About this house rental
Located in Plymouth, this lovely house for R 4,605 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our lovely home has two separate offerings for your enjoyment. The two bedroom ( #3696452) features views of Ellisville Harbor, a full size Kitchen/Living room, a full bath with shower, one queen bed and one double bed. Both units are air-conditioned with all amenities (WiFi, cable, internet, large TV). We also have two twin self inflating mattresses for additional sleeping areas if needed. A private outdoor patio and fenced in backyard are the perfect spot for "chilling". It has a chimera, small refrigerator, gas grill, and outdoor furniture for our guests enjoyment. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and some water toys for use at our stunning private beach just a mere two minute walk away. If we are booked for your dates please search for our other unit! (Same House different apartment) Our garden unit (Home Away #3958661) has 1 full bed and 1 queen pull out sofa with a gel memory foam mattress, tile floors with radiant heat and complete apartment size kitchen with all appliances. The garden unit has a two person Jacuzzi with stand alone shower. It overlooks Ellisville Harbor and our gardens and patio. The garden unit has its own Home Away listing and calendar so if our two bedroom is unavailable check out our garden unit! Our Home is located in a quiet secluded neighborhood on a private road. Easy access to highways to both Cape Cod and Boston. 70 minutes away from Provincetown, 1 hour to Boston, 20 minutes to Hyannis and Falmouth on Cape Cod. We live on the property and will be here to greet you and answer any questions regarding the area.

We will enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was a great home base for us to explore Plymouth, Boston and Cape Cod. We arrived late, but the owner was up to greet us and make sure we got in.

For us the most important piece was that the beach was in walking distance! We were able to head back for lunch and leave our stuff since it’s a private beach that doesn’t get crowded! This house is located in a neighborhood and feels like that. The hosts were great showed us around when we arrived. The 2 bedroom was perfect for us. They have an outdoor shower and a gas fire pit we could use at night. The hosts stay onsite and there is a basement unit that is also for rent, so you share the house but each has its own entrance and it worked out great. Beach has a low tide that you can walk forever and the water is vey calm for smaller kids.

Our welcome was somebody yelling out the window “we’re not ready yet” after driving from SC we were 10 minutes early.
We understood that it was owner occupied which they were above us but there was also residences below us and across from us. I felt we had not privacy and it was noisy.
The furniture in the bedrooms have changed sine the photos were taken. The bedroom with the full size bed had an additional full size couch and massive dresser which some of the draws were taped shut. There was no place to leave the luggage open and it was difficult to walk around in the room.
Both bedrooms had luggage rack but there wasn’t space in the room to use them.
The 2nd bedroom had a queen bed with a massive footboard that was a hindrance to your shins. The bed was way too big for the room leaving no space for luggage. This bedroom did not have an air conditioning. We were told the other bedrooms air conditioning unit would serve both bedrooms but this can’t happen when you close the bedroom doors since it is a split a/c unit.
In the living area we were constantly shifting, relocating and moving all the decorative items that had no use.
There is an oversized cabinet in the kitchen that was zip tied closed.
An air mattress is listed as an added sleeping bed but it’s a queen size and there is now clear space to even try and use it
Anything in the kitchen was old and dated including a spatula held together with tape.
There were not smoke detectors in our living quarters.

We spent some relaxing days here after a 2-week round-trip through the north east with the family. It was the perfect place for a rest prior to setting back home in Germany: Nicely kept appartment, beautiful garden, steps away from the beach, good starting point for Cape Cod day trips....and fantastic hospitality. We had a great time, Thank You!

The two bedroom apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed for a beautiful stay. I wish the one bedroom had an AC unit as it got a little bit hotter in there, but overall it was absolutely lovely. The host provided everything and anything we could’ve wanted. Towels, beach, supplies, and even a bottle of wine!

Rental property was in a great location, close to the beach, and short drive to the Cape and Plymouth Center. The hosts were friendly and great to work with. We loved the fact that they had beach toys for the kids and chairs for the adults to relax, and only a short walk to the beach.

Wife and I really felt comfortable in this extremely well appointed VBRO. Hosts were very helpful in getting us settled for our four night stay in early June. Short drive to a must visit to Plymouth Pawtucket Museum, Mayflower II, and Grist Mill as well as Sandwich Glass Museum. Lovely walk near beach and Piping Plover habitat. We highly recommend this!!!

