This one bedroom one bath is located on the beautiful lagoon with a private boardwalk to the sandy white beaches. This cozy unit is uniquely decorated in beach decor. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and new floors. It is also equipped with a washer and dryer. A small family or couple is a perfect fit for this unit. Enjoy your coffee on this second floor balcony which overlooks a tropical oais, tenniscourts, and the lagoon. The second balcony which is located off the bedroom overlooks the lagoon, barbeque area, and the boat launch. Your kids will love this unit. They will enjoy a 32 inch flatscreen with cable tv and a dvd player in the living room, and also a 19 inch flatscreen with movies to choose from in the bedroom. The seven story complex which also includes a hot tub for relaxing is a beautiful place to spend your vaction. GulfShores has many beach activities to enjoy: parasailing, boating, fishing, and swimming to name a few. Souvenier and beachy shops are very popular in Gulf Shores. Many restaurants are also located along the sandy white beaches. The complex is located within a few miles of the famous Flora Bama, Lulus ( Jimmy Buffets Sister's restaurant), Waterville and the outlet center. The layout of the condo includes a bedroom with a balcony, however a note of privacy: no door separating the bedroom from the hallway. It is a very cute and cozy unit. You will be able to enjoy it at a very affordable price. No refunds will be given. Please purchase cancellation insurance through vrbo if you may need to cancel. Please understand the complex has recently reopened since Hurricane Sally. Please be patient with dock/pier/tennis court repairs. Once you arrive, please pay parking in the office. The office will give you a gate code to the private boardwalk/beach. This property had its own walkway to the beach, which we really liked. We had a nice view of the inlet behind the property. Perfect for fishing. The property was a bit dated, but all in all a good place for the week.

We had a nice family stay. It was handy to the beach and to fishing. You should probably bring toilet paper and paper towels. The little balconies were nice. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans. I would say it's definitely best for just two people.

Place was great. Only one issue the faucet in the tub was loose also not much water pressure. Everything else was amazing.

This woman was wonderful to work with for one, for two, the space is so close to the beach you can hear the waves at night! There is a canal right being the room and we fished off this so many times. Plus, you have access to a private beach and it’s empty most days!!!! I promise, you’ll love this one, book it now! This room has everything you need!!!!

I choice this condo because of the location. It’s in a quieter area, mostly families. It was nice a relaxing. Bathroom needs a few things repaired, but otherwise everything was great.

We loved the location. It was close to the beach but it was quiet. The condo was great. The owner was very responsive to us! I would rent this place again

Stay was nice, however. Unit needs attention. New comfortable furniture needed. Living room furniture out date. Bedroom was ok, bed was comfortable. It looked like some work on unit, but some of it was sloppy. Kitchen needs a updated refrigerator, current one small and no ice maker. TV’s are strictly Roku and difficult to operate. No cable service of any kind. Positive side - kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils and small appliances. AC worked well. Unit had been cleaned, but was full of gnats upon entering. Did not call about this as there was notice around complex that pest control company would be at complex the next day and would be servicing all units. They did come by and serviced the unit. Tech told us what he did would get rid of gnats, but it did not. We have visited Surf and racquet club numerous times over the last 15 years and this the first somewhat negative review we have left. We really enjoy the complex, but not sure we will select this unit again.

Best trip so far
We try to come to gulf shores every year we had a amazing time the condo was super clean the people there were all amazing the pool was clean the beach access was great they even had a little music one night we was at the pool just all around Great trip definitely coming back to this place next year and it was super quiet and relaxing

Great return visit
We’ve been here before and really like it. Peaceful and great location. Good value. Our place was good but could have used a deep cleaning. Not enough to keep us from coming back though!

