Great condo in a great location! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. 2 minute walk to Piggly Wiggly. 5 minute walk to beach!

Perfect place to stay for the week at Hilton Head. Loved the location! Very clean and safe!

Our stay her was absolutely the best. My 7 and 9 year old loved that we could walk to everything in just minutes(Food. groceries. souvenirs, ice-cream etc.) The Condo itself was clean and comfortable and felt like home as soon as we walked in. The only drawback was some traffic noise when sitting on the balcony, but not a big deal. Everything with the Cond went smoothly and there were no problems. We would definitely stay here again when visiting. The kids did not wan to leave and niether did I. ~Shaun

I had to buy TP, dish soap, papertowels, kleenex while staying there. This was the first time I have been faced with purchasing my own supplies while staying in a VRBO condo. Aside from this inconvenience, everything else was perfect so I would still rate this as a 5 star property.

We had a very nice stay. The location was great. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Our only complaint would be the floors. The soles of our feet turned black within minutes of getting out of the shower. We’ve been to HHI over 20 time and this is fairly common in villas. However, it hasn’t happened every time. Otherwise, a great unit.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our hosts were attentive to an issue that arose with the bedroom locks not having a key. They took care of it right away. They were very communicative leading up to our stay. They let us borrow their infant things so we didn’t have to pack a high chair etc. We did have a smoke alarm chirping in the middle of the night that we all lost sleep over, but my husband was able to fix it himself in the morning so it was only one night. I also wish there was better lightening in the underground parking garage- I didn’t feel comfortable being down there without my husband as all the lights were off- maybe broken? But that isn’t in their control! It was a close walk to everything! Would stay here again! Loved it!

The property was immaculate - the pool, hot tub , the flowers and trees were so well maintained ! The condo could not be any more comfortable ! Thank you to the hosts !

We love this condo complex and this unit in particular is fantastic. Beautiful place, nicely decorated and a great patio. Location is perfect! We were given tons of information before check in and the process was so easy. Great communication during our stay as well. The pool is always quiet and well maintained. We highly recommend this property!

Very comfortable condo and so close to everything including the beach!! Have a full kitchen if you want to cook. Bed is king size and very comfortable. Check in and out very easy and Jaime is the greatest person to deal with. Enjoy this condo and take care of it!!

This was a 4 week work-acation. Remote work was easily accomplished with excellent uninterrupted internet connectivity.The unit was fully equipped, clean, spacious in an outstanding location for beach, Coligny Plaza, eateries - all an easy walk.

Spacious, great location

Jaime and Julia: I cannot say enough good things about Julia and Jaime. They were soo great to work with from beginning to end. It was easy to see that their number one priority was ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I enjoyed chatting with them throughout the booking process. Property: Could not ask for anything more! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to enjoy meals at home. The dining area was big enough for us to have our meals and for my husband to work comfortably. I enjoyed having my morning tea on the balcony. Location: Perfect. Access to beach was soo easy. My 12/14 year old kids were able to walk back to condo on their own when they needed a break from the sun. They also enjoyed going across to Coligny Plaza for ice cream every night on their own. We had fun shopping in Coligny Plaza; there's a little bit of something for everyone! Having Piggly Wiggly saved the day at least twice during our stay! We loved being able to walk to everything. We only used our car once - to have dinner at Low Country Backyard restaurant! Despite the covid 19 restrictions, we had a fun week. Beach time was great. Best time is at low tide - this allows beach goers a lot more space to social distance. Most people were wearing masks even while outdoors. Masks are required indoors in all establishments. Looking forward to our next visit!

Because this condo is on the corner it has a wrap around porch. It also has new furniture and everything you need for a fun week at the beach. I loved staying here-it was quiet and relaxing.

Great location right across the street from the beach, restaurants and shops. Nice pool which was never crowded. Condo was clean and a perfect size for the 4 of us.

Clean condo with excellent up keep and appliances. We stayed in this complex 3 years in a row as we love the access to the beach and shopping, and not a crowded resort.

This is the best condo in HHI!! And best location. Can walk everywhere.

We did not need southern heat for our snowbird experiment. Our priority was to be close to our daughter and her family, walking distance from the beach, and nearby restaurants and local events. This little escape pad was perfect in size, comfort, quality of upkeep and care and ease of living away from home. We saw the grandkids daily, biked around the island, had plenty of room for guests, and ate great food. Thank you, Jaime and Julia, for your professional attention and personal care.

We rented this property for my in laws who absolutely loved it from the moment they stepped into the unit. It was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Working with Jamie was a wonderful experience considering we weren’t able to go to HH at the last minute. They were well taken care of and loved every minute of their stay. They are already talking about next time!!
