Spacious villa with all the required facilities. Excellent location, close to national road and Souda port as well as 12 min drive to Chania centre. The host is so kind and provided us with local food and beverages.

Flush toilet of the bathroom in the first floor is a bit high and uncomfortable.

The house is very nicely designed, modern, spacious and well equipped in a friendly neighborhood. It was great for our 2 weeks stay! Giannis and his family are perfect hosts!!! Easy contact and a very warm welcome with a fridge already stocked with water, coffee, wine, beer, raki and something to eat for our first breakfast. WOW!! Thank you for your greek hospitality!! We can highly recommend this accommodation!

Modern, spacious, well equipped house in a peaceful area. The house is very nicely designed, full of light and beautiful inside. Owners were very nice - we got fridge prepared for the first day for the whole family and also on the last day our host prepared fresh cookies for us. We love the stay in the house - so relaxing and our hosts were so friendly. Awesome stay in a wonderful house!

Spacious villa with all the amenities you might need to enjoy your stay. The owners were friendly and polite and welcomed us with drinks and food which was a very nice gesture. The property itself is huge and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace on the upper floor. The air conditioning is on the upper floor. Beds are okay. The villa has a nice big garden; just be prepared that there are lots of stray cats hanging around the house:-) in case you are allergic. You can park easily in front of the house, I recommend having a car since you need one to go to the shop or to the city center.

It is pretty hot in the house, the AC is on the upper floor and didn't cool the place enough. Downstairs is pretty hot since there is no AC there. The next thing I must mention for a light sleepers is that it can be noisy during the night (traffic, dogs), especially if you leave the balcony door open. The bathroom could use some improvements and, since it is a big place, maybe a thorough cleaning. Also, the stairs are a bit steep, just to be aware. It is a nice villa in general, good value for the money. I just like detailed reviews so I wrote everything I remembered for those who can identify with me:-)

We were 12 days and very happy with our stay! The house is perfect, even better than on photos! The host Giannis and his family are more than helpful and welcoming! I recommend this place to everyone!

The owners where extremely friendly. One of my best experiences. Property is big, in an excellent location near everything, safe and everything was in tip top shape. Definitely will be returning. I wanna thank them for making our vacation a wonderful one.
