To note : > New house linen fully furnished > bath towels provided The Villa "Mathis" is a large air-conditioned Family House situated in a private cul-de-sac, 5 minutes from the old town of Antibes and its large marina. This House on 2 levels exposed Full South in the middle of a small housing estate of villas, is posed on a ground of 800 m ² with 1000 meters of the sea. It is 3 minutes from BIOT golf and in the heart of all amenities. This house will offer you a cozy living space it will make your stay relaxing and entertaining both indoors and in the garden. Villa Mathis has been relooked in 2018 in a rather contemporary style. Each piece has been carefully redesigned and decorated. The overall atmosphere that comes out is serene. Two Saint-Tropez abutting rooms of the last level will give you the opportunity to tan in peace and privacy. Our garden with swimming pool (8 ml X 4 m) l flat bottom (1.50 m) positioned in the middle of the garden surrounded by a plot of grass and its minimalist vegetation. A large wooden pergola, equipped with a bar, a barbecue and various places of life. A SPA with 5 places is located in a room on the ground floor overlooking the garden. You can, if you wish, to reserve this space relaxation according to tariff and regulation provided in complement. This large house has all the assets to spend a pleasant stay on the Riviera near the most beautiful villages (Antibes, Nice, St. Paul de Vence, Juan les Pins, Cannes, Monaco ...) Eric was the perfect host, providing clear directions for check in and out, a comprehensive manual and was on hand by text for any other questions. The villa is very comfortable and the outside area is great. We stayed home and cooked several nights, you have everything you need in the kitchen and a great bbq grill too. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful and beds are comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Antibes staying at Villa Mathis. The Villa has a great sized pool and hot tub and the internal deco is of a high standard.
The location of the villa is really useful for trips into all areas of Antibes and is only around 20 minutes from the Airport at Nice. We did day trips to Monte Carlo, Nice & Cannes and it was all very easy and straight forward. The Train was also very close.
Eric was a great host and was in regular communications with us. Nothing was too much to ask. And the icing on the cake was the home made Pissaladière made for us.
Overall I’d highly recommend Villa Mathis and would love to return.

We had the most wonderful holiday in Eric's villa. Nothing was too much trouble for him to assist with. We arrived to a very welcome cold drink at the outside bar from our host. The villa was simply beautiful and perfect for our family. It is in a quiet area, but you can still walk into Antibes within 25 mins. The airport also is only a 20 min drive away.
The villa was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and be able to chill out. There is a small supermarket a 5 min walk away, and also the larger Lidl is a 5 min drive away (that is definitely much cheaper than the large Carrefour).
The hot tub was such a treat to enjoy after a day exploring the area.
I would recommend seeking out the beautiful smaller villages in the area such as Biot (5 min drive) and St Paul de Vence (30 min drive) - that was just the most beautiful village with lots of little shops, restaurants and art work.
We would go back in a heartbeat. We are so grateful to Eric for helping to make the stay so perfect for us.

The villa was wonderful. Well equipped, lots of storage. The beds were super comfy with good quality clean linen. The outside facilities were amazing, the pool, spa, fun outside bar area and kitchen. We had a most relaxing and comfortable stay. Eric, the host met us with a warm welcome and full overview of the villa and local knowledge. Easy to use the bus into Antibes with then excellent access to the train network. Overall excellent villa and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

This home had everything we could have asked for. the convenience of a washing machine, a pool, a jacuzzi, air conditioning (a necessity for us), a full kitchen, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the five of us to live comfortably. Eric, the owner, was very accommodating and a very gracious, kind host. We highly recommend this home for your vacation. The location was perfect as it's close to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed our stay here.

Eric and Claudia were very welcoming and informative when we arrived and were available via Whatsapp during our stay. The house, garden and pool were beautiful, private and clean with everything we could want provided, including plenty of outside sunny & shaded seating and a useful bike for short trips to the shop. Gated parking is available within the property for a car or the train station for trips up and down the coast is a 20 minute walk away. We preferred to use taxis/uber which were usually a 15 minute wait for comfort €€ as standard € cars were rarely available. It might be useful to future guests to be aware this and have some tips on taxi/uber/bolt usuage. An additional single bed was supposed to have been provided in one of the rooms but this didn't materialise and we used the bunk bed room instead. I might also mention that the fridges could have been turned on earlier to ensure they were cold on arrival.
Overall, we were very happy and had a great time in Antibes.
Would definitely recommend this villa!

Villa Mathis
My family and I stayed at this wonderful villa for 10 days recently and I honestly have nothing bad to say about it. The communication from Eric right from the start was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for him, he just wanted us to enjoy up our holiday. The villa itself is very modern and fully air conditioned with all facilities provided like towels and a fully kitted out kitchen with everything you need. The outside area with the pool, various seating areas, bar and jacuzzi were amazing. It is very private and quiet and we spent many days of our holiday just chilling and relaxing here. We had a fantastic time and were sad to leave but hope to return again in the future. Thank you again Eric for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.

Härlig vistelse
Fint stor villa med omfattande möjligheter till mysigt häng kring pool och spa. Poolen var barnens favorit, följt av spabadet. Värden välkomnande, tillmötesgående och snabb.

Beautiful holiday home.
We stayed at Villa Mathis for a week in June 2022 and were super satisfied.
From the villa's facilities to the service provided by Eric and his team, everything was perfect. We had never experienced such great facilities. Everything was there, even more than what is in the description. We were greeted with cold drinks.
We were all very impressed and would spend our next holiday in southern France there again. Eric and his team also drove us to the airport after our vacation. We are happy to recommend the villa and wish you a lot of fun with Eric.

Prachtige villa
Wij vonden het een zeer mooie en goed uitgeruste villa.
Alles is aanwezig, zowel binnen als buiten.
Dankzij de mooie en aangename tuin konden we leuke en ontspannende dagen in de villa doorbrengen.
Perfecte locatie voor leuke uitstapjes.
De eigenaars zijn zeer attent en steeds beschikbaar wanneer nodig.

TRES TRES BON SEJOUR
Cette villa est bien organisée pour recevoir une famille, très bon aménagement optimal pour un bon séjour.
Très bonne réception du propriétaire , qui demeure discret pendant le séjour mais présent à la moindre demande.
La piscine et le beau jardin qui l'entoure sont propices à la détente.
L'environnement est calme , parking privé pour 3 voitures.
Je recommande fortement ce séjour

Grande maison dans cadre idyllique
La Villa Mathis est spacieuse, décorée avec goût, bien pensée, très bien agencée et équipée et elle contient de vastes rangements. L'extérieur est également vaste et privé. Aucun vis-à-vis. Que l'on veuille un pied-à-terre au calme mais idéalement situé pour visiter la région ou un endroit où déconnecter sans bouger, la Villa Mathis est parfaite. Quant à Eric, le propriétaire, il était aux petits soins et disponible en cas de besoins sans être envahissant tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons vivement!!!

Séjour parfait !
Villa superbe et très bien équipée. Eric et Berangere nous ont délivrés un accueil chaleureux et nous recommandés des activités à faire durant toute la semaine. Ce qui nous a permis de passer des vacances parfaite !

La casa e situata vicino Cannes,bellissima villa nell posto tranquillo e vicinino di tutti servizi. La cucina attrezzata ogni cosa come anche tutta casa.piscina e idromassaggio....cosa volere di più...consiglio per la famiglia e anche per la gita con amici.
