Recently added new bed and furniture. This is a completely upgraded 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with an open kitchen and 2 air conditioning units. A new split AC system was just installed in the living room. It includes stainless appliances, granite counter tops, bamboo floors and a walk in shower. Our unit is of typical size for a 1 bedroom in Kihei. It's very clean and cozy and is decorated in island style. This unit is painted with neutral colors and is a very homey and comfortable unit - fully furnished with a brand new bed and brand new queen sleeper sofa with a 5-in gel/memory foam mattress. It is a spacious unit with large windows opening up to the lanai. The ocean and beach are only steps from our front door from which you may watch amazingly beautiful sunsets. Our beach is great for running, walking, strolling, kayaking, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, watching sunsets and sunrises. We are also within very close walking distance to very popular bars, shops and restaurants. This is a beautifully maintained property and a very quiet resort complex, which will allow for a great vacation and peace of mind.
