Take a short walk to our private beach which includes complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. This 2BD/2BA is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with your comfort in mind. Our condo has been renovated from top to bottom! It includes a brand new kitchen with breakfast bar, quartz counter-tops and stainless steel appliances with increased storage. Newly tiled floors throughout the living room, kitchen and bathrooms with brand new vanities. The bedrooms are complete with brand new pillow top mattresses to ensure it feels like you never left the comfort of your own bed. The newly remodeled unit is complete with a modern beachy rustic decor. The unit also includes a queen sleeper sofas in the living room. Conveniences include a fully-equipped kitchen, all linens, washer/dryer in unit. Flat screen TV's in living room and bedrooms, DVD/VCR and stereo. The unit is conveniently located across from the elevators and stairwell for direct access to the to the beach. We are centrally located to Highway 98 for easy access to shopping, dining and family activities. Maravilla Beach Resort offers a private 2.5 acres of beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with great amenities for the entire family. Amenities include: two pools (one seasonally heated), whirlpool, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness/exercise room, clubhouse, BBQ Grills, and large parking area. This is a family complex with plenty of green space for play. The condo was very nice. The view was great. The unit was clean and quiet (windows and doors had excellent sound proofing). The host was friendly and helpful. The people staying at the complex were very nice, and our lab enjoyed meeting the many well-behaved dogs there. All in all, we had a good time. The only minor suggestion would be a firmer couch and/or a reading type chair.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. We enjoyed our morning coffee every morning in the balcony with the stunning view of the emerald gulf. We were very happy that we were able to bring our dogs with us. The owners were very responsive to our requests prior to our visit. I highly recommend this unit. Would definitely come back here again.

We were there for the week for softball nationals in Ft. Walton. The condo was absolutely perfect for our visit with 5 people. It is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and the view of the ocean is spectacular! The owners were always in contact prior to and during our visit if needed! We will definitely visit this condo again when coming to this area!

My husband and I loved it. The place was very clean. I didn’t know about crossing the street to go to the beach but it was great! It wasn’t a long walk at all. I loved being able to see the beach and people cruising the strip at the same time. Highly recommend!

Our family loves Miramar Beach!!! This condo was perfect. The views were breath taking. You can see the ocean from the living room and bedroom. We saw dolphins swimming and playing from balcony. There were four of us staying for a week. The living room was so comfortable. I loved the sectional couch. It was perfect. Lots of room. The balcony was wonderful for morning coffee. It is so close to the beach. The property was very clean and we felt so safe walking our sweet dog in the middle of the night. We will definitely pick this condo for our next family vacation!! During our stay we had to reach out to Randy the property owner. He responded so quick. He went above and beyond during our stay to make sure everything was GREAT!! My husband, our daughter, son in-law and I absolutely loved our stay!! We are planning our next trip!!!!!!!

Our stay at this property was exceptional. We thought the location was great and enjoyed being able to walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. The view from the balcony was great. It was nice to be able to see and hear the waves of The Gulf of Mexico. It was truly the Emerald Coast while we were there. This condo was exceptional.

We had the best time at this beautiful condo. BEAUTIFUL VIEW saw dolphins everyday, it's a hop skip and a jump to the private beach(with chairs and umbrella! ) we walked the white sandy beach, had great dinners overlooking the gulf and sunset prepared by us at the poolside grills on location, VERY pet friendly location and such a joy to be able to bring our pet, we all enjoyed people watching from the best seat in the house(our balcony) waking up to a cup of coffee looking out to see puffy white clouds, blue skies and enerald green waters. Easy access to the second floor by stairs or conveniently located elevator (for my elderly mother) just outside of our condo door. Had fun coctails and seafood appetizers on the beach at pompano joes(within walking distance) and kenny D's for beers a laid back atmosphere with fun music and comfortable outdoor patio.
Had an excellent dine in dinner at Captain Daves (my snapper was AWESOME) at a table overlooking the gulf. Spent all of our time at Miramar Beach this quaint and cozy town has everything you need. We did hop into destin to check out Gator Beach and that was fun too.
Condo was clean beautiful and in my opinion the best location for everything, the owners were very responsive. Grocery store is very close to get your essentials.
Overall rating is A+ we are already planning our return

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the close proximity to the beach. We could watch dolphins from our balcony. Randy was very pleasant to work with. Overall we had a great time.

