Amazing Old Town Fort Collins location on beautiful and historic Mountain Avenue, just 5 block west of Old Town/downtown, 6 blocks north of Colorado State University and 6 blocks to City Park. The 475 S.F. unit has its own exterior access/entrance off of the alley, including a dedicated parking space, and has numerous carefully placed windows providing an abundance of natural light. Quality finishes, including hardwood flooring throughout the space, double barn doors between the living and bedroom spaces, full size bedroom with queen size bed and down comforter, bedside tables, dresser and closet, a kitchenette with under-counter fridge, coffee maker, and finally a luxurious bathroom with tile flooring and large custom shower.

We would highly recommend this adorable loft for a quiet stay in Ft Collins. It’s located on a beautiful tree lined street and a lovely walk to the very quaint and clean downtown area which is filled with delicious eateries and friendly bars. Not to mention the little boutique shops! It’s a must as it is a comfy and cozy place to relax and lay your head down at the end of a good day in the area!

Here for three nights. Perfect location to walk to Old Town for restaurants and shopping; Target within walking distance, too. The loft was clean and comfortable and equipped with all we needed. This location was also convenient for our day trips to Cheyenne and Estes Park.

The loft is in a beautiful area of Old Town Fort Collins. Even though it is a loft above a detached garage, it feels very private and is quite nice. It was exactly what we needed for a three day visit to see our CSU student. Easy access in and out- if we can fit a Ford Expedition Max into the parking spot, you can park anything. Great attention to detail with amenities! Thank you! We will be back.

We came to visit our daughter for the weekend and stayed at Ian and Heidi’s loft. What a wonderful place to spend the long weekend. Very clean and quiet. Loved the comfortable bedding and easy to use TV access. The neighborhood is so nice to take walks and stroll into nearby Old Town. Highly recommend staying here; we plan to come again.

Our stay at the loft was awesome! Our hosts, Ian and Heidi, were great, very attentive with any questions that we had. The loft is well equipped, comfortable and conveniently located to both downtown and the CSU campus. We hope to come back soon!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the loft. It was so clean and serene with everything we needed. It was our first time in Fort Collins and enjoyed being to close to restaurants, bars and shops. We came to town for The Human Race 1/2 marathon and really hope to return some day. We highly recommend the location with this fantastic host!

We loved the loft!! It was perfect for our busy weekend full of wedding festivities. The location was ideal and the street we were on was full of cute houses, the trolley, and lots of people walking/biking all day long. The loft was clean, stocked with essential kitchen items and we would definitely recommend to anyone!

The unit is clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Windows that open and blinds that lower from the top made the stay even more comfortable. Old Town Fort Collins is just a few blocks away. Did not need to communicate with the property manager. All information was in the app.

It's always nice to have clear instructions and communication with owners - and this place has that. This was a perfect accommodation for a short stay with my daughter as we visited CSU. The room is attractive and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. The chocolates on the pillows and Kuerig were a nice touch. Would stay again!

This loft was immaculate and cozy and had everything we needed. The location was amazing. We were able to walk downtown and back many times. We enjoyed the beautiful trees and flowers and homes along the way. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my daughter. Ian was very good at communicating and friendly and prompt with communication. I can't imagine a better spot to stay in if you are visiting fort Collins!

My daughter and I stayed for three nights while touring CSU. The location was a 10! The bed was very comfortable and the large shower was wonderful. The dedicated parking spot was clear. We will be back! Go Rams!

Nice, quiet, clean little apartment on the best street in Fort Collins. All the amenities that you need---fridge, m-wave, toaster-oven, Keurig (if you use those things), electric water-boiler, toaster, and all kitchen-ware and clean-up supplies you need for the last-day cleaning. We brought filters and drip cones for individual cups of our own favorite coffee--water boiler was handy for that. Bed was very comfortable. Shower--terrific. Towels clean and new. Nice touch: humidifier to moisten up the dry, heated air. Requires ability to climb stairs to second story. Private parking spot. Friendly, hospitable, accomodating, on-site owners, too.

I had the absolute best stay at this property. It is so cute and comfortable-the perfect size for 2 people. The bed was super comfy and the shower was a great size and had amazing shower pressure. The hosts were extremely communicative and their guest packet had all of the information you need to have a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back to stay.

The Old Town West loft was perfect for my wife and I for our visit to Colorado! The loft was clean, had everything we needed and was in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to downtown Fort Collins/Old Town and the CSU campus and doing lots of exploring on foot or short drives from FoCo. The next time we plan to visit Colorado ago we will definitely look to stay in the loft again! Thanks to Ian for the hospitality!
