Enjoy The Sound of The Yellowstone River and The Sights of Yellowstone and the surrounding mountains from this beautifully remodeled vacation rental. Located just around the corner from The North Gate of Yellowstone in Gardiner, Montana, this rental was lovingly remodeled and decorated to be comfortable, welcoming and stylish. We named this rental Water House Two because the original wooden Water Tower used to stand on this property until the 1960's and the original stone Pump House is situated just below on the river. During the remodel and revision of the original house and the property we found old receipts from Gardiner Residents water payments and buried water house gear and parts. Located in a nice neighborhood, everything is within walking distance. The quaint mountain town of Gardiner, Montana (Population 800) is the original entrance to Yellowstone National Park and the only entrance open all year. You can stroll to dinner, shopping and to The Headquarters of Yellowstone Forever for Ranger and Naturalist Talks. The Boiling River, popular for soaking, is just inside the park gate and Mammoth Hot Springs is located 15 minutes from the house and the new Yellowstone Hot Springs is just North of Town, about 15 minutes. This is a 1,200sq/ft. Lower Unit with another rental above. The house was originally one and with the new remodel, it has been made into two separate units. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. The Kitchen has a Pantry, Senseo Coffee Maker (we include the coffee for you), Toaster, Microwave, Mixing Bowls, Picnic Basket, cooking and eating utensils.The Living Room has a 55" SmartTV, large comfy couch and oversize chair. You can Log into Your Prime, Netflix, Disney+, etc.. Accounts. We already have DirecTV Service for The TV. The bathroom has double sinks and a hair dryer and towels for your convenience. Canned lighting, French Doors and new windows have been installed to make the rental bright and to bring in the surroundings. Each bedroom has a window or windows that open to the river. Parking is on the street. Please do not park in front of Quimby Cabin next door. Easy private river access is on property. Children 10 years old and up only unless previously approved. * CHECK IN IS BETWEEN 4PM AND 9PM UNLESS A LATER TIME HAS BEEN ARRANGED WITH OWNERS. * * PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A LOWER UNIT SO THERE MAY BE GUESTS UPSTAIRS AND YOU MAY BE ABLE TO HEAR FOOTSTEPS OR MOVEMENT ABOVE. We have done everything construction wise to damper noise. We own Paradise Adventure Company and Yellowstone Raft Company. The view of the river was so beautiful. The property is located away from the busy street, but it is so close to the town and the North entrance of the Park. Even though we need to park on the street, but there are plenty. The unit is well maintained, cleaned, and the kitchen was stocked. Host was great and easy to communicate. The only minor thing that I can think of is the heater in the master bedroom makes some funny noise after I turned it on.

Wonderful property! Only thing I would suggest is bring slippers :) floor gets quite cold. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
Internet goes in and out - which is OK! You're in the woods close to Yellowstone!

The home was clean and well stocked with some basic items in bathroom, kitchen, laundry. Market just down the street for anything you may have forgotten! Bedroom view is this picture that you can only be described as “hallmark movie view”. There are mule deer and elk meandering through the streets all the way up to where the home driveway. You feel like this little town transporting you back to an easier lifetime. Complete your stay w the host recommendations of Chico hot springs, Sage Lodge for dinner, and Yellowstone Wonders tour group! Bucket list adventure!

This well-tended and immaculate place to stay was right on the river, had a wonderful terrace as well as gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. The kitchen had everything we needed and was walkable to the town and quite convenient access to the North Gate. We loved walking to Wonderland Cafe, best restaurant in Gardiner. Host was very responsive and the space was well-appointed. There were just two of us, but there was a second bedroom with twin beds we didn't use - so plenty of space for a small group of adventurers. Open layout and new everything. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying here. Enjoyed the roominess, it was well stocked and it was a quick walk into Gardiner. The view of the river was incredible and i really enjoyed just sitting outside to take it all in. Strongly recommend

My friends and I were amazed at the view! Pictures don’t do it justice, it is literally maybe 2 minutes away from the Yellowstone North entrance which was perfect! Hosts were great and the place was super clean…would definitely stay again

Chose this place because my nephew works at Yellowstone National Park. It was an amazing stay and the place felt like we were at home. Great views looking over the Yellowstone river and so close to everything in downtown Gardiner! We met the hosts and they were very accommodating to anything we required, they were wonderful hosts. This was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. Amazing views of the river and kayakers as well as wild life across the river. We only stayed one night but it was close to everything and perfect for what we needed.

