Beach was out the back door very clean and quiet. Bay was great for my grandson. Everyone in the area was very nice!!!! The condo was spacious and the agent was very responsive… the location was excellent walking distance to small grocery store shopping ocean and Belmont park. There was also a playground that was very close to walk to…. Will be back next year!!!!
