Our spacious garden view 4 bedroom 3 bath Poipu Garden Villa with its private tropical landscaped yard, is one of the exclusive Lanai Villa private homes of Poipu Kai. Our Villa guests have access to the Poipu Kai Swim and Tennis Club and you will find the key fob and the location map on the entry table. NEW: Split air conditioning system in the living area and all four bedrooms. Photos coming soon. WIFI is provided through through Spectrum. You will find network and password information on credenza by the television. Our private Poipu Garden Villa is meticulously cleaned, and is located on a quiet lane in the Lawai Villas neighborhood, a four-minute walk east to breathtaking Shipwrecks Beach, its renowned body-boarding spots and oceanfront hiking trail to Mahaulepu Beach, and the Grand Hyatt Kauai and its fabulous restaurants, Anara Spa, and the Poipu Bay Golf Course. You are sure to enjoy the eight-minute stroll west through lush gardens along the Poipu Kai well-lit manicured walkway to Brenneckes Beach (body boarding) and Poipu Beach (swimming, snorkeling). Our 3,800 sq ft home features an open living, dining and kitchen design with a split air conditioning system, a well-stocked custom kitchen, and a lovely master suite complete with a king bed, fine linens, AC, custom bathroom, tv and private lanai. Its second bedroom suite also features a king bed, fine linens, AC and a custom bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 3 features a queen bed and AC, Bedroom 4 - two twins. and AC. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are adjacent to the third full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. You will find the beach towels on top of the counter in the home's laundry area. New washer and dryer. Laundry soap provided. The Villa's loft features a fifth sleeping area with bunk beds and a portable AC unit, and a foose ball table. Our Poipu Garden Villa is complete with tasteful, comfortable custom furnishings, Hawaiiana artwork, and a terrific custom kitchen with two dishwashers and two sink areas - one for prep, one for clean up. The private outdoor entertainment area includes a dining area and a gas grill. TV/DVD/CD/WIFI *beach chairs & beach towels* On-site parking for two vehicles in driveway. Our private Poipu Garden Villa is located in exclusive Lanai Villas at Poipu Kai and includes access to the nearby Poipu Kai Resort gated swimming pool, hot tub and tennis court privileges. Poipu Kai Resort provides 24-hour security to all residents of Lanai Villas. Note: Check-in time is after 3pm. Check-out time is before 11 am. These times are firm. Thank you.

We met with our Son and family and Daughter and Family for 10 days of an early Christmas. Had a great time and generated lots of lifetime memories. Our accommodation really worked well allowing us to be together. Location was great , and facility worked well for us.

The pictures on VRBO were EXACTLY the same in person. The question, "Were You Satisfied with Your Stay?, Yes or No". My answer is EXTREEEMELY YES, not just yes !!!"
The house was well stocked with plates, glasses mugs, flatware, blankets, towels, sheets, and seasonings for cooking !!! Staying here was like staying your own home except in Poipu. And Lori was a VERY PLEASANT person to communicate with. This was the perfect place to stay for my family of 7. Next time we can all take the same time off again, we're coming here. Mahalos

This house is huge and has tons of rooms and beds. We loved the location and neighborhood … it was beautiful and just as advertised. We did ask to have some family over (12 additional guests… it is Thanksgiving week) and were told no. We also felt like the association was very strict with outdoor lighting and such. Just an FYI for groups traveling together, families, etc. the house looks like it can accommodate many… but you can’t.

Everything was as advertised, very clean and in a nice neighborhood not far from the beach. we had a awesome vacation staying here. That being said there are a couple of things that could be improved but were not that big of a issue. 1. ice dispenser on the refrigerator door didn't work 2.dishwasher doesn't like the pods it only worked if we threw them in the dishwasher can't put them in the dispenser.3. When in Hawaii staying in such a beautiful house on a awesome island a must have is a Ninja blender. the one there works but it's on it's last leg. 4 More wash cloths and towels would be good also. I would stay here every time I came to Kauai it is a very nice house.

Well, my family likes me again. All because I found this wonderful place. It's close to the beach and has 2 of everything you will need on vacation. It was so spacious, I also convinced my wife to move out of the tiny expensive cardboard apartment where we bump into each other all day.

The house was absolutely perfect for our 36th anniversary trip with all our grown kids and their spouses! We could walk to watch the sunrise at one beach and watch the sunset and turtles at another! The home was very comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out with 8 of us! We had an amazing time!

