I chose this property for the location. Stairs to the apartment were a concern, but there was a nice railing. The property needed a working light at the entrance for night. I didn't use the hot tub, but I checked it out and it looked nice. An umbrella for the rooftop patio for shade would be nice, It was great to have a parking space, but a little warning for how narrow it is would be helpful - my Highlander fit, but a bigger vehicle would not be able to park there (I could barely get out!). I would definitely choose this place again.

We loved the property. It was comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do during our three day stay in Ft. Collins.
We had a little bit of a snag on the day we arrived. Erik let us in early, and the apartment wasn't ready. Because we were early, that didn't matter, but when we came back after the official check in time, it still wasn't ready.
Erik was so apologetic and worked quickly to get us settled into another unit for the evening, and refunded us part of the rental for the inconvenience. My friend and I always laugh about these kinds of events when traveling because sometimes they happen, and they just add to the story.
Part of our story? "Walking down the street in our pjs at 11:00, carrying a pillow, a four-pack of High Noons, and a bag of wet bathing suits." And we were laughing the whole time.
We loved the whole three days - the silverware drawer IS a little tricky to locate, though.
Thank you SO much for a wonderful stay. I hope we'll have the opportunity to stay with you again sometime.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hot tub was definitely the highlight and the fact that it was shared was not an issue at all. The apartment is beautiful and feels very new. The location is great, walking distance to breweries and downtown. Overall highly recommend staying here and would stay again next time I’m in Fort Collins.

Great Little Condo
The condo was perfect for what we needed and was exactly as advertised. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood and is a great launching pad for your stay in Fort Collins.

Great little respite
This was a charming little place. Only complaint was the mattress! It was hard as sleeping on a piece of ply board! Everything else was great! Looked just as it did online.

Very nice, great location
This was a great place. I would stay here again. The only hick-up was the hot-tub was not clean.

Not Good
Owner said professional cleaning with surfaces were disinfected and Airbnb protocols followed. Kitchen counter did not appear to be cleaned with coffee grounds and crud on counter. Coffee table had several hairs. There appeared to be a blood stain on bed sheet. Also appeared to be small blood splatter on bedroom wall. Bathroom backsplash and grouting not clean. Toilet paper holder missing with holes in cabinet where it should be. Window sills dirty. During a pandemic I expect better cleaning.

Very good stay! Apt. was clean, modern, well furnished and kitchen well equipped. The walk into town is reasonable. Would def stay there again. Fort Collins is a great city - lots going on!

Small but comfortable, clean and new, this condo is a short walk to downtown, completely private, and has all modern conveniences. Great views of the rockies and magnificent sunsets. We would definitely stay here again.

The hime is well equipped for dinners and the bed and sofa couch are very comfortable . The nice thing for us is that it was a quiet place with many provisions in place to guarantee a mature crowd. The village nearby was within walking distance with many breweries and shops . A real treat!!!!

great location!
The residence is in a great location, very close to stores, activities hiking and more. The unit was very nice, new and clean. The combined washer/dryer didn't work well, took literally hours to dry damp clothes. The owners were very nice and accessible.

The property was beautiful and wonderfully located!
I truly enjoyed my overnight stay here. My fiancé and I went on a couple brewery tours and jumped around to quite a few breweries while we were there. We also took time to enjoy the wonderful views from the hot tub. The only complaint I had was not knowing that the hot tub was shared and that there were specific hours that the tub was allowed to be used. I also wish that the rules and expectations were outlined better in the listing... other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Great location and super modern property.
Only bummer was the hot tub. It wasn’t on when we arrived and never got warm enough for us to enjoy it. :(

Perfect stay in fantastic loation.
Modern, clean, and new space in a great location, close to everything Fort Collins has to offer. Although we didn't have time to utilize the roof top hot tub (wah wah), it has incredible mountain views, and would be a lovely spot for morning coffee and a soak - I'm all over it next time. The unit has everything you could possibly need, and is designed and decorated beautifully - it does not feel like someone's personal space you're renting, but rather like a gorgeous hotel suite. It was absolutely perfect for our stay, and we would stay here again without hesitation. Also, the owner was incredibly responsive and kind, which makes this rental stand out even more.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It's within walking distance to old town and the breweries, and the place itself is gorgeous. Well stocked, comfortable, super clean, and perfect for our weekend getaway! The roof top hot tub was a huge bonus! We will definitely stay here again!
