This would be a great house to spend time in on your off days from Disney. The pool is big and the hot tub spacious. Unfortunately we were there for a funeral but the house was great for us.

This was a beautiful property. The layout of the bedrooms was great allowing privacy for different couples. The outdoor pool area and spa was beauand the landscaping gorgeous. It was in a nice, safe neighborhood. Carolyn was wonderful to deal with. We discovered a couple things that weren’t working and they sent a maintenance person the next day to try to fix them. If we ever return to Disneyland, we would absolutely book this property again.

This property is an older home with lots of great space. Loved that each mater suite had its own bathroom. The downside to this home for our vacation was that it could have been cleaned better. Spider webs though out the home. The dishwasher was cleaning the dishes properly. There was a bee hive in the back yard and could not enjoy the out doors, antis in master beroom. One bathroom had mold on the ceiling. One of the head boards was not properly attached to the bed and the maintenance person did call or come till the last dsy of the trip to fix it. One of the male property managers was a bit rude at one point when trying to get the pool light and hot tub turned on. I made recommendations to post signs for the pool control's because there were not marked clearly. We did not get the hot tub going and the water fall going till the last day. The yard was not well maintained in the back with broken branches and dead leaves everywhere. Some bushes were over grown. This rental property did not reimburse or compensate us for any of the inconveniences. I would not consider bringing my family to this home. The washer is all rusted. The property company could be a bit more respectful when customers pay to stay in a home and make complaints to improve our stay.

This property was perfect for our family during our visit to Anaheim for our Christmas Disneyland trip. There was even a cute Christmas tree set up creating a nice ambience. The pool is amazing too!

Unfortunately, we were undewhelmed with our stay at this property.
We were told that our door code would work beginning at 2pm, but it did not work until 4pm. In that timeframe, the host was unresponsive and did not help get us into the property.
The property is listed as a 1/2 mile walk to Disnelyland. However, to get into Disneyland it's acutally a 1.5 mile walk. It's 1.2 miles to get into the Downtown Disney area.
The house is not very clean. There is mold in some of the showers, dirty window sills & baseboards, rusted washing machine.
The kitchen is well stocked with essentials, and the kids had a great time in the pool/hot tub.
The beds are not the most comfortable; the support on ours was either broken or not great quality as the frame creaked/scratched the floor when moving in bed. The bedside lamps are not plugged in, rendering them useless. In our bedroom, the light and ceiling fan turned on together; someone had the cord removed to turn the fan off so we couldn't indpendantly control them (not ideal to have the fan on in winter!)
There are signs all over the property with warnings about damage, breaking rules, additional fees! It was not very welcoming; it's quite off-putting actually!
The TV in the living room has no volume when using apps (example Netflix). I texted the host as instructed without any response/resolve.

3 Master Suites with en suite bathrooms and two more bedrooms with full sized bunk beds was perfect for our group. Grandparents in one room. Son/wife with infant in other room. Daughter/husband with infant in the third room. The large rooms for the other four grandchildren were perfect. The pool was great. A grouchy neighbor complained about happy children noise in and around the pool in the middle of the afternoon. Too bad for the neighbor, but we were respectful and quiet by 5:00pm.
Very close to Disneyland. Terrific family VRBO.

Property was beautiful and in a nice location for my trips needs.

Great location, large house, nice pool. Neighbours do not appreciate ANY noise from kids in the pool. As long as you’re quiet, it’s great.

We had a wonderful vacation, the house was very spread out and aloud for privacy. Backyard with our favorite.

3 Families stayed here and enjoyed the location, home and pool. Highly recommend this home.

Backyard is nice but inside the home needs major upgrades. The house is too small & a lot of broken things. I’ll passed on this home for any future rentals. & it takes way too long to get my refundable deposits back.

This house is perfect for large families. About a 5 min drive to the parking lot of Disney with the trams waiting was a very easy commute daily. Staying so close we were able to come back to the house to enjoy the amazing backyard and pool to cool down. Very well stocked kitchen we saved some money on eating out and had breakfast and dinner at the house most days. Can’t wait to visit again!

