About this apartment rental
You will love the spectacular views from this beautiful luxury two bedroom, tenth floor, oceanfront condominium which overlooks Maui's beautiful Kaanapali Beach. It is bright and spacious with a 270 degree wrap around view of Kaanapali Beach, the pool and the mountains. The large lanai overlooks the ocean and is perfect for whale watching and enjoying the spectacular sunsets between the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the distance. Often you can see turtles bobbing in the waves from the lanai and front windows. The extremely comfortable king size bed will leave you relaxed to enjoy your vacation in paradise. There are also two comfy twin size beds in the second bedroom. Step out of the condo and enjoy fantastic snorkeling or walk for miles along the beautiful sandy beach. PLEASE NOTE: June 3 through July 24 there will be no AC due to roof replacement. Rates have been reduced during this time to compensate for the inconvenience. Our 10th floor location has flow-through trade winds, and ceiling fans for great ventilation. Many guests take a dip in the pool or the ocean, enjoy the tropical breezes, and never even use the AC. This is a 12 story building, so noise and disruption should be minimal. The hot water may intermittently be shut off when lines are disconnected on the roof but would only be a temporary loss during working hours, when most guests are out enjoying everything Maui has to offer. Work is done M-F from 8 to 5. The quiet surroundings at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer uncommon privacy, yet we are very close to the activity of the Kaanapali Resort area. Take a short walk up the beach to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment. You can get by without a rental car as there is shopping and restaurants easily within walking distance, and you are on one of the best beaches on the island. Just take a shuttle from the airport if you decide not to rent a car. If you do rent a car, Parking for one vehicle is included in your rental. There are NO additional resort fees. Groceries, beach gear rentals, food trucks, souvenirs, etc. are only a five minute walk away. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a fantastic sunset dinner. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. This condo is best suited for up to four people. If there are only two of you, or you need another condo for extended family, check out the one bedroom I manage at the Mahana. Beautiful condo right on the beach with fantastic sunsets. . We had everything we needed. It was close enough to walk to the grocery store, food trucks, and a couple of restaurants. It's a little quieter than some of the busy resorts nearby, which we appreciated. We'd stay here again.

This home was just like the pictures, but seeing the views in person was amazing! Everything was clean and inviting. It was great to have the twin beds for our kids. We love the Ka’anapali area as well. Sandy was very quick to respond when I had a question about the Wifi. We had no other issues. It was fun spotting sea turtles from the balcony! I can’t wait to go back!

The condo was fantastic. Can't say enough about the view. There is no condo on the island closer to the water without being in it. The sunset was great. Having coffee on the patio while the sun is coming up is fantastic. Just far enough off the main Kaanapali beach to be quiet but close enough to walk or drive to everything. The condo was clean, and very classy. Host was friendly, proactive, and very accommodating. We would stay there again in a heartbeat, or probably not stay anywhere else on the island.

The minute we walked in, it felt like home! Everything is very clean and well taken care off. The views of the ocean and mountains are amazing from every side of the condo. We saw turtles swimming on the reef below. The property is in a great location, about a three minute walk to Dukes without paying all the resort fees. It is a great place to snorkel just off the beach. Close to food truck park, restaurants, and store. Property is very quiet and the host has been amazing to work with. She communicates well and bent over backwards to ensure we had a nice vacation.

This condo was great for our 2 week stay in Maui.
There was plenty of space for us and all our scuba gear.
It is in a great location close to dive shops, dive locations and lots of great restaurants.
The communal grill areas are cleaned every morning and are immaculate.
Communicating with Sandy with very easy and she was always quick to respond.
We would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip.

Our stay was awesome at this property and Sandy was great to communicate with during the time we were here. The condo was super clean and comfy and located right on the beach. We loved it here and would return in the future. Highly recommend!!

Proximity to ocean was amazing. We watched sea turtle’s daily from the lanai. Facilities, grounds were very clean, grills provided spotless. Condo came with beach chairs, a nice bonus for the beach.

Can't get any closer to the ocean! Gave you the feeling like you were on a cruise ship. Condo was clean and so well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Sandy was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!

This property is truly outstanding. The 10th floor 2BR/2BA unit is exactly as advertised. Well-appointed and clearly cared for, it's a perfect getaway for 2-4 people. Spectacular sunsets as close to the beach as you can get, and located in a great area for dining and excursions. Highly recommend.

The most spacious and beautiful condo!
A lot of times the pictures you see online make the property look so much better than in real life, but not with this one! It is even more amazing in person! This condo is so spacious and comfortable. It was absolutely perfect for the kids to have their own space in the 2nd bedroom and even their own bathroom. The beds were so comfortable and the kids were exclaiming over how soft and cozy the duvets were!
The views from the living room are unreal. It feels like you are on a ship looking out on the ocean! Sandy was quick to respond to any questions I had and the condo had everything we needed. It was in a quieter area which we loved, yet it was also a short drive or walk to more action. We rented a Jeep and explored the whole island. Definitely stay at this condo!! 10/10!

Amazing! Above & Beyond!
Amazing property and views are above & beyond our expectations! Sandy was easily accessible and extremely accommodating especially with helping us make arrangements for my sister who has a disability. Would highly recommend this unit as it is one of the best places I’ve stayed in and we rent many places throughout the year!

Magnificent View
Sandy was an amazing host! Everything was communicated well and the property was very clean, well taken care of, and had everything we needed. The view was magnificent. We were even able to see sea turtles swimming along the shore from our window…and the Sunsets…so beautiful!

Family of four--place was awesome as far as location. 10th floor directly on beach. Simple check in and free parking. Food trucks within walking distance as was grocery store. No keys required as everything was keypad including access to westin property down the beach. Has all amenities.

This condo was a dream!!! My husband and I have been visiting Maui for 24 years… we celebrated our 24th anniversary this time! It is “hands down” the best view we have ever been blessed to enjoy. The lanai was really wonderful The condo is quite comfortable and perfect for 3-4. There were beach towels and chairs Unfortunately the television in the main room was broken but will be replaced shortly. There is construction going on as warned but it was only a little noisy—many of the condos are being enhanced for weather. There is a nice beach next door. The kitchen was quite functional. There is a decent full market just a couple of blocks away. We were only 10 min from downtown Lahaina. Overall this is a really wonderful condo and really provided an amazing place to enjoy Maui sunrise sunset whale watching

We had such a great stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Beds were comfy and linens were great quality. The view is absolutely amazing! We would definitely book here again. Sandy was a great communicator and made renting this property a breeze.
