About this condo rental
Enjoy a wonderfully updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, with the largest private oversized patio in the Complex that leads directly to the pool! The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, with an in-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with a bathroom adjacent to the room. The unit is tastefully updated with beach decor, and fresh linens are provided to make your stay most comfortable. We also have rapid WiFi with speeds over 150 MPBS. New Smart TV 50-inch flat screen in the living room allows you to sign into popular streaming services such as Netflix. Both TVs have HDMI inputs, allowing you to bring a Fire Stick or Google Chromecast. Popular waterfront eateries for breakfast, coffee, lunch, and dinner are within walking distance, and countless other restaurants/bars are only a 5 minute Uber ride away! The Unit is also across the street from Egan Park, with baseball fields and tennis courts, as well as a public dock for fishing and a public boat ramp. This unit is in a prime location; conveniently located between Treasure Island & St. Pete Beach, with less than a 10 minute walk to the Beach! Enjoy some of the best rated restaurants/bars on the Island less than 10 mins. walk to the condo - such as Sea Dogs Brewery (fantastic brews and views), Shrimpy's New Orlean Bistro (right on the water), and Caddy's Oceanfront Bar. The property was not exactly what we expected, we never found easy access to the beach, but we did find within walking distance a good seafood restaurant.
However, the property was convenient to the places we wanted to visit during our stay.
We had some issues with the owner but he was very helpful and responsive to our concerns. If we are ever in the area again and the issues have been resolved we would stay here again.

My husband, 2 children and I, decided to have a last minute little vacation. Booking was easy, and Michael was very responsive to any questions. Their place is literally walking distance to everything! I highly recommend!

Great condo and location. Best for just hanging out or venturing out. Awesome places to eat nearby and then just a short walk to sunset beach to do just that. Owner's are fantastic. Can't say enough. Just Awesome!

We came to St Pete to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday. The location was great and so many restaurant options close by! The condo was the perfect space for the 4 of us, the pool was nice and we had a great time!

Awesome location and property
Within short walking distance to the beach and several great restaurants. Private patio with direct access to the pool area. Everything we needed was included. Host was great. Hope to stay again next year when family visits.

Great condo for family of 4
My family (2 adults, 2 kids) greatly enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious condo. We loved having the private patio and grill. Our kids enjoyed the pool, which is just the right size for kids. The location is fantastic - the beach and restaurants are only a short drive away. We would definitely consider staying here on a future trip to St Pete Beach.

This space was good for the price. We could walk to a few restaurants, bars, and the beach. Anything else was a short drive away. Michael was very responsive when we ran into an issue with the lock, and we quickly solved the issue.

Blind pass property. What a place to stay!
Inside property was excellent the yard was in need of a clean up pool was fine. Overall we would go there again.

Great Condo Great Location
This condo was clean, comfortable and spacious and perfect for our family of four. It truly felt like a home away from home. Great communication with the owners as well.
We were literally a 5-10 minute walk to Treasure Island Beach. Close to great pizza, ice cream and shopping. Great location, would definitely return!

Nice Condo
Condo was very nice, as described. Not quite as close to the beach as we thought, but not bad. Just a little far to walk if your trying to take chairs and coolers, etc. Public tennis court across the street so bring your racquets. Michael was very responsive.

Our Vacation
We enjoyed our stay. It could have been a little cleaner upon arrival. The master bathroom wasn't real clean and the ceiling fans were dirty. The location was good and the neighbors were friendly.

There was great access to everything! Night life, the beach and water sports. So much more! I would absolutely stay again and recommend this place to other people. Thank you to the Nelson family for allowing us to rent their property.

Perfect Family Vacation - Will Be Back!!
My wife and I came with our 1.5 year old and had a great time. I have visited this area every year since I was a kid and the location is perfectly in the middle of everything we love to do. We were able to walk to our #1 favorite beach in less than 15 minutes (Sunset Beach), and to get meals and drinks. The condo was spacious, very clean, had all the kitchen and bathroom amenities we needed. The bathrooms aren't pictured but they were very nice. Having the fenced patio with direct access to the pool was SUPER helpful. We got to swim during our daughter's nap time and bring the baby monitor right out. We didn't get to use the grill or BBQ but it looks like they had everything you needed.
Michael was responsive and very helpful. We will definitely be visiting again, very soon!!

Great Vacation
Condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable...The private back yard with gas grill was really nice. The grounds were well-kept, as well as the heated pool...The entire building was quiet, and the location was super convenient...
