Honestly, it was average. No amenities and sparsely staged. Was clean and the big bath tub was fun but I almost fell trying to get in and out. The hot water took forever to come on too. Like I said, not bad, but not great either. The check in process was super easy and location was great.

Great location! We walked to downtown & watched trick or treat littles; made it down to the Centennial Trail and cleared 10k steps. Beautiful 🎃🎃🎃

This property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. Quiet neighborhood and close to so many restaurants and amenities. We were able to ride our e-bikes everywhere with easy to find bike lanes.

Second time we have stayed at this cute house. It’s clean and well decorated. Has a well stocked kitchen if you’re cooking but a short walk to restaurants if you aren’t cooking Highly recommend this house.

Great place for two people. Comfortable bed, recently updated bathroom and kitchen. Wonderful neighborhood, house was within a 2 minute walking distance. The Tugg's Hill walking trail is also a 2 minute walk.

A great rental home, close to downtown shopping about a 12-13 minute walk (super quick drive), Tubbs Hill trailhead practically out your back door, Sanders Beach super close as well. Just a wonderful location, little secluded home in a nice little neighborhood, perfect for a couple, comfortable queen bed, AC, kitchen satisfied our needs with one bathroom. Probably no more expensive than a hotel during peak season. We look forward to coming back soon!

This was our 10th Anniversary and we wanted to do something different and this little place was amazing we walked to breakfast we biked to dinner . Went swimming it was just wonderful and we will be back . Thank you.

We had a lovely stay in this private and cozy cottage, in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors, conveniently located next to the beach, Tubbs Hill and a short walk to the resort. The amenities in this rental were perfect for our needs!

Very clean and comfortable TV is streamed and would have appreciated better directions as to use. Front step needs repair and back yard needs clean up. Once inside it is a great property !

We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. The location was quiet and close to downtown. We were able to do the river walk and Tubbs Hill. Everything was supplied to make delicious meals every day. The comfy furnishings made the stay even more enjoyable.

The house is beautiful, clean, well stocked and decorated wonderfully. Loved the stained glass window and the tub. It is in a walkable neighborhood and you can also walk to the lake and downtown easily. Enjoyed the house and would definitely stay there again

My husband and I stayed at this home for our anniversary trip in CDA, it was our first time visiting CDA. The town had great architecture and nature views, in addition to our stay in this beautiful home which was within walking distance to the lake and downtown. Everything was easy to find and use at the home, the owner was communicative and helpful during our stay.

The cottage was the perfect place for us. The location is top notch, gorgeous neighborhood to walk in, just a couple of blocks to the lake, a short walk to downtown where the shops are, just fantastic. The place is very comfortable, well stocked with basics, and the reclining couch was our best friend at the end of the day. :) CDA is so lovely and this is a great launching pad. We'd definitely stay again if ever in CDA.

I stayed at this property alone for a business trip - parking was easy, the sidewalk was well lit and I felt safe in the neighborhood. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend to others!

Enjoyed our stay at this property. It is close to downtown, and the beautiful lake with it amazing sunsets. Close to the freeways too. Very comfortable bed too. Nicely appointed kitchen and plates etc. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We lived the house and the location was not only near the water but only about 15 minutes walk to town and the parks! Ramon was easy and professional to work with . The house had all amenities needed. The bed was comfortable and internet fast. HIGHLY recommended and can’t wait to stay again!

We stayed a week and the house was perfect for us. Quiet and comfortable. Perfect location, we walked to the beach and downtown to shop and frequented the restaurants. The tub was great with plenty of hot water. Only suggestion would be more linens, there was one hand towel and one kitchen towel (no dish rag) for the whole week. The bed comforter was too heavy for us but there was only one blanket light blanket, no throws on the couch or lounge. The towels smelled musty, but a quick wash and issue solved… Would recommend and hope to visit again!!
