Located in Columbia-Shuswap A, this attractive cabin for R 2,957 per night is a great option for your next trip. The location, views, fresh air and ruralness of our property lend for a relaxing stay. Our small log cottage, adjacent to the main house, is a perfect retreat to unwind from a busy day of outdoor activities or a break from mainstream life. The accommodation is close (walking distance) to biking, hiking and cross-country ski trails and is only 16kms from the base gondola at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. The cottage is all open plan and fully appointed to suit self-catering guests wishing to spend more than a couple of days in and around Revelstoke. The whole interior of the cottage is beautifully finished in a mixture of pine, cedar and hemlock. Upstairs is well lit by windows on each of the 4 gables and comprises a queen sized bed, (plus a single and a roll-away bed by request). The downstairs of the cottage has a small, open-plan lounge with seating, smart television, a log stove; kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher plus all crockery and cooking utensils; bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Bedding, towels, tea towels, dish cloths, cleaning products, iron & ironing board are provided for your convenience. Very relaxing and the town is beautiful and the activities endless, if you’re interested in hiking, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling ,walking the river trails, or just relaxing in a hot tub then this is the place to visit.

Romantic holiday of hiking and exploring beautiful Revelstoke. Wendy and Graham’s cabin is a charming rustic setting with all the luxury amenities one could need. The interior is wonderful and every detail is well considered. It is located on a quiet rural road south west of Revelstoke. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this.

Me and my husband had an amazing stay here. The woman constantly accommodated us and helped us with anything we needed. She brought us a fan when it got hot, brought us fresh eggs at the beginning of our stay, and helped us with anything we needed. We had a late check in and check out because we were dumb and didn’t double check our plans and she was more than willing to give us a little extra time. The cabin is beautiful and adorable and it was fully equipped with everything we needed for a whole week stay cooking our own meals. It’s out of town enough so it’s secluded but it’s close to town enough so that you can still do tons of stuff without a long drive. 10/10 would love to vacation here again!

Owners are very accessible and accommodating. This was my second stay and look forward to future visits. Great location for snow activities including Nordic center, Revelstoke resort and backcountry skiing access.

The Lodge was peaceful, quiet and very comfortable. The hot tub was incredible to have after a hard day of skiing. I highly recommend to all coming to Revelstoke!

The cabin was a perfect home base for us and our dog on a 2 week trip to Revelstoke. We enjoyed using the full kitchen to cook meals and the hot tub was a lovely treat in the evening. Wendy offered us privacy and information when we needed it. The fresh eggs were a thoughtful addition to a wonderful visit.

The cabin was clean and well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable and self sufficient. Wendy was very communicative and easy to work with. We enjoyed the remote quiet setting. The hot tub was perfect for apres ski relaxing. the Nordic ski trails were close by and well with in walking access. The 20 min drive to the base of Revelstoke was easy. Overall an excellent place to be based out of for enjoying Revelstoke. We look forward to a return trip.

We very much enjoyed the peacefulness of this log cabin. We appreciated the out of town location and did not have any problems with the 20 minute drive to RMR. We had some nice hot tub soaks with nice views of the mountains. We would stay here again.

We were 4 old friends (over 50's !) for a ski trip at RevelStoke and we had enough room. The extra beds are comfortable and there is enough room for the luggage. The spa was so welcome after a big day of ski ! The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook easily. When I communicated with Wendy, I always got a quick response. And the extra, she let us leave at the end of the day, after our day of skiing (the cottage was not rented after us). It's been a great service for us. I would definitely stay there again! PS. There is a building under construction beside the cottage and the spa. The building is not visible from inside the cottage. Also, at the time of our visit, we did not hear any construction noise.

This was an amazing place to stay for our ski trip to Revelstoke. Wendy and Graham worked hard to make this trip happen for me over the Christmas holidays. They were very accommodating and without their help, my trip would not have been so memorable and would have meant we were to stay at a chain motel which certainly would not have been as wonderful. The cottage was just as described. Wendy and Graham were quick to communicate with any questions we had and we were eager to ensure we had everything we needed. The weather was extremely cold while we were there but the cottage was equipped and we spent our evening after skiing cozy and content. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed including towels and robes for the hot tub!! A great touch. We chose not to travel back and forth to town to eat out at all. But the cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable in that regard. Highly recommend this place to stay if you are in beautiful Revelstoke.

We had an amazing time at Wendy’s and Graham’s cottage. First of all, Wendy and Graham are very nice people and kind. All little thoughts they put into the preparation of the cottage for the clients arrival was very much appreciated. They were also available if necessary. Also, the place and the location is magical. Injured the first day of skiing, I couldn’t do much. It was so nice to sit outside and listen to the bird and watch the mountain. Finally, the cottage is very clean and beautiful. I could go on like this because there was nothing negative. Except that we couldn’t stay longer ;p.

First and for most, the pictures don’t do the place any justice. It is absolutely fantastic and spacious. The location is just minutes away from Downtown Revelstoke. When we arrived Wendy had a nice fire going for us upon our arrival. Super host in my opinion. Communication with Wendy was easy. No one bothers you and the views from the front of the cabin are breathtaking! I definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Revi. I will book this again. My family had a great at time and want to Thank Wendy for the great experience.

We were looking for a cozy cabin close to Revelstoke, and Wendy’s place fit the bill perfectly. Ideal for a family or couple. Very private. The hot tub and wood burning fire place are fantastic. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay! I needed a place for myself and my dog to relax and get some important work done. The place was perfect. Very cozy and has everything needed. I enjoyed the privacy but also having the host available if needed and they were very welcoming and made sure to check in to offer their availability if anything is needed. It’s in a quiet rural neighborhood but very close to town and also lots of walking trails. Would absolutely recommend

The property is clean and well cared for. There is a lovely view of the mountains from the porch and Revelstoke is close by. You feel secluded but can head in to town if you need anything. There are lots of things to do in the area! The hosts were very kind and available to help or answer questions, even during COVID-19 restrictions. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Beautiful and clean property. Lovely garden with hummingbirds visiting the feeder. Close to mountain biking trails and climbing area. Short drive to downtown. Wendy was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in this cosy and quiet log cabin/cottage! It was super quiet and the hosts, Graham and Wendy were very accommodating and super friendly. The wood stove was such a treat to light in the evenings when the air was chilly. Lots of firewood available too! The kitchen had everything, and we loved cooking in after being out all day hiking and biking. A beautiful location too...a short drive into Revelstoke. Very peaceful and beautiful location with gorgeous views!

We loved the MacPherson cottage, it was perfect for our time in Revelstoke. Close to town yet the solitude of of the forest. We enjoyed our stay in Revelstoke for the week. Cottage was well equipped, comfortable and very cozy. Location was great, not far from town or RMR as well as out the door BC skiing access. Wendy and Graham were responsive and ensured we had everything we needed while maintaining our privacy, the fresh chicken eggs were a treat. We look forward to staying again when we return next year.
