About this house rental
Situated in Oneonta, this charming house for R 8,712 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Sleeps 10 A beautiful home for a family. Please book in 6 night increments. See baseball schedule in the photos to choose your dates for the week of your camp/visit. This way it leaves a full 6 day week available for each guest that books. The calendar is for both Cooperstown Dreams Park and the All Star Village, it is the same schedule for both baseball camps. Thank you for the understanding and feel free to message us with any booking questions. Newly remodeled home with classic and modern touches, and fully furnished. 200 Feet walk to walmart and within walking distance of Southside Mall. 10 minute drive from restaurants to eat in or take out. 15 minute drive from Cooperstown All Star Village and 25 minute drive from Cooperstown Dreams Park. Back yard has mountain view and easy access to trails for walking and hiking. Perfect home for baseball families, parents moving their children into college and families with kids. This home is newly remodeled and features all new appliances and furniture as it is fully furnished. All cooking utensils needed to create a large family meal are provided. Linens, shampoo and toiletries are also provided. The first floor features a modern kitchen and dining area,one full bathroom , 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom and 1 spacious living room off the dining area. The second floor features 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a laundry area equipped with a new washer and dryer. Everything is accessible inside the home and back yard. Also a fire pit in back yard. Access to mountain trails for walking and hiking are located right in the back yard. Free parking on the premises. Bus transit available 200 feet over the hill at Walmart. Cab transit available by phone call. Check in is 4:00P.M. Check out is 10:00A.M. WiFi included. Amazon fire stick is best option for TV. Please make sure to log out when leaving at end of stay. Available by phone or text message to answer any questions you may have throughout your stay. We also own and rent a 2 bedroom house next door so if you need more options for renting please consider. it is about a 75ft lawn between between the two properties. My family stayed at this house while my son played at All Star Village. This house was perfect in every way!! When you walk in you can tell it’s super clean and felt we “at home” right away there is not one negative thing to say! The owners answered any questions we had and were very pleasant. Very convenient to the stores and less than a 10 minute drive to All Star Village. This house is a gem and would highly recommend anyone to stay here. It’s just perfect!

Our family stayed here for a baseball tournament. The house was perfect. Very clean and lots of room. Also only 9 minutes from the field. Todd was very nice and responded to our questions quickly. If we come back next year we will absolutely be staying here again.

Spent the week here for Cooperstown All Star baseball. So easy and close, clean, well appointed, super responsive, and a pleasure to come back to after a day at the fields. Beds were very comfortable, and the house has an attention to detail that was much appreciated.

Our family absolutely loved staying here!! Such a beautiful, spacious and clean home! The best part was it’s proximity to All-Star Village. We loved being able to come back and forth between games. The yard was amazing too and we enjoyed some BBQing and wiffle ball games! Our younger son comes back to play Cooperstown in 2 years and we won’t stay anywhere else! Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent location and plenty of room
We stayed here for our sons Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. The house was about 20-25min from the park, very easy to get to. Having a Walmart so close by that you can literally walk to was soooo convenient. The house was very spacious and everyone had their own room and bathroom, which was very nice. The backyard was big and my younger son enjoyed playing with the whiffle ball bats that were provided at the house. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Cooperstown.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Hartman’s home. We were out for our son’s Cooperstown tournament at All Star village which was a short 11 minute drive (2 exits on the highway). AC and fast WiFi were huge during a warm week (I would bring box fans next time for 2nd floor). Having Walmart a nine iron distance away was also great for any last minute grocery/supply needs. Late nigh Taco Bell runs were an added bonus.

We played at All Star Village and this was the perfect distance being under 10 minutes away. Great location for our trip
We stayed here for our week at All Star Village and the house was a perfect location for that. Big yard, comfortable beds, nice size kitchen, and very clean. Great having new washer and dryer handy. Very simple process for check-in.

Baseball Convenience!!!
This property was PERFECT! Not to mention the owners were great to work with!
The first time we were in "Cooperstown" for baseball we stayed at a property that was roughly 20 miles from the ASV fields. My family lives 20 miles from us (about a 25 minute commute back home). HOWEVER, with the curves of the backroads in NY, lack of street lighting and multiple downpours the 20 miles was more like a 45 minute commute. I'm telling you, that is NOT enough time to get you (or your kid) back to the house, fed, rested and ready to had back to the fields again for more baseball -- and trust me, the downtime between games can be super random and after climbing all the hills, you will be wanting a cat nap!!
THIS location was amazing! My family would leave All Star Village, at random times throughout the day/evening, and literally 8 minutes later, we were pulling into the driveway.
Downtown Oneonta is very close by (2 min drive -- you could walk but the streets are busy) and offers a nice variety of food options. We found a park near downtown that allowed some of us some exercise in the mornings. Walmart is "across the street", but with the dense trees and slightly higher elevation of the house it was invisible to us. We did "walk the path" and grab some last minute items, and to drive it was only about 5 min -- as you needed to go around the trees to the main drag.

ohh and they have a 2 room apartment that is available for rental too. GREAT for small families (ie: parents that have a kid playing. Or a Mom and child who have a situation where the dad and sibling are staying at the fields).

Beautiful home
We chose this property because of the close proximity to CASV and it appeared clean and newly updated. The property did not disappoint. It was a short drive to the village-no more than 10mins. We stayed with a couple baseball families and the house fit us perfectly. Todd and Kathleen were a pleasure to work with, always responding in a timely manner. I would recommend this property. Also love the big spacious yard. Wish we could have enjoyed it a little more, but we were on the go a lot.

We loved this house, it’s very well decorated and fit many families comfortably. Great location, not far from Soccer fields in Oneonta. Great fire pit and seating in yard too. Really great.

This home exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, super clean and had every amenity you could think of. The updated kitchen and outdoor grill were great and my kids loved the huge backyard. The location to all star village was amazing if you are in town for baseball.

Beautiful new home, great location!
The house was new, clean, and giant! Great for multiple families staying the week for baseball at AllStar Village! It is maybe five minutes to Walmart, about 5-7 minutes to AllStar Village, and located on a nice safe street. The house was newly remodeled and just gorgeous! The house is very comfortable and clean and has a great outdoor area. Kathleen is a great host and even left some treats for us! I highly recommend this house!

The Perfect Baseball Getaway
The property was perfect for our baseball group. We had plenty of room to have the baseball team over 1 night for a cookout. Extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Would highly recommend if you are coming up to Cooperstown All Star Village!
