The apartment was very clean and inviting. The private parking space was a nice bonus, but most of all and what made the difference was our host. She gave us a warm welcome, brought a fresh bottle of water and shared info about places to go for dinner. L’Atelier is by the way a very nice place to have dinner. Definitely a good place to stay when in the Nantes area.

Appartement impeccable et conforme à la description booking.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was very spacious and clean; fully equipped kitchen incl white goods and washing machine (if you need it); very fast wi-fi; two powerful heating units kept the apartment nicely warm during some exceptionally cold days; powerful shower with plenty of hot water; Tassimo machine with plenty of complementary coffee capsules; good size TV with good signal; safe private parking in a drive; nicely decorated; very friendly host. And finally, excellent value for money!

I suppose if I had to say something here is that it is not close to Nantes centre if your plan is to spend your time in the city. It is about a 20 min drive, meaning one can't drink if you choose to have dinner in the city centre. There are a few restaurants in Carquefou however, Sio and Bar & Brasserie were not bad at all! Another small point is the bed: mattress was a bit too soft for my liking and came with the classic huge French pillows which, if you're a tall guy like me, make your feet fall of the edge.

Very tidy and cosy place with a great location in the town center.
