Hali’i Kai #22A is located in beautiful Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast. Our villa welcomes you with the serenity of a luxury retreat and beautiful view from the lanai of the Coconut Grove, Kohala Mountains, Hapuna Bay and Mauna Kea. The two bedrooms are separated by the living / dining / kitchen. Great location for families on vacation or couples that want to share expenses but still have a bit of privacy. Our cleaning procedure is to wipe and disinfect all touch points down to the clothes Hangers using Monk disinfectant wipes, Saniclean, Detergen, Bioclean and spray all counter surfaces using a Virucide Disinfectant Sanitizer, EPA number 10324-117. In addition, wash all Linen on full Hot Water cycle. Our goal is to provide a clean and safe environment in your home away from home. Living space is 1317sf with a quiet setting to entertain friends, family conversation or just reading a good book. The villa features a lovely single level, second floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium that can sleep up to 6. The master bedroom features an over-sized king bed and the second bedroom features two queen size beds. Each bedroom has a beautifully featured bath. The master bath includes dual vanities, a separate soaking tub and large walk in shower, with granite and tile throughout. The second bath includes dual granite vanities with a tub shower combo. Other features include a professionally decorated and well-maintained kitchen that includes granite counter tops, black on stainless steel appliances and African mahogany cabinets. The open floor plan features a living dining combination with 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area, allowing for privacy in a multi-couple visit or quiet time for the children while Mom and Dad listen to their music! Parking is in front of the condominium garage marked 22A directly in front of the stairway to the condominium entrance. Hali’i Kai is a five star private gated community with amenities that include the Ocean Club, a multi-tiered resort style pool with aqua loungers, sand bottom spa and ocean front views. The ocean side café and bar are located poolside so you can spend the day at the pool and have food and refreshments as close as 20 steps away. The Ocean Club features an exercise area to start your day with a run on a treadmill with a view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The walk from #22A to the Ocean Club is 10 minutes on Nawahine Place where you can greet the neighbors with a friendly good morning or bid them good evening after a fantastic day at the Ocean Club. You must experience at least one sunset at the Ocean Club! Within 24 hours of arrival you must register at the Hali'i Kai / Castle Management office. There is a mandatory $25 daily fee collected by Castle at the time of registration. This is in addition to any fees paid to the 22A owner via Vrbo. Building 22 is one of 24 buildings in Hali’i Kai, located near the entry gate, making it easy for your morning walk up and down Waikoloa Beach Drive with a stop at Starbucks and various other shops in the Queen’s Market Place. Located just behind the Queen’s Market is Anaeho’omalo (A’bay) and Waikoloa Beach, both open to the public. You can snorkel, swim, enjoy the sun and listen to the sounds of the ocean on these two beaches or one of the many beaches on the Big Island of Hawai'i. There are dozens of web sites that describe the many activities of the Big Island. Car rental is recommended for your visit to the Big Island, Hawai’i. 22A Hali'i Kai was super clean in every way (no bugs), comfy beds and pillows, nice furniture, great lanai, plenty of beach chairs and fun toys to use. Hosts and property manager were kind and helpful. We have been coming to the Big Island for 15+ years and this was by far our most favorite unit and neighborhood. We can't wait to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this fabulous condo! It was very clean, spacious, comfortable, peaceful and quiet. Thomas and Gail are excellent hosts! They were so responsive to questions and provided me with useful and valuable information about the area.
After full days at the nearby beaches and exploring the Island, we would catch the beautiful sunsets and enjoy dinner at the Ocean Club most evenings. The food was excellent and there was live music.
We would love to stay here again on our next visit to the Big Island.

Halii Kai 22A is fantastic, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to a future visit. The unit hits on every level for comfort, amenities, location, excellent user notes and directions for guests (the light switches and remotes. are all labeled). Strongly recommend this unit if you’re looking for a beautiful, we’ll-kept worry-free condo during a Hawaii visit.

My friends and I just returned from a weeks stay at Halii Kai, condo 22A. It’s in a great location, close to all activities in Waikoloa. The grounds are beautiful. The condo is spacious and well maintained. It was very peaceful and quiet. Our hosts were easy to communicate with. The sunset views from the pool area are awesome.

Lovely unit for 2 couples. Kitchen had everything needed. Towels were plush and bedding was comfortable… slept very well! Well stocked with beach chairs, towels etc for guests. Property was well maintained. The balcony overlooks a beautiful courtyard! ( with a turkey who calls it home).
The pool and restaurant area were so very beautiful. Loved sitting amongst the gardens and especially loved that the views of the ocean were spectacular. The food at the restaurant were some of the best we had. Overall it was a trip we will always remember. Mahogany

Very well kept and updated property with all amenities described. Comfortable beds; nice linens and there wasn’t one thing that we needed that this property didn’t have. Excellent area close to shops, beaches, and restaurants with local fare. Sunsets from the Beach Club poolside are stunning. There is no way to describe the views that will do it justice. Will definitely book again without hesitation. Heaven on earth! There was no need to contact anyone during our stay, however prior to check in and when we texted to let them know we were sadly leaving…they responded almost immediately. Thanks Tom & Gail. Now back to reality!!

My husband and I went for our 10yr anniversary, wanting a quiet place but with enough to do to keep us busy. This place was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved walking down to the pool and fitness center, which had beautiful views of the ocean. The staff were all friendly. We had a wonderful vacation and are already planning to come back with our kids.

