A great place to stay! All appliances worked, and the house was stocked with basic necessities that we needed throughout our trip. Highly recommend.

The location is close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. The house is equipped with kitchen utensils, paper products, linens, etc. and comfortable beds. The screened in back porch is very relaxing. We enjoyed our time there!

The house was clean and very large. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were very updated and nice. A few suggestions we left with the managers was that we needed a second key to the house and we were not notified that they had brought it so we found it when we left. Communication was not that great with the managers. The front screen door is still in need of repair as was noted in a review last year. The ice maker was not connected and it would be nice to have ice cube trays along with more dishes and glasses for 6 people. No cookie sheets or pizza pans were available. The manager appreciated our suggestions and stated she will follow up on them.

We enjoyed our brief visit. Propertywas close to the beach and convenient to shopping and restaurants. the only frustration was the TV did not have local channels and we could not watch football on Thanksgiving.

Due to the President’s proclamation and the fact that restaurants and eventually beaches were closing, we left after three days into an 18 day stay. That was not the fault of the owner. We would have appreciated a portion of our rental rebated to us, but understand the owner was under no obligation to do so.

We needed a bigger lockbox so we could read the letters at 3:45 am after 18 1/2 hrs of driving If possible, a towel bar on the side of the sink cabinet is needed to dry the towels and near the door of the walk in closet in the master bedroom. The handle on the outside screen door fell off and there needs to be a new one to replace it. There was only a used sponge in the kitchen. It should be a new one so we do not get someone else’s germs. There was a lack of containers with covers to put leftovers in and not enough dishes to run the dishwasher for 6 people. We were only 4 people and we washed the dishes by hand and there was no dishwasher detergent. There was no cookie sheet or cooking pans to make quiche or cook pizza. Perhaps some hooks to hang your hats and keys in the front hall. More oilet paper should be given if guests stay longer than a week and basic condiments like cooking oil should be supplied. More bowls and our plate that are ceramic and one glass container to heat up things in the microwave would have been appreciated too. There was no recycling box until one day it appeared but was not there when we arrived. Great tip sheet on the fridge but I called the property management twice about the screen door and there was no response but only when we were leaving did we got a response only from them when we were leaving. We left the place tidy and neat.

The house is clean, nicely decorated, and in a perfect location. Restaurants, stores, beaches, downtown shopping all were within a few minutes drive. Marina was quick to answer our question about the water softener. Having soft water was a plus. We are looking forward to staying next year!

Thank you for a lovely stay in your quiet, clean, and nicely decorated home. It is close to many beaches, Manasota being one of our favorites as well as Caspersen. we had breakfasts at home, picnic lunch on the beach, and cooked in several nights. Everything was comfortable and simple to use. The beach chairs were a plus. Great family time for 3 couples and one kiddo. Only advice- get to the beach before 10 for parking.

Overall this was a nice house, it was recently “flipped” all new floors and paint and appliances. It’s nice and open and the screened in porch was comfy. The only thing that needs work is the 2nd bathroom, but I’m sure they’re getting there as this is a new rental. I would recommend this house to everyone!

A very nice place. it was clean and recently remodeled and updated. The tile floors throughout made it simple to clean and worry free if you did spill something. we had all the amenities there that we needed including good wifi. A fairly quiet neighborhood that was close to many beaches , shops and restaurants . Very affordable when traveling with a family of 5. I would rent again

Very clean property, plenty of space. A bit of driving needed to reach locations but not more than 15-20 minutes to get to local beaches and restaurants. I would recommend for if you have a family, plenty of space.

The house was wonderful, and the owner was very helpful. The home is conveniently located, neighborhood is quiet, and overall great stay. Bedrooms are spacious, house is updated, sheets and towels being provided is wonderful, and the Roku TV away a great bonus. The house is on a septic system, you need to use special toilet paper that you need to buy, but you can get it at Publix which was easy. I’d highly recommend this house, my self my parents and my younger sister had a great experience.

Nice place! Very basic and modern, updated and clean overall - with the exception of the fridge. This could have used a bit more work. It was smelly and in the smaller compartments, crumbs had been left behind from previous guests. The freezer din't keep our food very cold either. Not sure if the seal is not sticking properly, or maybe it had been opened and closed too frequently. It wasn't a big issue. Absolutely loved the flooring and master bath! One thing is there are no body length mirrors. This would be convenient to have in each of the bedrooms - even an over the door hanging mirror. Bedrooms need curtains as well. The master has them, the others do not. One set of curtains for the sliding glass doors is sheer and you can see right through the house. Wasn't a fan of that. Beds were super comfy! However, the number one rule in hospitality is white linens cause it presents the image of cleanliness. Not to mention, if they're white they can be bleached and your guests then know the linens have been properly cleaned and sanitized - and if there happen to be any stains, they would be visible to the naked eye rather than camouflaged within a designed, colored comforter. Overall, it was a nice place with small, minor inconveniences. Check in process was easy, house rules were reasonable and so is the price! We are looking forward to staying here again someday.

loved this property, close to a lot of things to do and within driving distance of every where we wanted to visit. home was very comfortable and roomy. Would highly recommend and will stay at this property again. Love the area and this is a great property in a nice location. If your looking for a nice quite place to relax and catch up with friends or family this is a great place. Close to shopping and local restaurants which made it really convenient. A few suggestions would be to stock the home with garbage bags and enough dishwasher soap for people staying. We ran out of both just due to wanting to keep things clean throughout our stay. Noticed small bugs on the counter top which I'm sure is common in this area so maybe some bug spray or traps in kitchen would be helpful.

Our stay here was very enjoyable. We especially liked the screened-in porch with its comfortable furniture. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe there. (I often took morning walks in the neighborhood.) The wireless Internet service was quite good. The TV is new and has Roku built into it. There was no cable service, but if you have a Netflix, Hulu or other streaming account, you should be able to use it on the TV (but don't forget to log out of your account at the end of your stay). The house is about 35 minutes from Myakka River State Park, which is well worth the drive to visit. Our queries to Marina received quick responses. We would definitely rent here again.

We found the house to be clean and comfortable. Marina was available for questions and promptly got back to me. The house is supplied with all the necessities you would need away from home, including a washer & dryer and ironing board, and hair dryer, although you will want to bring your own shampoo and shower wash. I found the master bed to be comfortable and there were plenty of extra sheets, blankets and pillows. I would rent this home again.
