Nestled in Key Biscayne, this attractive condo for R 9,681 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Beautifully renovated one bedroom, one bath luxury suite located at the exclusive five star Ritz-Carlton resort hotel on Key Biscayne. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the large balcony facing the Biscayne Bay. This resort view, one bedroom luxury suite has a marble entrance foyer, nine foot high ceilings with crown moulding. Separate bedroom with king size bed and luxurious Frette linens. The generous sized living room has a queen size sofa bed. Beautiful marble bath features a whirlpool tub and separate glass shower as well as a large marble double vanity sink. Fully equipped kitchen and dining table for four. Free WIFI is included with the $35 daily resort fee. Guest will have access to all resort amenities, with the exception of housekeeping services. This is a NO SMOKING ROOM including the BALCONY. PETS NOT ALLOWED. Violation of either of those 2 rules will result in breach of rental agreement and immediate eviction with no refunds for payment paid or damage deposit. The Ritz Carlton is the only luxury hotel on Key Biscayne and offers impeccable service with West Indies inspired decor. Situated on 44 acres of beachfront property, this property features two spectacular renovated fall 2019 swimming pools; one child friendly zero entry pool and one serene adult pool. A new kids water feature opened fall 2020! The hotel offers a private beach with cabanas and hotel service. The resort has lush grounds, fountains and tropical landscapes. Guests can be pampered at the highly acclaimed and recently renovated 20,000 sq ft spa and fitness center. On property is the famous Cliff Drysdale Tennis center with 10 clay courts as well as hard courts, daily classes and private lessons. Please pre book your clinics after you make a reservation. Seriously we got a beautiful suite at the ritz with a great, flexible and responsive owner for a whole lot less than resort. With NO compromises. Okay maybe no room service and no maid service but who cares!
The ritz key biscayne is the first resort we’ve stayed in that rivals some of the nicer places in Wailea, Maui. Incredibly warm big pool. Not too busy. Beautiful beach and great food and service.
Ann’s place is exactly as described. Immaculate. And situated among the regularly booked ritz rooms and suites not some separate area.

I can't say enough great things about our family trip and about the host in general. We brought a family of 4, and had the best time,. It was the perfect accommodations for us we will 100% be returning. The property was pretty, staff was kind, food was good, drinks were good, parking spot was extremely helpful, and nothing was wrong at all.

Great trip
I can't say enough great things about our family trip and about the host in general. We brought a family of 4, and had the best time,. It was the perfect accommodations for us we will 100% be returning. La habitación en peor estado que he alquilado en el hotel , todo sucio lo cual después me echaron la culpa y me hicieron pagar extra por qué la dueña dice sin ningún sustento que yo las ensucie. Recomiendo que si alquilan esto le tomen foto a todo cómo se lo entregan.

The owner was communicative, helpful and the stay was perfect. The 1BR suite helped a lot in keeping some separation between parents and kids. And, let's not forget, it's a Ritz property, so you know it will be a perfect stay. I highly recommend.

Fun holiday weekend
We took our 8 year olds girls for Easter weekend and had a fantastic stay! There was no room cleaning and we had trouble getting blankets to accommodate a feather allergy, but we managed to finagle what we needed. Ann was super responsive on text.
Look forward to returning!

Beautiful Hotel Property But Room Does Not Have a View
The hotel grounds are really nice, we actually loved the hotel. Even the restaurants were pretty decent for hotel food. However, in the description for this room was not 100% accurate. It states that there is a bay view, well not exactly. The room faces the parking lot and the main hotel drop off area. So if you want to sit on the porch and enjoy a cup of coffee, be prepared for lots of car noise. You can kind of see the bay way off in the distance (kind of), it is about 5 miles away so you can at times see a sliver of it above the tree line. The only other caution I have is the sofa bed...yikes. The mattress on the bed is maybe an inch thick, there is no way anyone could sleep on this bed, not even a child. I know most sofa beds are not very comfortable but this one was horrific. My 14 year old slept on the floor because it was more comfortable :( I would say this room only sleeps 2.