The house was within walking distance of Gardiner and ideally situated for entrance to Yellowstone. Gardiner itself is a pleasant little town.
The house was clean and as described in the write up.
There is a rental upstairs and as previously mentioned in reviews footfall from upstairs can be heard. This didn’t particularly worry us as we we were out most days and evenings.
We enjoyed our stay in Gardiner and all the area had to offer.

The rental was clean, spacious, and well located in Gardiner, with great access to the Northern entrance to Yellowstone National park. The kitchen was very well equipped, clean and ready for new guests. The bedrooms, bathroom and living area were also wonderful. A great set up for a family of four or more depending on the renters restrictions. We would definitely recommend this rental. The renter was receptive to any issues that might come up ( ie. "contact me if you need anything" ) Great views of the Yellowstone river as it travels through Gardiner are a ++++++. You will never forget the view!

The property was located within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Gardiner, Montana. It was very cozy and clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Washer and dryer was a plus and the kitchen is stocked with enough utensils, dishware, and pots and pans if you want to cook in. Unit was very clean and the furniture including living room couch and beds were comfortable. Parking space was always available. Very close to the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park.

It was hard to leave and know we would be staying back in the park. Quiet and comfortable location with beautiful views. All the comforts of home. Contact owners at check in to get current restaurant and grocery store options as hours constantly change. Owners are well connected in Gardiner and can recommend the best Yellowstone Adventures tour guide. They also own area rafting, adventure, and tepee accommodations. A year round rental with owners able to help with all your needs. The best accommodation we booked during our 4 National Park August vacation!

The property was beautiful! We loved sitting outside and watching the river. The property s was very close to the Yellowstone entrance. We had no problem during our stay and we would not hesitate to stay again

We enjoyed our brief stay overlooking the river with elk roaming right up to the terrace.
The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.
We could hear the neighbors above but not too bad.

You will not be disappointed with this booking. Whitewater rafting right outside your door. Frequent elk traffic. Quaint mountain-side town with perfect balance of shops/restaurants to interest you, but not annoy you. Literally walk to most places including the north entrance to Yellowstone. Perfect location to ‘do’ this part of the park.
Fully accommodated kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to spread out. Left windows open at night and slept peacefully to a cool breeze and sounds of the rushing river below.

There are beautiful sights and sounds from this clean and comfortable vacation rental. It is a great location for visiting YNP with the north entrance a short distance from the property.
Patrik and Sarah have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. We enjoyed our 2-night stay here. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was set up to accommodate whatever meal or snack you want to make.

Beautiful, relaxing location. Easy in and out to Yellowstone National Park along with many other fun activities to do around the area of Gardiner, MT. Hosts were helpful with ideas for activities and food. Quick responses. Everything you could need was there.

Our visit to Gardiner was great, this was a clean place with a fantastic view of the river. It was very close to the park entrance as well, it had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed eating our dinner outside watching the river, we even saw some animals from our patio. Would stay here again in the future.

The moment we seen our rental we were extremely happy. The view is amazing. But then when we entered the rental we were more than satisfied. Exactly as stated. Even better. Very clean. Great bedding and blankets. Towels were soft. Plenty of hot water for showers. Very up to date washer and dryer. We did not use the kitchen much but it definitely has every thing you need. Loved it. Would definitely stay again. Would definitely recommend!

Patrik’s place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the living room was set up nicely for watching TV in the evenings and the kitchen was well stocked. Walking distance to downtown and easy access to Yellowstone. This is a lower unit, and our only issue was noise from the upper unit.
