Nestled in West Beach, this lovely house for R 8,778 per night is a great option for your next trip. Tuscan Villa is your home away from home! Come enjoy the beauty of the beach right out your backdoor and let yourself be pampered by the amenities of the home itself. The spacious 4 bedroom house has ample space for you and your family and friends! The first floor has 3 bedrooms, a large den, and a laundry room with an industrial sink. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/tub as well as plenty of closet space, cable TV, and DVD player. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and gorgeous beach views. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. This queen bedroom has ample space to accommodate children's floor palates and a crib/baby bed (available upon request). The den is equipped with a large TV, DVD player, lovely beach views, and a sleeper sofa. The balcony off of the first floor is a great place to relax and unwind on your way back up from the beach. The top floor has a fully equipped kitchen with fabulous beach views! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as almost any kitchen tool you would need. The attached pantry allows you to store food out of sight. The dinning room seats 14 comfortably with room for more on the attached deck. The deck is a wonderful place to relax and watch and listen to the beach. The second floor den has surround sound TV, DVD, and CD player, and beach views. The second floor Master bedroom has a king size bed, lagoon view, and lovely bathroom with separate tub and shower. This bedroom also has plenty of room for additional sleepers (baby bed, kids on palates). The luxurious amenities of Tuscan Villa also include a hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill, wet bar, and many more you will discover during your stay. Great place had 4 bedrooms and 41/2 baths rooms very roomy. Both lanais were very comfortable. Had wonderful sunrises and sunsets. The home had everything you would use in your own home. My suggestion would to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels , and Kleenex. They give you one of each. All pictures shown are exactly how the home is. You will enjoy your stay at the Tuscan Villa.

This was our second time staying at Tuscan Villa, and this time was even better than the last. We enjoy the convenience of the location and being able to walk right out onto the beach. The storage closet is filled with beach chairs, a canopy, toys, and everything you would need for the beach! The beds are comfortable and the house had enough room to sleep our family of 8 nicely. We will definitely be back again!

What a terrific house! One of the very best we've ever rented. The photos don't do it justice; better than advertised. Everything was fresh, neat, and clean. Very well-stocked kitchen. It was like Mary Poppins: "Practically perfect in every way!" Would rent this one again in a heartbeat!

First time to Gulf Shores; we LOVED this home. Spacious home with absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean from both decks. Beach is a short walk, and the ELEVATOR..game changer! Kitchen is large and equipped with anything and everything you might need to cook with. Beds were comfy..just a wonderful home in a great location! Communication from point person and owners was always pleasant and efficient. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful beach house. It is well suited to a family and had everything we needed. We loved the location. It’s away from town and no big condos near by. There was no issue accessing the beach from the house and the beach was not crowded which is always nice.

Absolutely wonderful beach house in the perfect location. My family has been vacationing in Gulf Shores for several years now and this was by far the best stay yet. Check in and out was a breeze and Neil was very helpful and good to work with. We will be coming back to this house again next year!

The home was well furnished, clean and check in was smooth. Beds were fine, location was great. The only issue, which is not the homeowner’s fault, is that the Beach access has eroded ant there is a 10’ drop off to the beach, so had to access a walkway three houses down to get to the beach. Would definitely rent this property again, but not if there is direct beach access.

Tuscan Villa is beautiful and the location is great! There was nothing missing in this home. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Having the kitchen/living on the top floor was unique, and provided for great views. We would definitely choose this home again.

We booked this house very early in the year looking for a property and location that could be our go to every year. We were pleased with the amount of space, the elevator and the view from the front porches was fantastic. Literally just steps to the beach. The weather cooperated as we had only a few instances of showers. The house was a short drive to shopping and restaurants. The beach area was on a bit of a slope and not as wide as we were used to. All in all, we enjoyed our week.

This beautiful home is right on the beach. Away from the crowd but a quick drive to all the local favorites. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was very welcoming. The local contact for the house is a very sweet lady as well and returned our phone call quickly. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the home very much. It sleeps 8 in beds, 2 more if you use sleeper sofa and floor room for air mattresses. Home was fully equipped, clean and nicely decorated. We would be booking again for next year but we have more family going and needed a larger home.

My husband and I have enjoyed the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores many times. We’ve always rented a condo and it’s always been nice. Renting a house on the beach and having the space to invite our grown children and grandson was absolutely wonderful—a different world than a condo. Well worth the splurge every once in a while.

The house was beautiful, spacious, and right on the beach. Every bedroom had a private bathroom, which was great. Plenty of room for all 9 of us at the table to eat together; both decks provide gorgeous views of the beach. All in all just a wonderful place - Neil was very responsive with all questions we had. A++

This house does not sleep 12. There are beds for 8 and a hide a bed. But there are no linens to make up the hide a bed. There are no extra linens at all. I'd you have babies you can sleep 12 in pack n plays. We had to ask for a few extra towels and sheets. There is also no view from the mainaster bedroom. It says a lagoon view but you can't see out any of the windows die to the shutters covering all the windows. The only windows you can see out of face the gulf. The views didn't bother us just wish the description had been more honest about what you're getting.

We had a lovely time here. Everything is so clean and well kept. We had a large family stay and we utilized the fully stocked kitchen and the storage closet that had chairs, beach umbrellas, and toys for my son. It’s very close and convenient to every restaurant and all of the stores. We would love to stay here again!
