Situated in the exclusive Polo Beach Club, unit 308 has everything you’ll need for a great vacation in Maui! Enjoy golden sunsets and tropical breezes while sipping a fresh cup of Kona coffee on the lanai. This fully furnished unit boasts beautiful koa cabinetry, distinctive Hawaiian furnishings, and charming design elements throughout. The kitchen is well stocked with most kitchen ware needed to create a great meal that can be enjoyed on your private lanai. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, direct access to the lanai, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The spacious second bedroom also features a king-size bed, mirrored wall to wall closet, and a TV. We have taken great care to ensure our unit is well furnished and well maintained. We hope you will enjoy staying at our unit as much as we do! -Access to a private swimming pool, hot tub, and gas barbeques available only to residents of Polo Beach Club. -Steps away to one of the best swimming and snorkeling beaches in Maui. -Great restaurants and the world-class spas of the Fairmont Kea Lani, Four Seasons, and Grand Wailea are all nearby. -An underground parking garage keeps vehicles out of the blazing Maui sun. -Access to herb garden -Keyless entry! Combination supplied after final payment received. -WIFI in unit -Free phone calls to United States, Canada, and Mexico. -Pack and Play, booster seat, baby tub, and kids beach toys available in unit (no need to bring or rent these items!) No Smoking (THE POLO BEACH CLUB IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY) Sorry, no pets allowed. PLEASE NOTE: Due to liability reasons, we are unable to provide any water related equipment such as boogie boards, snorkel gear, paddle boards, surf boards, etc. Please contact Snorkel Bob's or Maui Dive Shop for rental of equipment. Check in 4pm, Check out 11am $250 charge to guarantee late check out/early check in, if available. $500 refundable damage deposit due 60 days prior to check in.

The property was exactly as described. The view from the Lanai was great and the furnishings in the unit were very comfortable. We would definitely come back if it’s available in the future.

This was a great property and we had a wonderful stay. Very clean and spacious. Great ocean view and the beach and pool were both lovely. We appreciated all of the amenities in the kitchen including trash bags, soap, plastic wrap, and more. We felt right at home.

This condo is beautiful and furnished so comfortably- one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The host was great - instructions for arrival very clear and easy. Notebook inside with helpful information. The location is ideal. The view of the ocean from the lanai is breathtaking and just steps from ocean. Great restaurants nearby but kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Easy parking underground.

The condo is beautiful, with a nice lanai and a great view. It is very well equipped. (The best we have stayed in). The pool and beach are nice. Be prepared for crowing roosters after 4am, but you eventually get used to them:)

The house is as pictured- modern, good lighting and spacious. Beds super comfortable and the apartment overall worked well for our family. The beach is great, the pool was small and doesn’t have a large area for small kids (3ft section is quite small) but still nice to have on site. The house is kitted with beach chairs and towels which made it easy. Absolutely incredible sunsets from the patio - looked forward to this every evening. Location is right next to Fairmont and Four Seasons, and waliea in general is great area but very quiet. Perfect for a family vacation but maybe not for a young couple or friends.

Condo was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, nice kitchen, views from kitchen living dining. The lanai had fabulous views and sunsets. Located at the start of the scenic Wailea beach path, which connects the upscale resorts and accesses many bays (1.5 miles one way paved, 2.5 miles one way paved and beach walk).
The sandy beach at the complex is a gorgeous small private bay and was never very busy. Snorkelling around the rocky outcrops at either end we saw turtles and many species of fish. Most days surf was calm and flat with no rip-tides, but some days were choppy with higher surf, or if the afternoon winds pick up. Easy to walk or drive to any of the adjacent beaches.
We were grateful for the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided in the condo.
We made some requests before checking in and the hosts were very gracious in accommodating them. Communication with hosts was easy and prompt, check-in process was a breeze.
We’d love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Polo beach club condo.
The kitchen had everything we needed. The TV controls took a little getting used to but thats normal for something new.
We liked the sandy beach being right out in front with the lava out cropping for snokeling. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. We enjoyed watching the whales from the room and pool. We would stay again.

My family and I had a great time in this recently upgraded unit. It was extremely clean and well furnished. The property managers were amazing and very communicative. I have been to Hawaii many times and have stayed at high end resorts as well as other Polo Beach Units and I would highly recommend this one.

4 of us really enjoyed our stay. We loved the beachfront location. Kitchen is well equipped. We cooked most meals, and enjoyed using the common barbecue area at the ground level. Condo is spacious and has a nice big screen TV in the living room. We used the provided beach chairs for our many beach visits. We’d like to stay there again.

The Wailea location and views of Polo Beach were spectacular. The property grounds are spotless and offer direct beach access. This unit was recently updated with new furnishings including updated baths. It comfortably accommodated 2 couples with outdoor and indoor entertaining space. We would 100% choose this property again given the great value.

Wonderful, did not disappoint!
We were three mature women looking for a relaxing getaway away in Maui away from the crowds at a big resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo! The pictures were very accurate and the condo delivered everything as promised. The kitchen had everything we needed to make delicious meals, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean and organized and accurately represented on your website. Check-in was a breeze and the underground parking was very convenient. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and the chairs, cooler and umbrellas you provided came in handy. There was good snorkeling close by and lovely breezy/sunny afternoons at the pool. The ocean view was spectacular and we enjoyed having breakfast out on the lanai each morning and experienced some of the most beautiful sunsets from the lanai at night. Also thanks for accommodating our late checkout. We really appreciated the extra time. We were sad to have to leave but we look forward to staying in the condo again soon! We highly recommend staying at your property!

This was perfect for us--right on the beach and had everything we could have wanted. We enjoyed our stay in Wailea and loved the easy beach and Wailea beach trail access. The host was great and responded quickly. And of course you can’t beat waking up each morning to an ocean view and only steps from the ocean.

This was perfect for us--right on the beach and had everything we could have wanted. Renewed our vows on Polo Beach and enjoyed the spacious condo and the gorgeous beach--swimming, snorkeling & sunbathing----walked the Wailea Beach Path....and the sunsets don't get any better from this location. LOVELY! We plan to make #308 our new home away from home on Maui. LOVED IT!
