Conveniently located across from the Seaside square. Seaya sits just one cottage back from the beach offering the easiest beach access in Seaside! The first floor boasts 2 bedrooms; one with two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the other with two double beds (sleeps 4) with new bedding. Each room has its own private full bathrooms. A sitting room in the middle with flat screen TV separates the two bedrooms. The second floor offers a spacious living room with another area to watch TV and French doors take you to a sprawling balcony with breathtaking gulf views. Just off the living room is an over-sized gourmet kitchen and dining room. Stainless appliances and a high-end range will delight the chef in the family, while the eat-in kitchen has dining space for 10 and bar seating for 3 allowing the whole family to gather for those beach-side dinners. Up one more level to the third floor, guests will enjoy a third living room, wet bar/breakfast bar, flat screen TV and decorative fireplace. A 2nd KING master suite is on this level with beautiful master bath and designer tub. A 3rd KING master suite is also on this level with full bath. Just off the bedrooms is another sprawling balcony with outdoor dining space and lounge seating. Beautiful property in a great location…right at the Seaside shopping entrance. You can walk anywhere, and it’s right on the beach!

Location is literally across the street from town square. No car necessary. We walked everywhere and enjoyed New Years Eve band and fireworks. Great home. Great location. Great experience.

The location is great as long as you aren’t staying during a big holiday week like we did. Lots of noise, traffic, and sirens from ambulance going by daily. We liked that the House is located near all the shops and food. The house has so much potential if it were maintained properly. The pictures look lovely online (i find this is a common theme with rentals) but the home is very worn and dirty. Every wall is scuffed from renters, every bed squeaks, kitchen drawers dirty, couldn’t use the oven because it smoked and needs to be cleaned, be careful opening dish washer as it’s not installed correctly, furniture needs cleaning, etc. Quick walk to the beach was a treat. Only 2 parking spots was inconvenient but managed with street parking. We were looking for more of a luxury rental being that it’s was 15k for a week. Good home, but just wasn’t for us. We thought not having a pool wouldn’t be an issue but realized we’d have to have a pool, even with the beach being so close. We left the rental a day early.

House is really well maintained. The location couldn't be better. The mid-week cleaning service was very convenient. We really liked the layout of the house. When we were actually in the house, we always stayed in the kitchen area. There was lots of room to hangout, socialize, play board games at the kitchen table.

Excellent location and home. A home of this value needs a good detail cleaning and an air conditioner than can keep up with the heat. Downstairs unit worked great, but the upstairs unit never got below 77(and that was at night).