Looked the same as the pictures - beautiful pool and patio, clean house, big kitchen. Great for our group of 6. Property is a $10 Uber ride from Disney, very convenient, and close enough to see the fireworks (not that you're allowed outside to see them). There are a LOT of rules posted everywhere, giving the décor a draconian-vibe. As long as you don't make noise outside early in the morning or late at night, or park on the street, you'll be fine. Be warned: the bunk beds have waterproof mattresses and crinkly loudly every time you move. Folks who slept on those hardly slept a wink. A few of the bathrooms could have used a deeper clean, but the rest were fine. The game room was fun, but can only be accessed by traipsing through the back bedroom (sorry Gramma!). Squeezing the cars into the off-street parking area was fun only for my husband who likes Tetris.

Was a great place - parking was a bit difficult and don’t care for the 10 pm city ordinance, but the home was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi!

This was a nice, spacious, and fun house to stay at. The game room and pool/jacuzzi were fun and well maintained. There were plenty of cooking utensils and supplies and plenty of towels and blankets. The door alarms did take some time to get used to but it was fine. I woukd suggest leaving more trash bags for a big group of people, we had to get creative. Overall, we had fun, we had no issues, and it is a stay I recommend to anyone just looking for a place to relax and enjoy some time with friends/family.

Not only is the house very accommodating. But the location is really nice close to Disneyland and also close to shopping centers. We had a very nice day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight got moved on us to a later evening flight and the rental company was very understanding and worked with us on our unfortunate situation. Our vacation was taking some turns and twist, and with the help of the rental agency, they made our vacation wonderful. Our families have used several different vacation rentals throughout the United States and by far I will put this rental company at the top.

Family of 10 stayed for a Disney vacation and it was fantastic! The walk to and from was okay, made for a long day on your feet but we managed! We didn’t have any issues and was super easy to talk to the manger if we had questions!

Good house for large families or even two families with kids.
Property manager was easy to work with.
House is clean, shows the wear and tear you would expect form a rental that does lots of volume. $8 Uber ride to and from Disney.

very nice and clean, extremely responsive property manager. however, some of the beds need replacing.

We booked this stay for my sons first trip to Disneyland. We were a party of 9 with one baby, so 10 total. The location was decent, only about a 20-30 minute walk to the park. The pool and hot tub were great. Be sure to read up on the guest book about the child lock on the door. The alarm is loud and there is one in the back bedroom that needs a code. The game room was fun and they do have high chairs and strollers you can use, although some seemed to be damaged. Be aware you have to go through a bedroom or walk all the way around the house to access the game room. We were happy to all have our own bedrooms and bathrooms to get ready in the morning. There was a bonus half bath that we didn’t know about, so that was also nice to have. All that being said, this house needs some work. Some fresh paint and carpet would do wonders for this home. In the front master, the carpet is coming up from the tack strip. We discovered it when my 1 year old son was playing with it. That really is a safety hazard even though they seemed to have hammered the nails down, rather than fixing the issue. Not okay. With how much they’re charging for the house and the other random charges for missing remotes, plumbers, etc., I’m sure they could spot the bill for new flooring. The towels were mismatched. Which is not a big deal, but the extensive contract and threats of charges made it easy to nitpick. Toilet seat is delaminating in the front master. The counter in the back hallway bathroom is coming off of the wall and there’s a crack you can fit your finger in. When we were leaving, we were checking for missing items and discovered under the beds and dressers haven’t been vacuumed or cleaned in a very long time. It really is a shame because this house would be the perfect rental for a large family trip to the parks. We would stay here again if they made some updates and changes. I will add too, the deposit takes 14 business days to be reviewed and returned. There was a mixup with our refund but I reached out to the property manager and she quickly fixed it. Overall, this is a nice house to stay it just needs some work.

Great location, clean home, and lots to do in the neighborhood. We did not experience any issues regarding noise complaints like others did.

Lots of room for our family of 9. Pool and hot tub were great. Some surface areas needed a better clean. Bedding and towels were good. 5 minute Uber ride to Disneyland. Rented 2 vehicles, won’t do that again. Taking Uber was fast, easy and cheap!

When we first arrived we were thrilled that the pictures matched the listing, everything we as expected and exceeded our expectation. All rooms were clean, instruction’s precise and clear. We were close to Disney and the beach’s, but when we wanted to stay we had an amazing pool and hot tub. We had an issue with the pool alarm but the property manager was very helpful with it and we were able to get the problem resolved quickly! I would stay here again for sure!