We really loved staying at the Seaside Villas for our 3 night stay while attending a family wedding in Plymouth. We rented both the Private Seaside Villa Two Bedroom Apartment and the Serene Seaside Villa Garden Apartment. Each unit was exactly as described and pictured. It was a very comfortable stay!
Shane was very informative and communicated with us throughout the process and Bonnie greeted us upon arrival. She was lovely! Each apartment had a chilled bottle of wine for us to enjoy.
The private backyard is beautiful with many flowering plants and offers everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. You can sit around the fire pit, cook on the grill and eat out on the patio table. There is an outdoor shower to use too!
The private beach was just a short 3 minute walk away. They provided beach chairs and towels to take with you. The beach was very secluded while only a few people at a time there.
This property is only a few minutes drive to a pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants (we enjoyed the Blueberry Muffin restaurant for breakfast), gas station, and Dunkin Donuts to name just a few. It's only a short 20 minute drive to the Plymouth waterfront and a short distance from the Sagamore Bridge to Cape Cod.
We would recommend this perfect getaway location for you to enjoy! Thank you Shane, Bonnie and John for your hospitality! We would stay again!

The house was perfect for our get away trip, clean & quaint, neighborhood was quiet, beach was very close but on small side. Owners, John & Bonnie were friendly & quick to answer any questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay. The beach which was a minute walk from the house, was amazing for the kids to play and without the crowds. Only a short distance to area attractions for day activities on the cape or in downtown Plymouth. Local seafood restaurant is also great. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay everything we hoped it would be.

Our stay was Wonderful. The area is Beautiful and Quiet and we slept well. The hosts are very kind and attentive and even helped us out when our car wouldn’t start upon departure. We highly recommend Seaside Villa and look forward to returning next year.

Right Across from the beach
This apartment was lovely. The beds and living room were very comfortable. The best part is the location, it is right across from a short path to the ocean. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Hosts and Location!
Wonderful hosts were quick to communicate. This property is a lovely home about 1/4 mile to the beach. It was everything we hoped for, and the hosts were very friendly, with many suggestions re: local dining / activities! We enjoyed their outdoor grill every night we were there. The location was quiet and close to a private beach. The apartment was nice and the Blaney's were very nice including the dog. The only problem we had was sleeping at night. The rooms were a little warm at night, could have used a fan. There is an air conditioner but it would have been cold in the kitchen and living room to cool down the bedrooms. All in all we had a very nice stay.

The location was quiet and close to a private beach. The apartment was nice and the Blaney's were very nice including the dog. The only problem we had was sleeping at night. The rooms were a little warm at night, could have used a fan. There is an air conditioner but it would have been cold in the kitchen and living room to cool down the bedrooms. Lovely stay in Plymouth
Lovely apartment in an owner occupied, 3 apartment house. Bonnie and Shane were super hospitable and responsive. Outdoor space in the yard was lovely. Short walk to local, rocky private beach but we spent most of our days at a nearby public beach which Had softer sand. Plymouth in general is a great, lower key alternative to the cape. This part of Plymouth is the lower key part of Plymouth. Near a supermarket, restaurants, take out, gym. Would definitely recommend!

Best place for Vacation
We had a chance to stay in this place August 2019. The house was so clean and perfect located in a quite environment few minutes from the beach.We real enjoyed the fresh air from the beach and the ocean view direct from our window.The host are amazing we had wine waiting for us ,The host was more than willing to make us stay as comfortable and convenience as possible and the price was good.The outside of the house was real spacious and clean and the garden was well maintained and it looks beautiful. It was beautiful day full of sunshine and relaxation in the beach words are not enough to tell the beauty of this place. We plan to be back next year and if you plan for a vacation this is the place to stay.

Wonderful hosts
Have you ever been to a fancy restaurant and had bad service and realized that it's better to go to a less-fancy place and have great service? That's what it's like at the Seaside Villas. The location is excellent and the accommodations are just right, though the special treat is how nice the hosts are. Shane, Bonnie and John could not have done more to make it yet another wonderful stay (3rd year in a row). They even entertained our son for a couple of hours, since he's fascinated by their cat. Each year they make another remodeling improvement that makes their home (and yours) even more comfortable.

The hosts were helpful and very friendly. They even "Uber'ed" us into Boston harbor for a cruise on sailing schooner "Roseway". We had a fantastic view of the cove and marshland from the home and we walked down to the beach area several times during our stay. Kitchen has everything we needed. Bathroom is fine, bedrooms are fine. Thanks again!
