Bring the fun to the rooftop where you can grill under the stars, dine at the outdoor table, or relax with your favorite beverage on the private balconies. Retire to the bedrooms, which include a 2nd floor master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a jetted Jacuzzi tub, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a third retreat with a double bed, twin bunk, and trundle. Head upstairs to a comfortable second living area with a full sleeper sofa plus a sunroom/bedroom with a double daybed and a bathroom with shower. Parking is limited throughout the Mission Bay area. There are two parking spaces designated for this property - one in the shared carport and one outside of the carport. Neither space is suitable for large, long vehicles. The approximate dimensions for the carport are 7ft 9in H x 8ft 2in W x 17ft L. The outside parking space on the south side of the building has approximate dimensions of 9ft H x 7ft 7in W x 20ft L. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Master Bedroom - King (3rd floor) Second Master Bedroom - Queen (2nd floor) 3rd Bedroom - Queen (2nd floor) 4th Bedroom - Twin over Full Bunk Beds, 1 Twin Trundle Bed (2nd floor) 5th Bedroom - Full-sized Day Bed (3rd floor) Sleeper Sofa - Full (3rd floor) JUNE -JULY-AUGUST 7-Night Rentals Only from Saturday to Saturday. 3-Night Minimum Rentals During Off Season. This home has multiple staircases, including the extra, on the rooftop and between floors inside the home. The description makes this place seem like it is worth every dollar you are going to spend. It is a heavily used house. Things are falling apart and fresh paint is covering up a lot of underlying issues i am sure. It is in a great location though. Be aware that you may have other tenants renting the second half of the house below you though.

We had a group of 9 adults meet for my husbands 50th. This was perfect as everyone had their own bedroom. The house was clean and just as advertised. Opening up the windows filled the home with cool and fresh ocean air. It was wonderful scenery being right on the beach. The ocean walk led you to plenty of restaurants and entertainment in either direction. Plus a grocery store is only a mile away. I don’t know why this is important but I love the strong water pressure from all bathrooms. It’s always a bonus!
We would definitely book this home again for San Diego.

This location is central to everything in San Diego and a short ride to La Jolla. Being able to see the ocean waves while sitting in the family room was wonderful, especially since we had a day of rain. Management company was very responsive to our questions. Property is exactly as the description is listed. We were large family ranging in age from 16-80 and loved that we had space for everyone and a great view of the ocean!

Big front room space that fit our large group was nice. The kitchen is a little janky. Old appliances and microwave not working. Property management was quick to respond to fix microwave and Wi-Fi. Not sure we would stay there again.

As soon as we walked in we were impressed by the floor to ceiling windows and the spectacular view in front of us. We had children with ages ranging from 6-15 with us. The property is in a central location on the Mission Beach boardwalk with many restaurants and shopping within a 5-15 minutes stroll. The kids loved how close we were to Belmont and would rush to play on the beach in the mornings. We were in San Diego during an unusual storm. Being in such a central location made it easy to enjoy the outdoors even though the weather was a deterrent. We are looking forward to booking our next trip!

Best Family House on Mission Beach!!!
This has been our favorite house we have stayed at on Mission Beach. Tons of decks to view the ocean from, lots of bathrooms/showers and tons of space to spread out! It seemed to be the best part of the beach for hanging out as well. Not too crowded and great surf! You can’t go wrong staying here!

The house was nice, we had an SUV so parking was tight but they gave us the dimension of the parking spaces ahead of time so we knew it would be tight. The property doesn’t have central air but it wasn’t a deal breaker, the breeze was nice and airy.

This is an amazing property and its location could not be better from a beach lover's perspective. Plenty of space for all to be together or to split up in individual groups for more privacy. It's only a short walk to markets, restaurants, and other locations/activities if you just can't take any more beach sights and sounds - we did not have that problem. The parking spots are a bit tight so plan accordingly (come w/ smaller vehicles or an understanding that you will have to park on the street in the local area).. Wi-Fi connectivity and speed are great on the upper level but a little less so on the main level. Cellular coverage on AT&T and Verizon were fine. Enjoy!
