Detached holiday home in a wetland area with lots of privacy. You walk straight from the house into the village. The nice towns of Meppel and Steenwijk are within cycling distance. You can also cycle to the forests of Havelte with its unique Dolmens. Close to Wanneperveen, Belt Schutsloot, Dwarsgracht, Vollenhove, Sint Jansklooster, Blokzijl, Zwartsluis, Ruinen, Dwingeloo and Nijeveen. Zwolle is 25 km away. Groningen, Assen (Drenthe) Heerenveen and Leeuwarden (Friesland) are also easily accessible by car. Two free parking places for your car(s). Vrijstaande vakantiewoning in een waterrijk gebied met veel privacy. U loopt vanaf de woning zo het dorp in. De leuke stadjes Meppel en Steenwijk liggen op fietsafstand. Ook fiets u zo naar de bossen van Havelte met zijn unieke Hunebedden. Dichtbij Wanneperveen, Belt Schutsloot, Dwarsgracht, Vollenhove, Sint Jansklooster, Blokzijl, Zwartsluis, Ruinen, Dwingeloo en Nijeveen. Zwolle ligt op 25 km afstand. Ook zijn Groningen, Assen ( Drenthe) Heerenveen en Leeuwarden (Friesland) prima bereikbaar met de auto. Twee gratis parkeerplaatsen voor uw auto/auto's.

The house is well-equipped and very well located, having the boat was certainly a plus, and the outside fireplace as well. We had some issues figuring out certain things at the beginning but we managed to call the owner and everything was sorted out quickly.

Wunderschöner Jahresübergang
Wir sind als 3 Pärchen in das schöne Giethoorn gereist um dort den Jahreswechsel zu feiern. Die Anlage in der das Ferienhaus steht ist wunderschön. Es war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die ganzen Extras wie der Kamin oder die Feuerstelle draußen haben es zu etwas ganz besonderes gemacht. Der Vermieter ist auch super nett und war immer erreichbar.
Wir würde jederzeit wieder dort hinreisen, gerne auch mal im Sommer, um dann über die schönen Grachten zu schippern.

Voortreffelijke locatie in giethoorn
1 en al geweldig!
Alles in het huisje aanwezig wat je je maar kan bedenken. Van suiker tot aan zelfs fietsen en een boot.
Locatie was geweldig. Niet op een verzamel plek tussen de vakantie huizen maar echt lokaal.
Iets eerder de incheck gegevens zou wel fijn zijn ter voorbereiding maar dat zijn nou eenmaal de gang van zaken.
Zeker een aanraden dus!

Huis in Giethoorn
Prima woning in Giethoorn. Leuk om met de boot te varen, hoewel we liever een fluisterboot hadden gehad. Een paar punten van verbetering in de woning nodig ( hordeur, geen BBQ-bestek). Verder prima verblijf gehad.

Lovely home and great location!
We really enjoyed our time at this property. The location is great and the house is perfect. We really enjoyed the garden facilities and outside fire pit. That really made our weekend! The boat was very convenient to do some sight seeing. We will definitely book this property again in future.

Kleine süße Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung
Wir sind zu sechst angereist und haben uns 2 schöne Tage in Giethoorn und in dem Ferienhaus gemacht.
Der Vermieter war super nett, er hat uns alles gezeigt und uns etwas Schokolade und was leckeres zu trinken bereit gestellt.
Der Ofen im Haus und im Garten laden zu gemütlichen Abenden ein.
Der Ort mit Restaurants und ein paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Boot super zu erreichen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Zu sechst reichten uns aber 2 Tage, da es ab und zu etwas eng wurde.
Im Sommer kommen wir definitiv wieder, dann kann man gut im Garten ausweichen und das Wetter genießen.

Gemütliches Haus leider ohne Boot zu teuer
Ein sehr gemütliches Haus direkt an einem Kanal gelegen. Wäre sicherlich perfekt mit dem Boot, leider wurde uns erst vor Ort gesagt, dass es nicht zur Verfügung steht. Ohne Boot war die Unterkunft zu teuer. Das Haus ist zwar schön eingerichtet mit offenen Kamin aber mit nur einem Bad und der kleinen Kücher im Gang ist es für 6 Leuten im Winter etwas zu klein.

Aufentahlt Giethoorn
sehr schöne Lage mit direktem Zugang zu den Kanälen. Einkaufen, Fahrt zu Seen, Essen gehen etc. kann alles mit Boot erledigt werden.

Es war ein tolles Wochenende in Giethoorn. Die Wohnung war Top und sehr gepflegt.

Nice little accommodation that offers everything you need. A little tight for six adults, but that was already clear to us.
The location, the garden and the boat we liked it. The "manual" in the house provides all necessary information. The welcome by Henny was warm and very friendly.
We enjoyed our short stay.

Beautiful situated holiday home with great landscapes. We were met by the owners mum who was friendly. The house was well equipped with all the necessary items. We were able to use the boat and the bikes which was great to explore the park. We all felt relaxed and recharged after our stay. Thank you!