The house was perflectly located and was half way to Shipwreck beach in one direction and half way to Poipu beach in the other direction. We were within walking distance to Kalapaki Joe's and just a short drive away from

This is a fabulous rental property! It is stocked with absolutely everything you could ever imagine wanting, has many options for dining (dining room, outside seating with table, bar seating, breakfast nook) and family space galore! There is also extra sleeping space in the loft...easily sleeps 12. I'm a neat freak and the cleanliness was exceptional. Close to everything and the perfect location for a Kauai vacation. Highly recommend!!

Great house and location. Not a single issue. House is well stocked and is beautifully decorated and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again. Also there is a notebook with references for restaurants and activities that is very thorough.

The house was beautiful! Everything was so clean, well stocked. It was so nice to have beach/pool towels and chairs. They even had great toiletries. Would come back in a heart beat. And Location was incredible for beach access and food.

It was a beautiful place here in paradise. The decor was Hawaiian and lovely. It accommodated our family of eight perfectly and was stocked very well. Loved everything about it. The gourmet kitchen was a real plus!! Highly recommend.

We rented this house for our family of four plus my mom and brother. It was so spacious with a great layout and more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen was great. The only thing to be aware of is that the loft with four beds is open, so they can hear everything going on in the kitchen and living room and vice versa. It was less that 15 minutes to walk to Shipwreck Beach and about the same to walk to the pool and jacuzzi. To get to Poipu Beach is definitely easier by car but not too far. There are also lots of cute shops and restaurants just a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this house.

We originally booked another property on a different website, that one ended up getting canceled and we found this property, and it was so much for the better for us. We had a backyard for the kids to run around in, an outdoor space to eat, it was super clean. The kitchen was amazing. It had all of the gadgets I needed to cook our meals every night and I am a home chef, so I was so pleasantly surprised. There’s an upstairs area (not shown in pictures) that had two more twins and a bunk bed which my kids loved. They had their own space to play. Would stay here again. Thank you for the stay. We enjoyed every moment connecting together.

This house was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The house was beautiful, in a wonderful location for walking to the ocean and made for a wonderful family trip - both kid and adult friendly. I truly hope we can return and book this house again. Loved it and highly recommend.

Very clean and spacious home. Plenty of room for 4 couples(parents and their adult children). AC was great to have as Kauai in the summer is warmer than the winter. Really nice backyard/landscaping. Also loved the freshly fallen key limes from the tree out front!
There is a large loft w two twins and a bunk bed. AC up here too but we turned it off as we did go up there. And this did not affect the coolness of the main living area. We would stay again.

More than we asked for
The house actually can easily accommodate more than the 8 people on the listing and we had everything we could have asked for in terms of plates, cups and cookware. The 2 dishwashers and cooking space made our meals and cleanup very easy. There are lawn chairs and boogie boards in the outdoor shed and the kids loved playing Foosball. We had 8 people and everyone loved the house. Check in and check out were very easy with the keys in a lock box and housekeeping doing pretty much everything when we left. The only quibble I have is that we did not get specific check out instructions via the VRBO app until we called the management office but like I said, housekeeping took care of everything.

Great location and well appointed house
This house is walking distance to a pool, Poipu Beaches, Shipwreck Beach and walking trail crossing cliffs to Gillian's beach.
The kitchen has a huge number of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, etc. enough for many people. The house is well stocked with about anything you might need - shampoo and bath soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and so many supplies that ordinarily you have to replenish within a week. The bathrooms are nice. Lots of towels. Nice washer and dryer.
There is a small, charming back yard with lawn furniture and a table. The house is on a quiet cul de sac very close to the green belt pathways. We were 4 adults and three 13 yo boys.
Each room has its own air conditioner. They are a bit noisy as they turn off and on automatically, but we got use to that after one night and they kept the house very cool.
We would definitely rent this home again if returning to Poipu.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Close enough to restaurants, shopping, and Shipwreck Beach. The pool was a distance away and we did struggle with the map of the property to find it. We had some issues with the internet but were fixed within a day. A quick note to make sure that both refrigerator doors are fully shut, they can become ajar. The biggest problem was with the AC in the two front bedrooms. The breaker was tripping which lead to both rooms not having AC. This was fixed by day 3. I still give the property a 5-star, after the property manager made sure everything was fixed our vacation was amazing. I did have communication issues with the property manager, I felt she was rude to me and two others in our party. The bottom line is, all the issues were fixed in a timely manner and I'd strongly recommend property.

Let me just say that this place was absolutely amazing and perfect for us. The owner communicated very well and quick and even helped us out with some baby needs. The property location was perfect as well sonce it was tucked away in a nice community neighborhood yet still close enough to walk to a handful of beaches. The property was perfect for our stay - very spacious, A/C worked well when needed - short walks to Brenneckes, Poipu and Shipwreck beaches as advertised - could hear the waves at night when it was quiet. Plenty of beach gear - everything we needed.
