Throughout the area that surrounds the resort, there are many convenient paths to walk or bike to nearby activities. The beach is about a mile from the condo, and you can try fishing near the lagoons. On the resort property, there is a swimming pool with a zig-zag design and a patio where many lounge chairs are available. The tennis courts on the grounds are divided by fences and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. In the main living room, there is a TV and plush furniture options, plus free WiFi is included. The well-equipped kitchen area is designed with long counters and stainless-steel appliances, so you'll have no trouble whipping up delicious meals. Vaulted ceilings and another TV can be found in the primary bedroom. A unique grab handle is mounted in the main bathroom to prevent stability problems. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The location was fantastic. Spacious, bright and homey feel.

It was clean considering the fact that they allow pets. Noticed some things that could be cleaned and fixed around the house (shower curtains/walls/rugs/dryer took a while to dry clothes), but that didn't bother our stay. There were lots of dog hair on the couch, but we didn't mind. We found quite a few ants first day so we contacted vacasa and they sent spray and ant traps right away which seemed to work quickly. Shipyard is a nice place to stay so we enjoyed our time there. Balcony was very nice too. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

The home was great and conveniently located. Loved that you have private beach club access so you don't have to use public parking for the beach. The golf course is also right behind the unit and only a 2 min drive to the club house. The entire complex has walking/biking trails throughout so you barely have to drive if you don't want to! Customer service was wonderful when I unfortunately needed to contact them for an incident. I'd highly recommend booking through vacasa in the future!

This unit was clean with casual but comfortable furnishings...loved that the bed in the primary bedroom had a foam overlay...super comfy for sleeping! The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking at home...which is not always the case when traveling so that was a very pleasant surprise because we still do a lot of cooking on vacations. We stay in Evian every year for a week or two but had never stayed in this unit before...we would absolutely book it again...it was also a bit cheaper than some of the other units we looked at booking but is easily just as nice as any other we have stayed in.

We enjoyed this bright sunny rental within walking distance of the beach. The community is beautiful, and we were able to enjoy watching the alligators sunbathe. We would definitely choose to stay in this home again.

Perfect getaway!
Basic and clean unit. It has everything you will need to feel at home away from home. We enjoyed our time in Hilton Head- a well needed break. All became possible because we were able to bring our 2 small dogs with us.

Funny story: 2 small containers on kitchen counter were labeled and had been filled with laundry pods and dishwasher pods - but mixed up. I ran dishwasher twice using laundry pod before I realized the pods were in the wrong containers!

Condo was well cleaned, older but well kept and located close to everything you'd need. Beach, golf, restaurants, grocery, all very close by or on site. Would gladly plan a visit back.

Villa is centrally located, and the kitchen is extremely well-stocked. Storage is great. Felt like a little routine maintenance was in order - laundry room door off its hinge, kitchen light cover fell down and the back deck door (2nd floor) does not lock!

It was OK ...... the beds are horrible, need to get them replaced. The biggest issue I had was the noise from unit below .... you could hear people walking around below you very easily. I usually get a top unit to avoid this nuisance, but here, it's paper thin sound proofing. The furniture is getting to the end of it's normal rental life, so that will also need to get changed. Overall, it was just OK ...... nothing to write home about. But for the price .... need to expect a non-perfect place to stay.

Towns house was very clean and had all that we were looking for. Nice quiet balcony off dining room perfect for morning coffee.

Evian stay
Perfect place for a family of 4! Easy access to beach and shipyard is a great location between palmetto dunes and sea pines. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely furnished, clean and well located. The only complaint was that the property manager never replied to our Online inquiries prior to our stay.
