A limpeza e o conforto. O cuidado com os hóspedes foi sensacional. A Marcela sem dúvida é uma excelente concierge e esteve atenta aos detalhes para deixar nossa viagem espetacular. Parabéns....indico com certeza 👏👏👏

I liked everything, mainly the localizarion of Villa das Palmeiras. The employees were very kind to us and as well.
The distance between Jijoca and Jericoacoara, wich is a little far.

Beautiful place to spend some days and get the real Jericoacoara experience. The host was very friendly and helpful, including she helped us book transfers, tours and other experiences. The rooms have a small kitchen which turned out to be very useful.

the pool area is really nice. the staff is really friendly. they even cleaned the room in between our stay.
We had cockroaches in our bathroom. The room was really dark and small, there wasn't a lot of space. A cat pooped in the pool area and nobody cleaned it. If you want to go to the center you have to walk.

it was really comfortable and clean. The flats are very well equipped.
The property is a little far away from the center, so it takes a 10 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant

Perla the manager was the nicest host I ever met. She went out of her way to make sure the visit was as good as possible. Although she doesn't speak English, she translated everything important that was needed to know. Perla helped me so incredibly when I encountered some problems. Highly recommended!
