The unit has been renovated with new furniture (leather couch and recliners) and has been recently painted. There is an ocean front balcony so you can enjoy a bird’s eye view of sandy beaches and enjoy fresh ocean air anytime you want. The living room and dining room has a large sliding glass door and large window with a scenic beach and ocean view. There is plenty of seating in the living room for family to gather around and relax. While seated you can enjoy the large flat screen TV with cable and there is also a Blu Ray Player connected to the TV. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a beach and ocean view via a large glass window and sliding glass doors. There is also a spacious closet and a private bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has its own flat screen TV. Each guest bedroom has a two queen beds. The room also has a large closet. These rooms also have their own flat screen TV. This property was beautiful. Clean and just as advertised. We had our adult children coming and going and it was nice to be so close to the Daytona airport. Enough space for 7 adults to enjoy time together and not feel crowded. The beach is beautiful and the view is just stunning. There were plenty of cooking tools that we were able to have a wonderful Christmas dinner together at the Condo. Had a little trouble with the wi-fi when we first got there and the host responded immediately and it was easily taken care of. Would definitely return and would recommend this place to friends. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This condo is really nice if you are looking for a 3 bd/3bath place but it was sparsely outfitted ( no trash bags, minimal toilet paper). If you rent this place bring your own soap and shampoo as none was provided. The other complaint that I have is that there wasn’t a wine opener and they only had 3 wine glasses which none matched. You can get a set for $15 at Homegoods which is what I would have done if I owned this unit. Also the garage door opener stopped working on our 3rd day and we never had a garage opener to exit. Beds were comfortable but pillows were thin and hard.

We came from Northern New York with family. Our stay was amazing. The condo was very beautiful, clean, with all the imeneties that we could ask for. It was close to just about any place we wanted to visit and right on the beach. We had an amazing time.

We had a great time. A very relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped (even though we didn’t cook more than coffee and popcorn). The doors and windows keep all of the noise out. The balcony provides plenty of room to listen to the ocean, sip coffee or whatever you chose, and watch the birds. The curtains block the early morning “bright “ sun if you want to sleep in,

This place is absolutely amazing! Looks exactly as advertised, actually even better than advertised. Very clean, lots of space for the family, and the views of the ocean are breathtaking! When we go back to Daytona we will definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Daytona beach. We all enjoyed our time here and didn’t want to leave. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed. We were lucky to find such an amazing place!

The condo was great! But the listing stated Construction work was going on in February and March with some hammer drilling that could go on until late April. At no time did the owner or VRBO tell me that it was still going on and would be well into June with us arriving the first week of June. So, we had to dodge construction workers all week and the last 2 1/2 days, they were hammer drilling on the roof which was right above us as we were on the top floor! You folks had no problem sending me emails at the end of April wanting final payment! A professional way would have been to tell us before the last payment giving us a refund so we could book the week elsewhere, or at least a partial refund. Two couples my wife talked to said they were getting a 25% refund/discount because the construction was supposed to be over as well. Lesson learned, will book with the condo directly in the future! At least then when you need to address issues with the front desk you don't have to hear " you have to talk to the owner".

This is the first time I rented this unit. It was wonderful. We never stayed on the 7th floor. Fantastic view. I felt the condo was stocked with the perfect equipment you need to prepare meals at home. Loved the showers. We will go back.

Miserable time. Construction- jack hammering, saws, banging on both outside of building and inside unit next door. Started at 8 and ended at 5. Weekend went until 7:30 in next door unit. Could not sleep in nor stay in unit much due to noise. Owner never stated the depth of Construction going on. They said should be done in March, we stayed 1st week of April, no where near done on outside. Construction probably will go on into summer. Dryer did not work either. Pool closes at dusk, no fun for the kids.

This property was fantastic!! It was in a great location. The amenities were perfect, the condo was clean and we had so much room!! The only thing that disturbed our vacation was the construction that was happening. It said it would over on the floor we were on, but, no. At 8:15 every morning jackhamming would start and last all day long. I think enough people complained at the complex because it stopped by Wednesday afternoon. Other than that, the vacation was great!!

Rental was true to description. Beautiful views from everywhere in the unit as well as the balcony. Loved that the ice maker had no problem keeping up! 😁. Comfortable in every way. Nothing to complain about. If I were to get truly picky, I would warn the owner that the cleaning crew may be skimping on details, as there were a few things I noted that obviously were routinely missed. But these did not bother me to any great degree. I would rent again, DEFINITELY!!!

As a family of four, the place was larger than we needed but was available for the time we needed. Convenience to the ocean, pool and stores. Close to the mainland access. Dishes, coffee pot and blender on site. Dishwasher and appliances was newer and nice. Trash bags, beach towels not provided so bring your own. Bath towels provided. Would def stay here again.
