Find your ⛰️mountain retreat with our cozy bachelor suite in Dead Man's Flats, a Rockies hamlet 10 minutes outside of Canmore, AB and at the foot of Pigeon Mountain. Our unit makes the perfect base for exploring Banff and Bow Valley. It's perfect for long-term stays, romantic getaways or 👪family escapes. A newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom suite perfect for 💑couples on a romantic getaway. Everything was renovated very recently, you will feel like you are ready for a romantic vacation once you enter with your loved ones :)

We had originally hoped to stay in Field. So glad that didn't work out. Being on the outskirts of Canmore (away from the congestion of both Canmore and Banff) and yet convenient enough for both or them worked out so much better than Field would have.
Prices in the area are higher to much higher than we normally pay, so we were happy to find this reasonably priced place that had everything we needed for our stay.
The host was very attentive and helpful with check in and check out details.

The dishes had peanut butter on them, very little toilet paper, didn’t disclose that the studio is almost right on the main noisy hey and the TV did not work. IRS second story and that was not disclosed either. The laminate is lifting on kitchen counter and refrigerator door bars were removed. Actually not in Canmore. It is Deadman’s Flat. We reserved it for 6 nights but left early as my husband couldn’t stand it.

Did lots of searching and this was the best value I could fine. The unit is new and clean. It is right of Highway 1 and just a few minutes from Canmore. The ratings are based on the price, clean and up-to-date unit, and the experience with the host.