Stay at the Gulf Shores Raquet Club.
We were worried when we pulled into the parking lot and didn’t see many vehicles. As we went up the outside stairs, it had a bad feeling. When we entered the unit, we were both very disappointed. It didn’t feel clean. The place was so small as were the tiny tv’s. The decor was supposed to feel beachy I’m sure, but felt halfway done. It was dusty and the front of the stove was dirty. I didn’t want to sit anything down. There wasn’t anywhere to lay suitcases either. I would never stay here again.

Clean and comfortable
All of the basics were very nice. Excellent location. Could not get Wi-Fi so if that's important get that you might want to get that clarified with the owner before booking. There's no door on the bedroom so you might want to take that into consideration. Overall I would recommend under the right circumstances. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Weekend getaway
My friends and I loved Mandie’s home. We had so much trouble finding a place to stay and her place was an absolute blessing. Located in a beautiful area, perfect short distance from the beach, and overall a very comforting spot.

Honeymoon perfection!
This property is in the perfect location! Easy access to the beach 24 hours a day, yet peaceful and quiet without alot of traffic but close to all the action if you want it! The condo itself is a little older than expected but clean and cozy. The balconies were a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The pool and hot tub were a treat. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice room
Everything was clean, the owners kept in touch to make sure we got in, 2nd floor made me feel more comfortable with little ones and there was plenty of sleeping space. Great stay and just a short walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool

Recently stayed here with my husband and 2 young children 1 & 3. We choose this location because of the ocean and bay access since my husband enjoys fishing. We visit gulf shores every summer for the last 4 years. Upon our arrival we had noticed some damage to the condo. We texted the owner letting her know. She seemed concerned about it. And would get it fixed. The cleanliness of the condo was not quite clean to me or my husband. We sat there and said wow the longer I sit here and look at everything the more I see how dirty it is and don't like. Especially with little ones. So of course I cleaned what I could. As I unpacked and put stuff away I realized there was not enough drawer space for our things. So I would suggest getting a bigger dresser instead of the small one that's there. Also the mattress was awful and I hate to say it but was probably the worst one I've ever slept on. It was so thin and caved in we could literally feel every metal spring in it. We went to Walmart and purchased a $100 air mattress and slept on that instead. It's small not quite sure it's a good fit for 4 people like it states. Now on to the actual property itself. The elevators didn't work which is kind of a pain but least we were only on the second floor so wasn't horrible. The condo was located on the corner right next to the parking lot and staircase. So be prepared to hear people coming and going at all hours. The pool is was horrible! There's broken and missing tiles everywhere! My 3 year old actually cut a gash in both his legs from the broken tiles on the pool stairs. The build up of grim around the pool was disgusting! The property just needs a really good update done. And some maintenance! For the price we paid we expected better, much better. We unfortunately would not have stayed here if we knew how unkept it was. We were quite disappointed what we got, for what we paid considering it's the most we've paid so far and the worst we've stayed.

The place is a great getaway. It had everything you might possibly need. The beach access was conveniently across the street. It had a pool/hot tub and has 2 balconies. One overlooks the pool/canal and the other overlooks the canal/parking. I loved being able to wash our clothes before coming home. The only problem during our stay was Hurricane Ida came in the day we arrived (rained most of the time) so we weren’t able to enjoy our stay more but the host was very gracious and communicated often, plus even offered for us to extend our stay. Not the best for the high price

We were here for my daughters softball and it was the perfect condo for us 3. Close parking and the pool was right around the corner. The beach was very easy to get to and the owner was amazing to work with! We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores. Dana was wonderful and she went out of her way to help us when we locked ourselves out of our condo even though she was 4 hours away. Thanks for helping three forgetful old women in their time of need!

Small condo in a great location. Well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Two terraces that look over the water with seating. Comfortable bed and there is a washer/dryer which was a bonus. Note that although this is a beach location there is nothing for the beach, no cooler, beach towels, umbrella etc.

Softball Nationals
We were here for my daughters softball and it was the perfect condo for us 3. Close parking and the pool was right around the corner. The beach was very easy to get to and the owner was amazing to work with! We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back.
