Cómodo y funcional departamento, muy tranquila calle, fantástico barrio.

Excelente ubicación, departamento muy cómodo y moderno. Muy práctica la llegada y el check out.

Good location for self catering apartments

The apartment was located in the heart of the restaurant and shopping district. It was easy to walk around and visit sites of to book tours from this location. The apartment had a lot of space and the two rooms were appreciated.

The apartment is hard to find, and you have to pick up the keys in a separate location. No house keeping services are offered in the apartments, and the couch and chairs in the living room were stained and dirty. The laundry was complicated, with a card and a code required. The pool was also filthy and unusable.

spacious. exactly like the photos.

for long stay, they clean the room every 3 days which is okay with me if they actually do that. When they clean the room, it was not that clean either. they just slightly tidy up the room. trash were not taken out but that does not really bother me as much. I normally do not trash the room so this is okay. I can imagine those who usually trash the hotel room and looking for a nice tidy up room the next day will not like it. soap and shampoo (also toilet paper) are not filled. I have to use mine (carry for emergency) the last 2-3 days. receipt was not promptly prepared after asked couple of times, we had to wait for it on the checked out day. oh, they don’t do the receipt on weekends(?). what if I stay over the weekends. shower head is not good. the biggest complaint was noise from room above (I can hear the sound when they do business in their bathroom, their footsteps, etc) and the neighbor and corridors. not recommend for those who are light sleep.

Pleasant clean studio in Lastarre

Clean, modern, quiet but close to Lastarre's main streets

The check in is in another building about 5 minutes walk away.

Very good apartment in an amazing location, good work-fi, would go back again

we loved the location, very spacious, good wi-fi, great terrace

TV not really working kitchen could have more condiments like oil- salt and kitchen towel more toilet paper

wonderful property in a great neighborhood!

staff, facilities and location. we left one of our phones in the property and staff held it for us and even tried to mail it to us. very accommodating!

The appartment was really nice and a good size to spend a week. Everything is new and well decorated and equipated. The area with the swimming pool is really nice and we enjoyed a lot, since it was lockdown during the weekends. The building is just a few minutes walking distance to some nice bars and restaurants in Lastarria and not far from the center of the city as well. The staff was super friendly and super helpful when we needed it. :)

Superb

Everything about Edificio Nuevas Bueras was just right! Great location, the quality of the accommodation and the pleasantness of the staff. And they gave us late check-out free of charge, which is always a big plus in my book. All this made for a very pleasant stay. I cannot recommend this spot enough and look forward to returning someday in the near future.
