There are two upstairs balconies ideal for those afternoon sun downers or evening BBQ's. Downstairs has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a laundry and a small lounge room with another TV. Out the back has a large grassed area with fish cleaning facilities. There is also an outdoor shower ideal for that wash down after your fun at the beach. The bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens, 1 x Double, 1 x Single, 2 x Bunks, 1 x Tri-Bunk. Bunk Beds are not suitable for Adults. Small Outside Pets welcome, Outside Only. Please note: No Wi-Fi at this property. Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats. Only enough consumables for one night. What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products. . A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details. - Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old. Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