When we arrived at the house we were greeted by a putrid smell of god knows what rotting in the garbage, a large amount of questionable liquid leaking from one of the bins and a lovely cloud of flies. This is the area that is easiest to load through so that was fun. Once we navigated the primordial ooze on the sidewalk we were able to enjoy the rotting smell of meat juice that was pooled in one of the drawers of the refrigerator. Yum.
The house itself is fine, it’s a remodeled tract home with adequate space and plenty of bathrooms. The mattresses and pillows aren’t of the best quality so sleep was hard to come by for all of our party.
The biggest attraction (aside from proximity to Disneyland) is the pool and the hot tub which are nice but well worn. If you intend to enjoy the backyard be warned that every door has a makeshift alarm that screams if opened for more than 30 seconds. A great way to keep small children safe but incredibly annoying if your group of adults would like to roam freely. Oh wait, as free as one can be when there are cameras ALL OVER. Which made relaxing near the pool or hot tub unnerving. At one point a “sensor” fell off of one of the doors and we had to call maintenance to help reset it. Maintenance was helpful and friendly but the information could have been easily printed in the manual. This house isn’t walkable to Disneyland. It is about a $10 ride share to the drop off point.
Overall our stay was reasonable but the list of chores to be done prior to departure is extensive and considering there is a $229 cleaning fee it seems that we should have walked into a sparkling home not a smelly fly trap.

The house was very nice. Door alarm for the pool was hard to get used to. Fairly long walk to Disneyland coming and going. Dishwasher needs to be updated as it did not clean well. City ordinance is a bit much as we did not get to enjoy pool, hot tub & game room enough. Would definitely stay there again.

What a great house for a family vacation to Disneyland — complete with three updated main suites, two bunk rooms, a large family room, game room and an incredible tropical swimming pool with spa. House rules apply yet they’re just a matter of being a good neighbor — and they keep this house in great shape. Only issue: time for a new coffeemaker. No big deal. We loved it. We’d come back, for sure.

Love this house and backyard pool / hot tub. We had a great time!

We had a nice stay unfortunately due to area having stringent rules being too loud was always a concern. We didn't recieve any warnings but it took away from the experience to be constantly worried and stressed about my young ones making too much noise for me personally. However it was still a lovely stay and if your going to Disneyland it's a great place to rest your head after long park days !

House was clean and neighbors were great. The walk to Disney was a bit farther than expected; due to walking around the Disneyland Resort Hotel complex. Nevertheless, it was great walking to Disney. Overall, great stay.

Nice location, way too many rules, dirty laundry
We loved the location. Minutes from Disney, restaurants and shops. Close to the airport and about 40 minutes to Huntington Beach.
Pool and spa area are beautiful, however the rules about outside noise made it much less enjoyable. Signs are posted everywhere about no yelling or screaming so we were diligent about keeping our kids (ages 5-9) as quiet as possible but still somehow managed to got a neighbor complaint at 11 am when they were playing in the water. Also rules for the house state no one allowed outside between 10pm and 9am which was kind of annoying too. Would have been nice to enjoy coffee outside on the patio before the day started.
In addition to signs about keeping down the outside noise, signs were also posted all over about fees if you plugged a toilet, or clogged the sink, as well as if you lost a remote. I understand the cost involved with repairs or replacement, but it definitely took away from the homey feel we’ve had in other VRBO’s we’ve stayed at.
Last and biggest issue we had was finding undergarment laundry from previous guests in two different bedrooms. One pair was found in the bed sheets, another found under the kids bed. Gross.
Although the location was great and the pool was beautiful, it is not a house we would stay in again.

Loved our stay and access to Disney. Cons are we got a noise complaint the first day with kids in the pool who weren’t even that loud. Still a great option for a place to stay with multiple families.

The property was well maintained and manager was helpful enough. However the alarm system in that house ruined it for us. All doors and windows opening onto the pool/backyard have child safety alarms with sensors that allow you 8 minutes to get out the door. Doors have to remain closed at all time. OHHH - and City of Anaheim has some very strict laws in place about noise.

Noise is an BIG issue
The pool is just for looks. The neighbor will call and say you’re noisy no matter how quiet you try to be. Our Thursday pool day was a big negative. We were well within Anaheim’s noise ordinance but we were told by the property manager we received a complaint and had to quiet down so we had to cancel our plans to grill and enjoy the pool. I had read the reviews about noise being an issue and I thought maybe it was an exaggeration. It’s not.