Condo was smaller than the pictures revealed. That was disappointing. Second bedroom size was very small for two adults maybe not for children.

This trip was much needed and did our family good! The condo is nicely furnished and clean. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. It’s a great location! We saw dolphins every day, the water was the clearest I’ve ever seen here, and besides being a little chilly a couple days, the weather was good. I always appreciate when an umbrella and chairs set up is provided as well…the young guy, Kevin, was super nice! Overall, we’d definitely stay here again!

Loved the condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching dolphins. My only suggestion is perhaps a little more storage in the dining room to place snacks. And maybe built in storage in the small bedroom. Would definitely stay again..

What a great time we had during our vacation! The location of the condo was perfect! Roughly 1 mile to Bad Ass Coffee Shop, and well worth the jog and wait in line. The beaches and sidewalks were clean, property and pools were in great shape.
Views from the master suite and the living room, and balcony were perfect! Close to stairs and elevator. Would stay there again!

The view is beautiful from the balcony. Away from the busy Destin areas but close enough to drive to any restaurant or activity down that way! The beach service everyday was so nice-friendly and helpful staff! The gated beach area was not as crowded as the properties next to us. It was a great vacation and we will definitely stay here again!

Best Vacation Ever!
This was one of the best vacation spots we have ever taken as a family. The owners went above and beyond. They were amazing from start to finish and were very quick at responding to everything. The location was perfection. The view from the condo was absolutely breathtaking. The place was well equipped with anything you need. Bottom line…..this rental is EVERYTHING! I highly recommend it!

The unit was beautiful. Loved the location and proximity to the Beach. Had a wonderful view of the Beach. Enjoyed the Beach chairs and umbrella everyday. Would definitely return.

Great location - rental lacking some basics
The location was terrific. The beach is gorgeous and very convenient. The rental is nice, but it lacked some basics that we had to provide.
Here are all of the things I had to buy upon arrival:
* Hand soap
* Dishwashing detergent - 2 pods provided for a week stay
* Beach towels for 4 people
* Trash bags
* Dish sponge
* Olive oil
* Laundry detergent - had to buy a whole bag of pods to do one load of laundry
All of this seems like basic stuff. It would be nice if it was included and if you use the last, you replace it. Having to buy it all was time-consuming and expensive.
The beach towels was the most annoying part. We flew in early so my kids could go to the beach only to find they had to wait for me to go out and buy towels and bring them back. Beach towels take up a lot of room in a suitcase and seem like a basic thing for a beach rental to have.
There are no dressers to unpack your suitcase which is also a bit annoying.
We bought beach towels and 2 body boards which we left for the next people along with everything else.
Other than this, the rental was nice. It would have been 4 stars if I didn't have to supply so much stuff.

We had such an amazing stay at our condo. It rained most of the time we were there, but it was so comfy and peaceful to sit in the condo. The view was breathtaking! The owners were super nice and easy to get ahold of.

We had an amazing stay. The condo was beautiful with an amazing view. We saw the sun rise and se everyday. You only have to walk across the street to get in the beach. You are pretty much right in the middle of all of the restaurants. The host are amazing. They were very responsive and made sure our stay was perfect in every way.

We loved the condo and the views of the gulf were gorgeous! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked which is good because I prefer to cook rather than go out every night. The Ninja blender supplied plenty of frozen cocktails! I’ve been inspired to purchase one for my home. I thought I may have an issue with being across the street from the beach rather than directly on it but not only was it a non issue, it was a source of entertainment while sitting out on the deck. We had a slight hiccup with a backed up tub in the master that was fixed immediately upon contacting the owner who responded quickly. I will definitely return to this condo on future visits to the gulf coast.
