Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, this spacious, cozy, and extremely charming condo features seaside/country decor, a full kitchen, and a shared pool. You'll be just steps from the Intracoastal Waterway and only a couple blocks from the beach. What's nearby: Indian Rocks Beach is a small, friendly community making it one of the best destinations on the Gulf Coast for finding a quiet stretch of beach. Just a mile north, visit one of several local parks including the Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve where you can walk among the mangroves on an elevated boardwalk and watch for birds and other native wildlife. Grab a bite to eat at one of several local seafood restaurants including Guppy's on the Beach, Lulu's Oyster Bar & Tap House, and The Original Crabby Bills. Or hop on the Suncoast Beach Trolley and take a relaxing trip up or down the coast from Saint Pete north to Clearwater. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Boat slip available for an additional fee Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Dock details: The dock is on the Intracoastal canal. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This home has everything we needed and wanted, with two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, an extra den, a pool, and a location close to the beach and Indian Rocks restaurants. Ginny was an awesome host throughout, including great responsiveness to any questions or issues that arose.

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! Very conveniently located to the beach and many restaurants. Loved Jakes Cantina on the corner!

Our pool was fully closed for several days and partially closed for a full week without any notice for what only looks like non emergency repairs. We Contacted Vacasa on numerous occasions throughout our stay but their reply was 5 days after we initially contacted them, which was to say they required further information to find our reservation, which we provided straight away but no further contact was made from them and we are now home and the issue has still not been addressed with us. It completely ruined our holiday.

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves staying here. We wish we didn’t have to leave. The only crazy thing that happened was some tree branches almost fell on us while we were at the pool due to some sudden strong winds. I think those tree may need to be secured because they shake a lot when it storms. The house and decor itself is very beautiful and tasteful.

Very homey. Lots of Knick knacks my grandma would love. Right downtown and close to the beach. Will be back next year.

We loved the condo. Unfortunately for us, it was cloudy all five days and rained most of the time we were in Florida. However, we were very thankful to have such an awesome condo to hangout in; lots of reading took place. It was nice for us to spread out and not be on top of each other the entire week. The condo was as advertised. The kitchen was even nicer than we had imagined. Extremely clean and very safe. We ate at Crabby Bill's and Pj's every night. Great price, great location, great condo! Thanks for sharing. We will definitely be returning! :)
P.S. Crabby Bill's has an awesome happy hour 11:00am - 7:00pm with lots of live music. Ginny, the owner, could not have been easier to work with! Thanks again.

So Much Better Than The Holiday Inn Harbourside
We loved the condo. Unfortunately for us, it was cloudy all five days and rained most of the time we were in Florida. However, we were very thankful to have such an awesome condo to hangout in; lots of reading took place. It was nice for us to spread out and not be on top of each other the entire week. The condo was as advertised. The kitchen was even nicer than we had imagined. Extremely clean and very safe. We ate at Crabby Bill's and Pj's every night. Great price, great location, great condo!
