Nothing more to say. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was perfect. The house was perfect. The owner/manager was perfect. Nothing to complain about.

Great home for family & friends to come visit. Lots of room for everyone, nice open floor plan with fabulous golf views and kids had fun in the pool (once it was cleaned - after we let them know that it was not). However, we were disappointed to find out upon arrival that the garage was not available for our use as there was no mention of that on the listing, so heads up to others if you're like us and when you see a pic of a house with an attached garage, assume it's available.. The owner's said "why would we think it would be" and that "it's not part of the house". So our bad not to ask about that. We prefer to have our car out of the sun, as well as a place to keep our golf clubs and bikes, etc. Also, heads up on the listing saying "2 flat screen TV's"...as the one in the bedroom is not hooked up to anything, other than a gaming console and DVD player. The kitchen is adequately stocked, but there were a couple things we could have used that were not there (cheese slicer, pizza cutter, crock pot), and only had two steak knives, so we did go buy 4 cheap steak knives, and a small cookie sheet (there are large heavy duty sheet pans, but was bigger than I wanted and were kind of greasy). That being said, we enjoyed our stay, and Oscar was great to work with.

The home was well equipped, comfortable, quiet and in a great location. We soaked up the sun and enjoyed watching the golfers when we weren’t out taking advantage of the numerous entertainment options. We hope to stay there again next year..

My family really enjoyed the house, pool, & the view . Will probably be back next year. The only thing we didn’t like was the scorpions on the property, we went through 2 cans of spray. Would be nice if they got pest control to spray the yard. All in all it was a relaxing & fun holiday. Irene

This is the place to go to for your home away from home. The owner, Oscar and Eva are extremely easy to work with and make sure you have everything you need. The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet! Location makes it very easy to find and maneuver to places you want to go to. The home itself is warm and inviting and the layout is perfect for relaxing and provides all that you will need for your stay. The backyard and patio were wonderful to relax in. The waterfall fountain is a plus for that drift-away feeling. Very well cared for and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great memories.

we absolutely loved this home. Very clean, inviting, and with the pool and the great design and landscaping in the back yard made this house very difficult to leave. Very quiet neighborhood and views of the golf course made relaxing a breeze. If you're a golfer the cold water creek golf course that house sits on is a great course with some of the best rates I've seen anywhere. The house is pretty centrally located with very easy freeway access for many of the spring training fields, amusement parks, and only minutes away from cardinals stadium. The property manager Oscar is a wonderful person and very easy to talk to and very accommodating. My family and enjoyed our time in this home more than any other we have stayed in before Arizona and will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks for a great vacation. The long family

Once you arrive at this house you won't want to leave! We stayed for a week in March and felt at home staying at this beautiful home. There was everything you could need in the kitchen, spices, condiments, pots and pans etc. The beds were very comfortable and there was enough room for a family with children to stay there. Now...the backyard...where we spent most of our time when not at baseball games. The view is amazing, the pool is perfect for cooling off after being in the sun and the seating areas are comfortable and so relaxing. There is a great patio area with a bbq, table and chairs that we took advantage of while enjoying a cocktail. Oscar, the property manager was so helpful and accommodating! We told Oscar we will see him again because we will be renting this house again. Thank you!
