This is a simple, clean comfortable location to reach several of the great hospitals in SF. It’s also in a great neighborhood with good restaurants and near grocery stores. I enjoyed my stay!

Pleasant stay. As advertised. We spent a month here while looking for an apartment and working full time and it was a fun spot. Close to a few fun things on Divisadero and many more with the slightly further walk to Fillmore. It's cozy and cute and our host was very kind. Would recommend.

This place has all the essentials. The manager was very helpful in replacing the microwave. The bed is comfortable. The location was great for reaching Target, Trader Joes, and various bus lines. Recommended esp if you work at UCSF Mt Zion!

This 1 bd 1 ba was just what we needed for our month long stay in SF. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. made it easy to forgo a rental car. Just the right size for two people.

The location is fantastic, but a few things to know before you book-- the coffee maker and microwave in the photos aren't actually there. There's a tiny coffee maker with no filters, and a broken microwave on the closet floor. Don't expect anything in the kitchen (no basics like salt/pepper)... Like the other reviews say-- bed is saggy. Also it's not a smart TV.
Positives: communication with host was good, location was awesome, good water pressure. I worked from home and had no issue with the WiFi. Some people complaining about the heater but I thought it was sufficient for the stay...
Overall I'm disappointed that I paid to stay somewhere that didn't have the amenities they said they did. Maybe confirm all this before booking.

Easy walk to many fun things and Fillmore. Safe neighborhood. Great walking to Pacific Heights. Dog friendly. Friendly people in the area. But bed is terrible. Old mattress which was saggy. A lot of things didn’t work…oven and microwave. Heater didn’t cut it. Lots of car and truck noise and noisy upstairs neighbor. Musty and damp. If bed and pillow would have been better I could recommend it more. As is, maybe good for someone young, but not a middle-aged person.

Pros: Delightful courtyard. Full kitchen. Sonia, the host, was very nice.
Cons: Trash is used by several people. Often full to overflowing. No washcloths. It was clean but the road dust was overwhelming. I left it less dusty than when I arrived, but could not get the dust out of fabrics. Suggest washing all fabrics including curtains, between each guest. If left vacant for more than a week wash them just before a guest will arrive. It was so bad it got caught in my throat and on my feet making the sheet dirty when I got back in bed. It need a comfortable chair or loveseat.

A nice, functional studio in a great neighborhood! Parking was pretty easy here, and walking distance to many restaurants, Trader Joe’s, Target, and The Presidio.
I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to San Francisco!

This little studio in Pac Heights is a hidden gem. It has all the comforts of home including a kitchen with a stove/oven. Walkable to several food options as well as Trader Joe’s and Target. Safe neighborhood with beautiful historic homes, totally captures San Francisco. Sonia, the property manager is very helpful and responds quickly to emails, although there really were no issues. Laundry just outside in the courtyard. Great little place to stay!

This review is long overdue but hasn't been forgotten! My son stayed here while on assignment for his doctorate program in San Francisco for two months in September-October 2018, The apartment was just the right size for one person and was perfectly located -- walking distance to his job and to stores, with easy access to transportation and other attractions. The residential neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe and the simple amenities were not fancy, but all that he needed. The owner was very helpful and all went smoothly. Good find!

I stayed in this studio for about two months and it was perfect — had all the amenities necessary and the landlord was incredibly friendly and helpful if I ever needed anything. It was a very safe street and was also super close to a Trader Joe’s and Target which was great.

We (a couple and 1 dog) stayed here for about a month and it was the perfect spot in SF. It's close to many restaurants on Divisadero and easy to get to markets and stores for your basic needs. The studio is a good size. I was a little worried about parking because the city no longer gives out temporary parking permits, however parking was easy and there were only a few evenings that I had to drive around a few times to find a spot. Just be cautious of the 2 hour parking rule during the day. Laundry is coin operated, but it works really well and it is right outside in the back patio. It is shared with other tenants, but it was never a problem. My only critique would be that because the apartment is smaller and it's on the main street, it's difficult to open up the windows to air it out and sometimes it felt a little damp inside. I think having a small fan would help. There is a small dog potty park half a block away on Bush Street and a larger park (Alta Plaza Park) 8 blocks away that were both great for our dog. The hosts were super nice and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a short term stay in SF!

The location is great, close to several touristic places and very close to public transportation. The owner is very helpful and kind and promptly answered all messages and e-mails we sent.
The studio has a good space for storage including several shells, a small closet, a chest and some cabinets. Wi didn't have any problem to find space for our luggages.
The kitchen had all the appliances we needed, including pans, utensils, bows, plates, etc.
The internet is pretty fast and reliable. We spent there a month and I don't recall having any moment when I tried to use the internet and it didn't work. The TV has several cable channels.
The bathroom was nice and clean. This is definitely a nice place to stay.

I loved living at this apartment and hated to leave. It looks exactly like the pictures. Even though it’s a studio, it’s pretty roomy. I felt very comfortable and there was enough storage for everything I brought. The location is fabulous with many places you can walk to. I always felt safe and it’s also great if you have a dog for walking the neighborhood. The yard is adorable - it's so pretty to look at through your kitchen window.
Sonia was great to work with. I must have sent her hundreds of texts and emails and she was always quick to respond.
The washer and dryer are right outside your kitchen which was very convenient. Even though it’s shared, I think I might have seen someone washing clothes once, so there was never a problem with using it.
The internet worked great - I never had any problems and I used it a lot for work. The TV was great also but it only has basic cable. I wished it had more channels as everything I usually watch was not available but it wasn’t that big of a deal.
Parking - it’s not as bad as I thought it would be but street parking is what it is - street parking. You get to know the neighborhood and the cars that usually park there and you know when the best times are to find spots, and you also learn which areas you are more likely to find a spot. Most of the time I got to park right outside my door and if you get a close spot it may be better to just leave the car where it is and get a Lyft car if you’re going out at night. Earlier in the day it usually is not a problem to find a spot but if you go out at night and come home late it can be a challenge. But with that being said, there was only a handful of times I had to drive around and had to park a few blocks away. In a month and a half that isn’t bad at all for SF!
Noise - I was surprised at how quiet the apartment was with being on such a busy street. You could hear the cars but it was muted so must have pretty good dual pane windows because the street noise didn’t bother me at all. What did bother me was the noise from the upstairs unit. With older homes with hardwood floors there is no cushion for noise so the 3 women upstairs walking in high heels at 1 and 2 in the morning would wake me out of a dead sleep, but I guess that’s something you just get used to being in the bottom apartment? It wasn’t all the time and it wasn’t every day so that’s the only way it was tolerable. That would be my only complaint but even with that I would definitely stay here again.
