We had a great time at the mooring this week! location was perfect being 3 houses from the beach and also being on the first block from the ferry... pool was an awesome bonus especially with the kids. The 2 houses on one property was ideal for our family. We all truly enjoyed our trip and look fwd to return next year 😊

What a beautiful house and cottage. Having a pool and being a one minute walk to the beach is an unbeatable combo. The host is amazing and is there if you need anything. There are ton of amenities and plenty of space to spread out if you want. I look forward to going back next year!

We rented both houses, which was ideal for us. It allowed for a quiet area for kids away from general pool noise, but close enough that we could keep an eye on them. The house is well equipped, and great for large family dinners and days at the pool and beach. There is plenty of out door space, which makes the home feel so much bigger and versatile. I’d rent this house again. Everyone loved calling it home for the week.

This is the perfect property for any large group with great open outdoor space. Having a pool and a hot tub this close to the beach is uncommon and a huge plus. Rob is very helpful and easy to work with and I would recommend this house to anyone heading to fire island

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful space. The pool was a treat for our kids, who enjoyed splashing around for hours, and the adults, who got to enjoy hanging out with each other while the kids played. The house amenities are modern and chic, with a clean, fresh feeling inside and a lovely outdoor table area. And the property is just steps from the beach. We would absolutely come back again in a heartbeat -- we highly recommend it!!!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful and oasis-like home. This quiet and relaxing fire island location was worth every penny. My family returned to the "rat race" completely recharged and I believe we came closer as a family after spending time together here.

Our family enjoyed a lovely weekend here with friends. The house is perfectly situated -- close to the beach, ferry and the local restaurant/ice cream parlor -- and is laid out in such a way that each family had a sense of privacy. Our favorite spot was the shaded pergola where we watched the kids jump from hot tub to pool and back again (all day long -- we practically had to drag them to the beach!) and had great group meals. We loved it and highly recommend it.

We spent one of the most relaxing memorial day we've had in years here. The house has all the amenities - perfect for large parties, or just right for a small family getaway. It was clean, very close to the beach and shops, and the kids ran freely without worry or hassle. It took us two hours door to door from Manhattan and the train/ferry rides were an exciting adventure for the children. Would highly recommend. Gorgeous house and fantastic pool and hot tub!