This was our first visit to HI. We wanted something really nice that made the event feel special. 22D absolutely met those expectations. The unit is very clean and cozy. Wish we could have stayed longer. I would suggest a chaise lounger on the deck…or chairs that recline. We sat out back a lot, and wished we could recline at times. We will definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit.

We loved 22A! The balcony has a great view of the grounds and the beds were comfortable. It was VERY clean and well kept. The pool area was super nice and the staff was very helpful. The only thing I would recommend is if you are staying in the guest bedroom to make sure the blinds are shut during the day. My kids got a bit hot in there even with the AC on. Very spacious and nicely furnished property that provided the perfect respite for our family. There are two big bedrooms, high-end kitchen and master bath, and a veranda overlooking the grounds where we ate most of our meals. The perfect spot to explore the beaches and snorkeling on the north side!

In short, this is exactly what we wanted:safe, comfortable and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of beach items for use and perfect for what we needed. Nice gym with peloton bikes, peaceful pool and comfortable space. The lanai faces a green space and other condos which allows for noise to carry and was a bit disrupting to the otherwise peaceful time but was a minor annoyance among an otherwise lovely stay.

This clean, well equipped condo was a lovely retreat for a week. The lanai faces a landscaped common area that is a bird haven. The owners were responsive and gracious. Don't miss the club house for a delicious meal!

Fantastic stay on the big island. The condo was exactly as described, but even better! Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen (maybe add a measuring cup), lots of beach gear for our use, plenty of space, and gorgeous garden view from the lanai. Spent quite a bit of time at the Ocean Club enjoying the pool, drinks from the bar, delicious and reasonably priced food at the grill, and unforgettable sunsets. Would love to stay here again! My husband & I absolutely loved staying at this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Big Island. The kitchen was well stocked & had every utensil we needed to make dinner at home every night. There was a closet full of beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach mats, and a cooler. The resort, Hali i Kai, is beautiful. The pool & Ocean Club restaurant & bar were our favorite place to watch the sunset. We’ve stayed at many different places in Waikoloa Village, and this was by far our favorite place. Very clean, nicely decorated, Tom & Gail were fantastic hosts & easily accessible. We will definitely be back next January, and would love to stay here again!

My stay at Hali Kai was very nice. The unit was very nice. The bed was comfy! It was nice to have such a beautiful amenities center plus there is a restaurant there as well. I ended just being there alone as my husband became Ill before our trip. So I felt very safe there staying alone. Thanks for sharing you lovely place. Louise

Unit 22 in Hali’i Kai is fantastic! We spent 13 beautiful days there and hope to return next year. The unit is equipped with everything you need including a rice cooker and slow cooker! We stayed with another couple and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food with an amazing view. We highly recommend this rental - just leave some time for us!

This condo is in a very nice complex and is well appointed with everything needed to make it comfortable. The master bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in in a rental! It is convenient to the road, but rather far from the pool/restaurant for us Seniors to walk. Overall an A rating.

The Hali i Kai community is very quiet. It is located close by the best beaches in big island. In the evening was really quiet and the beach club was really nice to take some sun and rest in the jacuzzi. Thomas and Gail were really nice and answer to me all my questions. If I will go to Hawaii again, for sure I would like to repeate the experience.

This rental had everything! So clean and modern in a gated community in a great location. The moment we drove up to the gates we were like “wow!” And then again when we opened the door! Less than 5 minutes from A-bay with a beach that has everything-gear you can rent and trips you can book. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Completely stocked with beach items-coolers, towels, chairs, toys, etc. Laundry inside your unit. A huge corner balcony with view of the grounds-perfect for morning coffee with the birds and evening drinks. Very quiet and relaxing. Ocean club with pool, food, bar, gym and the most amazing sunsets ocean side. And the layout was great-2 very private bedrooms-one in front and one in back. We will definitely stay here anytime we come to the Big island!

Our family of 4 had an amazing time at 22A in Hali'i Kai. The community is conveniently located 5 min away from Queens and Kings market with many shops and restaurants, beach access, community has a pool and a restaurant with amazing sunset views. The condo is more beautiful than the photos, a lot of space, useful kitchen and laundry, large dining room table, clean and nicely decorated. Easy check in and check out, overall a great experience and would definitely come back!

We stayed about a week and the unit had everything you would need to make your stay more enjoyable. The surrounding property was just as great, between the tennis courts and pool that's located with an amazing view of the ocean.

Great Property and Owners
We loved the property and the space available for a larger group. The owner was in great communication and easy to reach. We had an issue with a television and the owner attempted to fix it and when he could not went out and purchased a new one and installed it while we were exploring.

This was an awesome property in a great location (both within the property grounds as well as in the Waikoloa area of Hawaii). It easily accommodated 2 adults and 3 teenagers. There was a full kitchen (and icemaker) as well as an outdoor bbq just a few feet from the building. the host provided nice sheets and towels and even beach gear like chairs and boogieboards and ice-chests. We also had access to the property "Beach Club" with a great pool and view of the sunsets. The hosts were VERY reachable and gave us good advice on local attractions and vendors.
We absolutely loved our stay and want to return to this property the next time we come to Hawaii.
